3/6/25 Hours are operation are not correct. They close when they want to so my advice call ahead, .

3/6/25 the hours posted say till 9 PM. This is the third time I've come and they're closed, I walked in about 8:05 PM and they were vacuuming. They said we closed at eight. I told them I will not be coming back because this is the third time I've driven almost 20 miles to come here and they didn't seem to care they just continued to vacuum.

    Asada burrito meal.

Manager was super nice, upgraded my burrito to a meal for the same price (normally a couple bucks more) you get the burrito, chips n salsa, tortilla soup, very tasty for about 10 bucks.

Here it is in all its glory..

This place wasn't bad, If anything it almost deserves 3 stars but I wouldn't say it was "A Ok". We went on a late night as usual, the place was empty I think there were maybe 1 family and they were about to leave when we sat down. I got the carne asada, it came with tortillas and rice and beans, along with a dinner salad. It was ALOT of food. The food was pretty good, but it was nothing out of the ordinary, simple classic Mexican food. Now for all you seafood lovers, they have a great menu with tons of weird Mexican seafood dishes. I think that is there main specialty is seafood because it dominated most of the menu. Now if you want to be sheepish like me, they have the normal, and traditional stuff to choose from. I think if I go back I would like to try the Lobster Shrimp enchiladas. I'm just a bit scared to order stuff like that seeing that were about 100 miles away from the ocean, in a desert, in a rundown Mexican restaurant might not be stomach friendly, but then again I am sheepish... =P Margarita kicked butt. Always on the rocks, no salt!

Paulina's has consistently delivered incredible food, outstanding service, and an atmosphere that truly feels like home. The food is authentic, fresh, and made with so much care. Every dish is packed with flavor, and you can tell they put their heart and soul into everything that comes out of the kitchen. Whether we're stopping in for a quick meal or celebrating a special occasion, the quality is always exceptional. What truly sets this restaurant apart, though, is the people. The employees are genuinely kind, welcoming, and hardworking. They remember familiar faces, treat everyone like family, and make every visit feel special. That level of hospitality is rare and is one of the biggest reasons we continue coming back year after year. Supporting local businesses like this is important because they are the heart of our community. If you're looking for authentic Mexican cuisine, exceptional service, and a place that truly cares about its customers, I can't recommend this restaurant enough. Eight years later, it's still one of our family's favorite places, and we'll happily keep coming back for many more.
