Finally got to visit Lotus Seafood after seeing posts of pics all over Instagram. Online ordering via their website was convenient and simple and my order was packed and ready to go when I arrived. I ordered a Fully Loaded Loud Pack ($21). It came with Fried Rice with Crawfish topped with tons of Shrimp, 1 Corn, 1 Potato, 1 Egg and 1 Sausage. In addition, I ordered 2 Crack Sauce packets (.75 each) although it did come with 1 packet. The portion was quite generous and everything was absolutely delicious! I'm wimpy when it comes to spice so I decided to go for the Medium (2nd option) rather than Mild. It wasn't overwhelmingly spicy but it sure did have quite a kick. Fully Louded Loud Pack: Wow, the portions are great here. Two pieces of egg, one sausage, one piece of corn, one potato, a good amount of shrimp. Some of the shrimp felt overcooked. Crawfish in the rice was a great addition. 4.5/5 Trout (2x + Fries): Surprised that these were full pieces of trout, with bones and all (be careful biting in). The fries arrived crispy and seasoned. The trout felt a bit dry. 3.5/5 Onion Rings: I could see these being fantastic at the location, but they do not travel well. Half arrived soggy. The ones that were still crispy were pretty good. Nothing too unique about these, though. 2/5 Crack Sauce: Just get it. It's a garlic butter cajun tangy sauce that goes on anything seafood. 4.5/5 Overall rating: 4/5 for great portions and flavor but with a couple misses that may be due to delivery (definitely so on the onion rings, less so on the trout and shrimp). The loaded was suppose to be medium. I'm not sure medium what? It was over the top covered in a spice to burn your mouth, the crayfish it boasted in rice was missing totally (maybe the firey seasoning disintegrated it. The location is clean and has some neat décor inside, I will say, we showed up on a weekday afternoon, and it was packed! There was not too much seating, so keep that in mind. We got lucky when we got a table with plenty of chairs. The prices at Lotus are all fair, the crawfish fried rice is my guilty pleasure. All the sizes are HUGE as well.
