Easy parking, spotless facility, kind staff, and excellent food!…read more I'll definitely be coming back! I loved how clean and well-maintained this spa was. Even though it's on the smaller side, it's honestly one of the best Korean spas I've been to. Most of the staff spoke Mandarin, but everyone was friendly and welcoming. For only $40 (6 hr limit), I left feeling so much more relaxed. When you first arrive, you'll be given wristbands for your lockers and clothes to change into. Once you enter the gender-specific changing area, phones are not allowed. You'll also need to be completely unclothed while using the showers, jacuzzis, and steam rooms, which is standard for Korean spas. If you're not comfortable with that, you can skip those areas and head straight to the main lounge, where phones are allowed. The lounge has several heated rooms along with one cold room, making it a great place to unwind. One thing I'd ask is to please be respectful and keep your voice down since everyone is there to relax. The cafeteria was another highlight! It serves some of the best Korean food I've had at a spa. It's a little on the pricey side, but I highly recommend the seafood pancake. It was absolutely delicious, and their banchan (side dishes) were delicious. Next time, I'd love to come back and try some of the additional spa services!

I wish this spa was a little bigger - especially since there were only 3 hot saunas. There's a restaurant inside but the food is very expensive - about $30 per entree. It's currently $40 per person for admission only. Pretty clean inside and reminds me of asia. There's a cold plunge inside the locker rooms with the hot tubs. They have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There's also body lotion and some basic skincare. Highly recommend you bring a waterbottle and a hairbrush.

Franklin explained the menu very well, and was extremely kind and helpful! Selene did my consultation + hydra moisture facial and I found her to be extremely knowledgeable in skin types. I learned so much from her about my skin and about skin care!! - I found her work to be so relaxing that I legit fell asleep 3 times while she was massaging my face. The hydra moisture facial involves a head or shoulder massage I chose head, and she does a lot of facial massage too when placing the products used for the facial that was super relaxing. Katie did my SO's face and he did hydra moisture facial too and she got rid of nearly all his Black heads and white heads that I found to be very intense. I could clearly see a major difference on his nose and skin after. *I LIKE that they have a small envelope to give you at the end for your option to tip with cash but you can also tip via credit card *THEY GAVE US A FREE FLAVORED CARBONATED DRINK + SNACK for our way out which was sweet. I found the place to be extremely CLEAN! one of the the cleanest, most organized, and well maintained. Follow me for more reviews :) -LIVING WITH LUCI

I am finally admitting that their is no place with greater consistency and breadth of treatments…read morethan Burke Williams and I drive monthly from Las Vegas; currently on a six month program for the ULTRAfusion facial backed up by at-home H2V skincare, (the BW skincare brand). I made the mistake of needing to depart after the treatment and moving forward I will allow ample time to enjoy the facilities. I am a fan of the shower amenities, the jacuzzi and sauna, the quiet room, the delicious tea and healthy snacks. The ULTRAfusion facial has transformed my skin and at 71 I was due for some transforming! I had had damaging deep laser treatments at other facilities and it was simply damaging my skin, not helping it. I kept thinking that stronger is better and I was wrong! I can honestly say that I don't recall when my skin has looked better. It is my goal to visit all the Southern CA locations; next stop is Sherman Oaks...see you there!

I've been an on-and-off member at Burke Williams for more than 20 years. Over the years, I've…read morealways enjoyed the massages, facials, and spending time in the sauna. While the facilities could use some updating, I've generally had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my experience when ending my membership left a very different impression. I canceled while I still had a credit available, assuming I could simply use it later. What I didn't realize is that once you cancel your membership, you immediately lose the member pricing even for credits you've already paid for. On top of that, the credit expires sooner than I expected. When I recently called to schedule my massage, I was told my credit had already expired. After being a loyal customer for many years, I was disappointed that no exception or courtesy credit was offered. A little goodwill toward a long-time member would have gone a long way. My advice to anyone considering canceling: use all of your credits before you end your membership. Otherwise, you may lose the member value you've already paid for. Sadly, this experience has left a sour impression, and I won't be returning.

