For me, it tasted like Chuck E Cheese quality with more toppings. The restaurant looks cool inside (as do the logo stickers slapped along 30A) but the product doesn't measure up. This is a great location and likely won't fail regardless of the mediocrity of the pizza or service. For better pizza options, I would suggest Grimaldi's, Johnny McTighe's, Louie's, or Grace. I love the interior of this place. My order was to go so I can't say much about the service but I did wait inside and enjoyed the eclectic mishmash of stuff on the walls and hanging from the ceilings. I had a large order of wings, 'zzza and that giant dessert cookie thing that pizza place do. I was disappointed the wings did not come with a ranch by default (guess I shoulda checked), but no matter the flavors were spot on and wings were enjoyed by all. The pizza itself was also really good. We had enough for left overs the following day and it did a pretty good job of staying yummy enough after a long cold night in the fridge. Respect pizza. Finally, If you must know the pizza cookie thing was sweet! Like really did you expect something else. First time for us. Ordered the Popeyes pizza and the Mr G sandwich. They use fresh mozzarella on the pizza which makes it delicious. The sandwich had an olive spread and reminded me of a New Orleans muffuletta. Came with chips or a side salad which is what I selected. The salad wasn't anything to write home about but it was fresh. I love the food here. We are locals and eat here often. But tonight we were told (with open booths) that they couldn't serve us for 2 hours because they were backed up with door dash. That's the first time I've ever been to a restaurant and told we couldn't be served because they prioritized door dash. I was stunned. So I will consider that before trying to come back. read more

We have never been here and this will be the one and only time. I get long waits on vacation but don't advertise online ordering a time and then go 45 min past that time. Had my kids with me and it was a very long wait that I was not expecting. Can't even comment on the food because I still am waiting for it unfortunately. It's now an hour since I ordered. Update: Got our food after waiting an hour past our time to be ready. We were one of many who had to deal with this tonight. Lots of angry customers. Hard for me to get past it. If we had known it was going to take over an hour I would've waited until the correct time but once there we were kind of stuck waiting. And a worker at the counter had told us originally when we arrived it would be five extra minutes. She should've never said that. As for the taco pizza it was excellent. Good food, but definitely some frustration with this place. We ordered delivery. We got four pizzas: Hawaiian, pepperoni, pepperoni and mushroom, and cheese. We also got two boxes of wings: Buffalo and BBQ. We also got some salads and extra dressings. The delivery guy did not bring our salads. We called, and Lost Pizza told us they don't do their own deliveries, they use Door Dash. I feel like they should be more transparent about that. It's weird to me that a pizza place doesn't have its own delivery service. We ordered it online and assumed they would deliver it with their own driver. They told us they couldn't get us the salads we paid for because it was a third party driver issue. I get Door Dash is a separate entity, but I feel like Lost Pizza should have made sure the driver had our full order. I worked in food service for years and know that the responsibility of assembling an order and getting the whole thing out with the driver is the restaurant's responsibility. They refunded the salads, but the hassle wasn't worth it and we didn't get to eat salad. I will say, the rest of our food was really good. The wings were well sauced and the pizza was delicious. Gave it away to a homeless guy. A Chicago deep dish 3" thick does not take 45 minutes. About the farthest you can go east without Chinese seafood is Daphne, AL. But I am always forthcoming if you look at past reviews. But my expectation was high with all the stuff they have in there trying to be cultural. The deliveries to people visiting keep the place going. And large hospital orders. I would consider it "casino buffet" pizza. Must be a chain place trying to be individual. Idk. read more

Terrible experience. We went inside to eat and the restaurant was nearly empty but there was an hour wait for pizza. It took over an hour and there was only 2 tables in the entire restaurant. I understand you have take out orders, but your inside customers should be able to get in that line somewhere. Not the way to do business. It took over an hour for my crutless pizza. Overall, I would give this place a 3/5 star rating. We came here on a Wednesday evening after the normal dinner rush. The cashiers were friendly, but the food was very sub-par to average. The pizza is served on the pans I presume are put into the oven and by the time I received my pizza, the crust was soggy and almost moist for a thick crust. It was bizarre. I ordered the happy hippie and it did not come with enough pizza sauce (I almost couldn't taste it). Overall, this place is simply okay - not bad and not amazing. read more

We waited an hour to get our 1 small cheese and 1 3 topping medium pizza. Now I watched 3 other tables receive their multiple pizzas that ordered after I did. I asked a gentleman working there for a discount/refund/ gift card and I was told " it was a 45 minute wait time". I said that doesn't explain why 3 tables who ordered after me had already received their multiple pizzas and asked for a refund/discount or gift card and was just looked at like I was stupid and ignorant for asking. Logic should tell you if I order ahead of 3 others and they got their pizzas first, you as the restaurant messed up as my order should have been prepared ahead of those and you should do something to compensate me but that of course did not happen. Not sure who owns this joint, but you need a more competent staff in the evening that understands customer service rather than making the customer feel as if it's their fault for you messing up, especially on Thursday evening. We are coming back to Destin next year for family vacation again, so will skip this joint next year as they apparently "Lost" our order! read more

Got a large build your own pizza to go with thin crust. I came during the off season so it wasn't a long wait, but I just did not enjoy the pizza. It had an off taste. I think it just may be the type of cheese because the crust was ok but it was not something I would ever get again. The customer service blows, and the management is a joke and unprofessional; think North Korea. Never got the pizza because it was so cold after 90 minutes of sitting on a shelf that even Santa Clause would have gotten chills looking at it. Argued with the awful manager after 90 minutes of sitting around, and finally got my money back. If you are brave enough to sit at the bar and try to get a beer, be prepared to sit there until hell freezes over as no bartender will ever show up. Go to Whole Foods and get a pizza. While visiting Miramar we had lunch here. There were 9 of us. There was a lunch special of salad and pizza or salad and sandwich. We had salad-the ranch dressing is so good (they sell it by the bottle), pizza, pasta, and sandwiches. It was all really good. I tried pepperoni pizza on cauliflower crust-fantastic-I will definitely order again. Service was good and decor is really neat. Lots to look at every where you look.
