The food here is fantastic!! I haven't ordered anything that I didn't like yet:) Some favorites would be the fried lotus leaf buns with either pork belly or beef bulgogi! Another favorite is the fried noodles and fried rice! I also loooove the crying tiger dish from here! Recently tried the Bahn Mi sandwiches and now I understand what the fuss is about. Those are so good! The service is great too! Always feel welcome! Inside the place is quite small but there are places to sit if you're looking to dine in. I typically do take out but love eating there too! The decor is cute! Definitely check this place out if you're in the Holland area! I recommend it! read more

We ordered the Papaya Salad and drunken noodles. The prices are good and they hive you a lot of food. The only thing i have to recommend is that be careful pf the spice level, i ordered medium and it was very very hot. I feel like i need new lips now lol. read more

Best meal I've had in a long time! We had the larb and Lao fried noodles, along with the fresh Lao spring rolls. Everything was delicious! Larb is a favorite of mine and Lotus Pier gets all the spices right. The noodles were flavorful and also tasty, as were the fresh spring rolls. I loved this place. The food was excellent. One dish could have fed three people. We had fried rice, pho (meatball), and a vegetable salad. I was surprised by the basil in a side plate of bean sprouts, lime, and the basil. The woman behind the counter answered my question as to what kind--it had a slight taste of licorice--and offered me a whole stalk of basil to take home. The orange drink with pearls in it was fantastic and fun. Kids would love it. Everything came quickly. I live about an hour from Holland. If I lived in Holland, I'd frequent this place often. It services take-out and is not large, but it's big on taste, and that's what counts! read more

This was an impromptu visit while we stayed in Holland for a weekend getaway. We would rate this counter service restaurant six stars if we could. The service was great. They were friendly, professional, attentive, and quick to meet our needs. This café is small with 16 seats. They mainly do takeout at least from what we saw while we sat and dined in. The dining room was very clean and so were the restrooms. The menu is Laos influenced and has a wide variety of items to choose from. You could easily choose vegetarian items and there is a kids menu. Mild is still a bit spicy for those in my party that don't eat spicy food. We will definitely be back. read more

Fantastic! We had become a bit leery of good reviews in Holland, given the mediocrity we've had so far while in town. But this did not disappoint. * Crab Rangoon: They live up to the hype. Get them! * Fresh Spring Rolls: To me, they were typical spring rolls, but that peanut sauce....wow! * Crying Tiger: I don't know how they get the meat so good, but they do. It's wonderfully delicious on its own, even without the rice and sauce. Speaking of sauce, it's hot! We ordered mild (options are mild or hot). I like a bit of heat, my husband likes more heat - he was sweating. * Kua Mee Kai (Laos fried noodles): Also excellent! These really reminded me of Pad Thai (minus peanuts). Seems to be a mix of Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, etc... we ordered BBQ pork fried Lotus leaf buns, Beef Bulgogi fried Lotus leaf buns, 'Crying Tiger' grilled marinated beef brisket, Drunken noodle, Sai Oua (Laos sausage), and chicken teriyaki rice bowl. This seemed pretty representative of their diverse menu across Asian cuisine and everything was tasty. FYI, the 'Crying Tiger' is what they are known for, so I was told :) read more

So happy to support another Asian restaurant. They are a little hard to come by in the area, and the fact that this one is pretty damn delicious makes it even easier to do. My sister was in town and we just wanted to hang out without anyone having to spend time and cook so I decided to order from here and give it a shot. Ordering online was quick as picking up. I remember this bright lipstick color and how pretty the woman was handing me the bag of food. I ordered papaya salad, stir fried noodles, tiger cry, veggie stir fry, chicken red curry, and a banh mi. Cute, little restaurant, seats about 16 people. Order at the counter & they brought our food to us. We started with veggie egg rolls, my husband had the chicken and meatball pho and I had the veggie stir fry. The egg rolls & both meals were excellent! Very flavorful. We ordered two take out dinners of stir fry vegetables. It seems that it would be a simple order since there was only one table with a couple dining in and, perhaps, some phone orders (which I would have known about). Our wait time was a little longer than I would have expected but that was not a concern. Unfortunately, neither order had rice with them and the vegetables had a strange, sweet taste to them (not savory as I would have expected). Needless to say, I ate about 4 bites and tossed the rest out, my spouse ate a little more than I did but ended up tossing about 1/2 of hers out, as well.