The owner (Lulu) is very accommodating, welcoming, and always makes sure customers feel comfortable. Thomas, the receptionist, is also incredibly friendly. He always gives excellent customer service. Every session leaves me feeling relaxed and refreshed. I highly recommend Lulu's Relax Day Spa to anyone looking for a great massage experience and outstanding customer service!

I quickly found Lulu relax spa and I appreciate Lulu being very communicative when I requested an appointment as it was my first time, however I quickly realized that I should have went with another spot. The massage was very uncomfortable from the get go because I had an older male masseuse that reeked of cigarettes. I do not want to slander the therapist or business but this was a waste of my time and money. On top of that, he kept coughing and burping throughout my time there. I am a male myself and I have high tolerance for things but I left the session feeling really grossed out, with my whole body and clothes dirty and less relaxed than when I stepped inside. He was kind enough but the massage itself was very formulaic and you could tell he was running through the motions for a pay check. I noticed he didn't even bother to repeat the same motions on both sides of my body and overall he was too rough. I appreciate good pressure but it was borderline painful. Overall, I was too uncomfortable to relax and I still tipped 30% but ultimately I would not come back and could not in good conscience recommend anyone coming here. There are at least 3 better places on las tunas, please consider those instead...

Recently discovered a hidden wellness gem inside Pacific Palms Resort -- Sally Spa, and I have to…read moreshare. It was even featured in Beef on Netflix, so it already comes with that cinematic, aesthetic atmosphere The moment you walk in, you can feel the difference. The entire spa is designed with natural elements -- crystal chandeliers, wooden walls, and an impressive collection of over 500-year-old antiques. It doesn't feel like a typical commercial spa at all, more like a quiet, curated sanctuary for the mind. They also have separate lounges for men and women, which makes the whole experience feel more private and refined. The essential oils used are from doTERRA -- clean, natural, and not overpowering. I tried their 90-minute "Fresh Ginger & Mugwort Herbal Massage," and the whole treatment follows a very thoughtful, traditional wellness flow: It starts with freshly ground ginger applied to the body to warm you up from within -- you can literally feel the cold leaving your body Then comes hot stone therapy to raise your body temperature and deeply relax your muscles Finally, warm mugwort herbal compresses are used along pressure points, inspired by traditional Chinese medicine, leaving your body feeling light and rebalanced My therapist Tina had a very gentle and soothing technique -- not overly intense, but incredibly effective. The relaxation actually lasted longer, which is perfect if you've been stressed or not sleeping well. And honestly, the resort itself adds so much to the experience There are two 18-hole championship golf courses, plus private one-on-one yoga sessions -- it truly feels like a full-on retreat. The best part? For a resort-level spa like this, the pricing is actually very reasonable -- great value for what you get. In one sentence: This isn't just a massage -- it's a full mind-and-body reset. If you've been feeling drained or just want to escape LA for a bit, this place is absolutely worth saving

He concentrated on all of my problem areas and I felt happy and relaxed afterwards. The quiet room is clean and comfy and I was given a tasty little fruit cup. Now the bad: The price for a massage is reasonable, but you must pay an additional 39.00 if you want a to use their lockers or robe, take a shower or use the jacuzzi. This was unexpected and confusing. Before arriving, I had called for clarification of this policy and was only told that they would charge 39.00 for use of the jacuzzi. I had no idea that I wouldn't be given a robe or allowed to shower without paying the extra fee. I'm in a spa club and I have never run into this issue before. This confusion may have been due to a language barrier. The shower area has a sign saying that you must run the hot water for 10-15 minutes to obtain hot water (!). I did so and still had to take a cold shower because the water never got hot. The only towels available are very small and very thin. They are not large enough to wrap around your body. The jacuzzi area shows deferred maintenance with broken tile, missing robe hooks and mold/mildew on the ceiling between the jacuzzi and the showers (ick). This is a nice facility, but the policies are confusing and it's sadly lacking in general upkeep. (See pics)
