A five Star experience! Our first time at Los Mariachis and it will not be our last! Warm chips and salsa were served immediately upon our arrival. I loved the Chicken Campechano! My partner really enjoyed the Grande steak and chicken chimichanga. Our drink of choice was Tea which was freshly made and served ice cold! They were super busy but their service was fantastic!

    2 oz cup of salsa!!

I am not somebody who normally writes anything other than a 5-star review. If service or anything is sub-par, most of the time I do nothing. But this place pissed me off! I am a regular customer, I order the same thing once a week for the past 4 weeks. The wet burrito combo! My problem is with salsa, that's right, SALSA! So the first time I ordered they gave me this tiny 2 oz cup . So next time I asked for more. The 6 oz cup was free! Then the third time I asked for the 6 oz cup of salsa and they charged me $5 for it. Just Wow! After thinking about it I lost my mind. So tonight, I spoke with a woman who said she was the manager. I asked for more salsa, and explained that if I was at the table I would get a full 8 oz portion, but with take out they only give me 2 oz. I explained my position, that I want at least the 6oz cup without the $5 charge. I was summarily dismissed. "That's how we do it sir" was the managers answer! So I explained to her that this will be my last time. So if the owner reads this and wants to make it right, answer this with your name in the answer and I will get in touch. What a shame to lose a regular customer over this!

Ordered a large takeout order over the phone. It took a couple calls to get through but this place was busy. They estimated 10-15 minutes and it was ready right on time. Our order was all correct and we were happy with the packaging. We weren't sure how they'd box every dish and sides but were pleasantly surprised. The food was your average TexMex but pretty good if that's the standard we look at. Everything was hot and seemed relatively fresh for a takeout order. We had a variety of dishes and everyone seemed happy with what they ordered. My daughter loved the shrimp and my wife loved her chicken. Overall, nothing special but not too bad. We would come back.

First time so far Sandra has taken grate care of us.

Over all such a grate place the atención was perfect. When you go ask for Sandra she will do an outstanding job serving you. I recommend asking for the hot sauce for the chips, then order the hochata the largest that they have (see my pic) this will help cool you off. Main dish I recommend the carne asala burrito and the chimichangas burrito. We loved the ambiance it make you feel like if you were in Mexico , it was very relaxing the music was mot loud perfect so that you could talk to the person next to you. We definitely will be back.

The margaritas and guacamole were outstanding. We loved the fajitas as the fish and shrimp were cooked to perfection. The service by Sandra was outstanding. Super fast too!

We've been visiting this restaurant since 2018 and gave celebrated birthdays and anniversaries here! Our last visit was January 2026 to celebrate my husband's birthday. He enjoyed the prime rib which was cooked to perfection. I enjoyed the Mini Beef Wellington as an appetizer, since it's no longer offered on the main menu. I had it a few years ago. I also enjoyed a Filet Mignon Oscar style which again was cooked to perfection. The Strawberry Basil Martini was delicious and our server Lindsey was the best thus far! She's was super sweet and personable, very attentive and just fantastic all around! We've always been blessed with great servers and Lindsey was really a star! We were so excited with our meal that we forgot to photograph them!

