I've been coming here since I was a kid. Hasn't changed much. I love the pizza, pasta, salad and sandwiches. Customer service here is good. Nice to eat in whenever there's time. Ambiance is typical.

East coast inspired, family owned, with an, almost, twenty year history to the metro with a lunch special? Let's ride! Decent crowd for a Wednesday afternoon. It was BYOB. My friend and me were good with tap sodas. $3 slices in this economy? Take my money! We were able to seat ourselves in a booth - vintage jazz playing overhead. Photos of Italy adorn the venue. Service was relatively quick. Complimentary garlic knots and marinara sauce were brought to the table. There's red pepper flakes, salt and pepper on your table too, if you wants a kick. I ordered the veggie slice. My friend got the two with meat. So, we got to try a bit of both. Slices were huge. A little thicker a crust than traditional Ny. I wasn't mad at it. It came out crispy and tasted great. Friends told us we had to try the cannoli. Two came to an order. Between the bread, slice and cannolo, I was set. Coming from the East coast, I'm a hard sell. I had to get a to-go box. I'll have to make a return for the parm. Plenty of parking in the strip. Cin Cin!

Warm bread with marinara sauce was served as soon as we sat down. My friends have eaten here for years! It was my first visit. Can't wait to come back!

This is my son's favorite place so my daughter planned a special dinner for his birthday Oct 2. It was a Monday night but we needed the back room and took up several tables! We had one server but she was so attentive - Nora was the main one and she was on it! She brought drinks quickly. By the way, they do not sell alcohol here so you're welcome to bring your own, which none of us did, lol. I forgot. I rarely eat Italian food, even though I love it, so I ordered my 'usual' manicotti in alfredo sauce instead of the marina sauce. They got it right and served it boiling hot. The rolls were served in baskets and there was plenty to keep us occupied while we waited on our meals. I saw pizza, salads, lots of great-looking dishes. And when the time came to serve the cake my daughter brought, they walked in with candles lit and enough plates for everyone. What a fantastic serving staff, and a great attitude on top of that. We all needed to-go boxes, which gave us the opportunity to savor the flavor the next day and remind me that I need to go back soon. Thank you Tony's for giving my son a night he will not soon forget!

    Nothing like BYOB

I love this place, I wanna be this place! Lol! It was my first time eating there & it immediately became my favorite Italian restaurant in the DFW area! It reminds me of Garozzo's in Kansas City. AND...... it's BYOB!! You can't beat that! Period! Lol! The food was amazing, marinara was so deep and tasted authentic, Alfredo sauce was creamy and flavorful, and all of the pasta was cooked perfectly! The veal parmigiana, eggplant parmigiana, and fettuccine Alfredo were all phenomenal! Now if we are being honest the calamari was not that great but everything else was so phenomenal that they are still getting 5 stars! The service was great! Everyone was so polite and the ambiance felt like a little mom and pop place and that is a very good thing! Plenty of seating with extra space in the back. I can't wait to go back to try other items on the menu because everything seemed so authentic. Ok we'll, gotta go now, by by then!

We had a dinner party over the weekend and Everyone (!) enjoyed sampling the many flavors of ravioli and sauces. We also served the HUGE meatballs as appetizers with marinara & parmesan. Some of our parings were the Sunday dinner with marinara, but Any sauce would complement these ravioli. The mushroom ravioli with Alfredo sauce. The chicken quesadilla ravioli with chipotle cream, yum! The chicken gorgonzola with walnuts ravioli, which I served with my simple recipe of brown butter balsamic sauce. We also dropped off a lasagna with Bolognese sauce and the chicken divine to some family members and a chicken spaghetti to a neighbor who is on the mend. These casseroles also received raved reviews! Holy Ravioli, thanks for making our tastebuds dance! oxo

You order at the counter, and if you're like me and don't love Ipad do it yourself ordering, there is a helpful person (usually Christina) close by to answer your questions and take your order for you, with the benefit of her expertise and insight. We took the path less traveled on our first visit, and ordered a sandwich (porchetta), salad (pesto burrata), and comfort dish (lasagna). Each dish was beautifully constructed with top shelf ingredients, generous portions, and imaginative composition, delicious and thoroughly enjoyable. The pasta dishes on surrounding tables looked amazing, especially a teen boy's carbonara with linguine at the table next to us. We will be back often to explore other options, including pasta entrees, fried risotto croquettes, and the Mediterranean salad. The vibe inside is nice and casual, populated mostly by young neighborhood families with well behaved progeny. When the weather is nice, there is ample covered outside seating too. Once you get your food, it's up to you to take charge to get anything more that you want-need, like water, additional food/drinks, napkins, etc. You may get frustrated if you expect someone to come by and service you in this manner, as it is contrary to the basic mechanics of this establishment. Bottom line, this is high quality Italian food for very reasonable prices, in a casual environment, all attributes that I look for in places that I choose to become a regular customer. I will be back often, because it is fantastic.

Nice note of basil and just a bit creamy from the Parmesan. The burrata is nice added bonus if you're a fan, but it stands on its own. The short rib ragu has such deep rich flavor. The sauces are very impressive. The pastas are made fresh in house. I will say be prepared for some very al dente pasta, but that is how they say it is meant to be served. Maybe a little too al dente for me. Didn't stop me! Over all super good. It's counter service and a small clean place. Portions are good. Was quiet at the time. Was early in the day.

Before I reached the front of the check out line, I heard another customer ask the cashier for 2 cups for water. The cups were quickly handed to them. I thought "great, so I know they offer water cups". I sat down at a table near the checkout line and waited for my food to be brought out. The cashier handed it to me. I decided I wanted a cup of water since it was something they offer, right? Wrong. So I went back up to get in the line. I asked the gentleman who first greeted me for a cup of water. He said of course and to ask the cashier for it. So I did. I stood in line again and waited to ask the cashier. When i finally get to the cashier, i ask him and he says they only offer water for purchase. I ended up just walking away and leaving the establishment because I knew he was lying and it had already been a long night so I was ready to go after that. So my question is, why did i see someone else just moments before me getting water that wasn't for purchase? And why did the other gentleman tell me that I could? So I guess it just depends on who you are and what you look like, if you know what I mean. Also to make matters worse, my friend told me that she was at a table putting Parmesan on her pizza and an employee came by and took it off the table without even asking if she was done using it. The sad part is, I really liked the pizza but I will NEVER go back because of the strange, discriminatory behaviors of some of the staff.
