This is a restaurant in Dallas Medical City.Even people who are not in hospital go here to eat lunch.Great service and wonderful food. It's worth the trip just to get a great lunch.

It's definitely worth trying if your stuck in Medical City Dallas and better then all the options. The 16" was very generous size and can take to the hotel for dinner. Price is reasonable and can feed 3-4 people.

Not a bad selection of toppings. A little too thin for my taste. I know there are those who love thin pizza and if so add a star. It's at a hospital medical building, so for what is worth and you have to be close by for a time. It is a good selection. My pie was suppose to be pepperoni on it, but they had mushrooms. If you love tomato on your pie take a star away. In conclusion, if I had to come back and stay, I'd try this again. But there are a lot of better choices out there.

I come from a place where Greek / Mediterranean food is really popular. With that being said, this is one of the best Gyros I've had. The tzatziki is homemade and the other ingredients are of great quality. Gotta try it!

Awesome awesome food!! Amazing owners and staff. Super friendly and FULL of energy. The owners are husband and wife. The sweetest couple ever! They've been in this exact same location for over 30 years! They've been open as long as I am in age. Amazing. Food is made fresh, excellent ingredients and such a wide selection. They really should open a second location somewhere. Highly highly recommend!! Oh, and the food to price ratio is phenomenal! You get plenty of food for such a low cost. Truly amazing.

This place has my favorite Caesar salad! The service is always good & the staff is super friendly & remembers almost everyone. They have other good food, too, but I always come for the salad!

I love that this hospital complex has so many eateries besides the hospital cafeteria and on of my favorites is Lots-A-Pasta.

My first experience here wasn't the best, so I was curious to see how a second visit would compare…read more A friend was moving out of town and wanted to come here, so I decided to give it another try and order completely different dishes. We started with the focaccia bread (5/5). Wow--this might be some of the best bread I've ever had. Perfectly crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and the dip was delicious. I usually try not to fill up on bread before the entrées arrive, but we made sure to finish every bite. We also ordered the burrata salad (5/5), which was a very generous portion and absolutely delicious. I would definitely order it again. For our entrées, my friend and I shared the chicken piccata and the bolognese. The chicken piccata was a 5/5 for me, while the bolognese was a 4.5/5. Both dishes were excellent and I'd happily order either again. This visit was a completely different experience from my first one, and I'm glad I came back. I'd love to return with my husband sometime.

The restaurant was very busy, the acoustics made it had to have a conversation and hear each other. Food was wonderful, I had the chicken Parmesan on recommendation from our server and it was phenomenal. Others in our party enjoyed their food as well.

Pretty good. Always drove past the place I wanted to try it out. I remember reading about the name…read morechange fiasco. Came for 6pm dinner rez with my husband. I have plenty of parking in the back. Ordered the chilled crab claw appetizer and the portion was very generous. The crab meat was a bit firmer and drier than I expected, though that may simply be due to it being served chilled. Overall, we enjoyed it. For entrees, we shared the casino linguine vongole (clam pasta)- they split this on 2 plates for us, and chicken parm vodka (forgot to take a photo). Both were very good! We couldn't finish the entrees and so we put them in to-go boxes. I feel like they tasted even better the next day, lol. Service was great!

Wow. Worst service ever. Our waiter "greeted" our table with "shall I get you a bottle and five…read moreglasses?" Presumably meaning wine, but we were considering cocktails and a bit confused by the question. He said "I'll come back when you're ready," and disappeared for the first of many long absences. From the beginning it felt like we were ruining his life. He was cheerless and curt and wouldn't make eye contact with anyone. It would be more understandable if the restaurant was super busy or understaffed. But this was Monday at 6 pm. We listed a birthday on the reservation, but it wasn't acknowledged. Why bother to ask if we are celebrating? We waited for empty plates and glasses to be cleared between courses. We waited a long time for him to return so we could order a second glass of wine. Even longer for the plates to be cleared and longer still for the opportunity to order dessert...a piece of cake for the birthday girl and two after dinner drinks...but the drinks weren't picked up from the bar when the cake was delivered, and only remembered when we asked for the check. We watched him pick them up (well after the cake was consumed) on his way to leave the bill. No mention that they had been overlooked, no thank you, no good night. This was our first time at Barsotti's and it will be our last. Aside from the awful service, we had issues with the food as well. The veal was pounded paper thin and fried hard resulting in a tough, chewy texture similar to dried beef or jerky. It was dry and overcooked on two different dishes. On a more positive note, we enjoyed the fried ravioli appetizer and the redfish was fine. While our waiter was largely MIA and unpleasant when he did show up, the bus boy/assistant was gracious and attentive. Maybe he was trying to compensate for his colleague. BTW, the offensive employee was in his late 40s to mid 50s with a slight build and salt and pepper hair.