We had reservations at 7 and arrived at 6:50 and were promptly sat immediately. We were sat in the back of the restaurant and immediately were overwhelmed by this horrible gas/sulfur smell. We immediately asked to be moved and were moved to a different table at the front by the door and the smell was gone. We were greeted by our waitress, I believe her name was Nicole, the moment we sat down and she took our drink orders. Our drinks came out pretty much immediately, and she took our food orders. Me and my step father got the 2 for $50 and both got wagyu flat iron steaks, both medium rare, his with fries and mine with au gratin potatoes. My mother got a burger with a baked sweet potato. About 5 minutes later she comes out with the popovers and house salad. The popovers were BURNT and black on the bottom. They tasted like char and none of us finished more than a few bites. We tried to ignore it as we were mostly excited for our steaks. About 5 minutes later, roughly 10 minutes after we were sat, a couple arrives at the table behind us. We end up waiting until 7:50 with NO sign of our waitress, no drink refills, never comes to check on us, no clue where our food is. About 15 minutes after that couple behind us was sat, they end up getting their food. Still nothing for us. She finally comes by and says, "I just checked on your food guys and it'll be out soon!" We were visibly and audibly frustrated at this point and she immediately snapped an attitude with us and was extremely rude. We continue waiting and our food ends up coming out at 7:56. I cut into my steak and it's RAW. Not rare, RAW. My step father's steak was ice cold and overcooked. His fries were also ice cold. Another thing, me and my step father ordered the same cut of steak. The Wagyu Flat Iron. My steak was skinny and tall, my step father's steak was flat and wide. they looked NOTHING alike. My mother cuts into her burger and it was overcooked and ice cold. She tries to eat her potato instead and the inside of the potato was stringy and had clumps in it. It looked like vomit and was extremely unappetizing. We call over the waitress and ask for the manager who ends up coming over about 5 minutes later, I believe his name was Mike. My step father explains our issues to him and he is dismissive, argumentative, and rude. I brought up the fact that a table behind us sat 10 minutes after us got their food and finished it already and he says that doesn't matter and overall was non-empathetic and rude. We ask him to take our food off the bill and that we just want to leave. It takes 10 minutes for the bill to be brought to us and it was by our waitress, not the manager. She says that the burger was left on and all our drinks. No sort of extra compensation or even a simple APOLOGY for our horrible evening. We express our frustration and the waitress once again begins being sarcastic, argumentative and rude. Me and my stepfather get up to leave the restaurant while my mom mother pays the bill. As me and my step-father are leaving, not paying any mind to her or anyone else, the waitress is behind us at the hostess stand and ANTAGONIZES us for NO reason saying; "I mean this is ridiculous guys, this is getting out of hand." My step father turns around and says "I agree, it is ridiculous. We had horrible service, our food was horrible, and we had to wait an hour to even be served." She starts trying to argue with him and we just turned and walked out. While my mom was inside paying, the waitress tried to walk away with her card so my mom followed her and asked her to leave her card if she was going to go to the back. The waitress does a sarcastic laugh of disbelief and says "What, you don't trust me with your card?" and gives the card back and walks away laughing. This was the most unbelievable, rude, horrible restaurant service I've ever had. I mean it seriously felt like I was eating at that vital "Dick's" restaurant where the staff is supposed to be ironically rude. I attached a picture of my raw steak that the manager apparently "didn't see an issue with." Feel free to eat here if you want to smell sulfur, be abandoned for 45+ minutes, interact with rude wait staff, and be served raw food!

There is a couples menu where you can share an appetizer and dessert and choose two different entrées for $55. However, that shared menu is a little bit limited for what we wanted. We decided to order the jazzy mussels as an appetizer and two pieces of their rendition of bang bang shrimp. The shrimp is per piece and they are fairly large; We decided to just have one each and it was probably the best thing on the menu. I could eat ten of those. It was very lightly breaded and the sauce was what you would expect; like a sweet and sour Asian sauce. The mussels, I was skeptical of, because I wasn't certain I would like the broth. However, they were actually really good. I don't typically prefer a southern style sauce, but it was done very well. It had pieces of Andouille sausage and lots of corn. Although it was tasty, the mussels were overcooked as you could see they were so shrunken in their shells and super salty. For dinner, I ordered the beef Wellington and it came out cut in half, face up, with gravy all over it. That's not my preferred presentation as I don't think the gravy was necessary. The steak was a nice piece and cooked to my liking. The puff pastry was crisp and there was plenty of mushroom paste inside. The gravy really turned me off though. I added salt and wished for no gravy. The green beans, which was my side vegetable, would be commonly overlooked at many restaurants. But I found that the green beans were crisp and delicious and well seasoned. The baked potato was standard fare; it was baked with a side of butter and sour cream, and it was really good. I love a good baked potato. It was not one of those huge baked potatoes that you find at some steakhouses where you can only eat half and take the rest home. It was a regular sized baked potato. We had a couple cocktails, the special whiskey sour, the Diana Krall, the Caribbean espresso, martini and some sort of lavender vodka Collins style cocktail, I can't remember the name. All of the cocktails were really good. The wine list looked like decent prices and some well-known bottles were very well priced. We opted against dessert as we were super full. Ambience was spot on with the jazz band playing in the background; we were still able to converse and did not have to yell. The restaurant was quite full as the night went on. This is a well liked place. Parking was easy, there's a lot out front with plenty of spaces. Bathrooms were simple yet clean. As I mentioned, we were well taken care of by our server. The cocktails were great. The food was good. I would recommend this place for the ambiance/music/cocktails and the shrimp appetizer. I'm sure there is something better on the menu that I could try next time- like a fish dish. My friend had the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and was satisfied. 3.5/5 stars overall.

So a few things to know: this restaurant Stretto, has become the only sit down restaurant in the Sun Seeker "Resort". When Sunseeker opened before the take over by Hilton, there was Maury's steakhouse and 2 other restaurants. We ate at Maury's , it was pricey but food selection and quality was up to Par with a fine dining restaurant. So since Hilton bought the hotel, the other restaurants are gone and Stretto is the Only restaurant on the premises unless you want to eat in the food court. My experience at Stretto was negative to say the least. I booked the at Sunseeker for Father's Day weekend. Made reservations at Stretto expecting a great time. We got there and right away I knew this was not Maury's . Wait staff lack the experience and professionalism of a fine dining venue. Our waitress Melody waited a long time after we had ordered drinks and appetizers to casually announce they were out of sea bass and scallops. Mind you they have a very limited menu and entrees run from $48 pork chops, $76 short ribs $209 steak. Based on the mixed reviews of the restaurant the sea bass and scallops were the safest options. So now I had no choice but to find another expensive option on their limited pricey menu. I would have left except we would get charge $25 a person for last minute cancellation and I didn't want to spoil my husband's special dinner. I ordered the $56 Pan seared bronzino which was fried not seared. It was a blend piece of finish on the plate. Everything is à la carte. Sides are $13-18. My husband had a 4" petit filet at $58 that was over seasoned and average. A wedge salad with a chewy piece of bacon that the knife couldn't cut and could not be swallowed. Cold truffle fries . Everything was salty . All in all, very disappointing and upsetting experience. Poor food quality, service at a high price point. After we were done and we got the check, it took the waitress at least 15-20 minutes to process payment while my husband was exhausted and anxious to leave. If you're staying at Sunseeker, don't waste your money. Get in your car or uber to one of the many restaurants within 10-15 min from the hotel.

Party of one and I was seated right away in the bar area. Charlotte was my server and she was great. I asked for her recommendations, which all sounded amazing, but I went with the grilled prawns, 6 oz filet, mashed potatoes, and Brussels sprouts. Here's my honest breakdown: Grilled prawns 3/5. The first bite had that perfect charred, grilled flavor... so good. But the second one didn't hit the same. Steak 5/5. Absolutely buttery, tender, and honestly didn't even need a knife. Chef's kiss. Mashed potatoes 4/5. Really good, just a touch too much garlic for my liking. Brussels sprouts 2/5. This one disappointed me. The cheese wasn't melted and the glaze was way too sweet. I only managed a couple bites and left the rest, which says a lot because I love Brussels sprouts. Now let's talk about that bread and butter... chef's kiss all over again. Creamy, whipped, and just downright delicious. I would gladly take that to go. Overall, it's a solid, typical steakhouse experience. Nothing over the top, but definitely some highlights. One suggestion though... please add key lime pie to the menu. That should be a staple at any restaurant in Florida, just saying.
