One of the best steak sandwiches I've ever had. Simply done but done perfectly. Medium cut of ribeye, tender and perfectly cooked with good smoke and perfectly salted. Simple condiments to let the steak shine. Maybe the best onions rings too; thick, crispy, and not greasy with amply thick cut onions. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much due to location and interior but this is someplace special. They take pride in their food and service. Cheers!

My sandwich was very good. Bread could be a lil sturdier as it got a lil soggy but it happens. Bacon was cooked just right not burnt but crisp, eggs were perfect and all served hot! The hasbrowns were great served hot and crispy. Other order was pancake combo. The pancakes for me were on the dense side and a lil too much cinnamon. But they were good with fresh whipped butter. Overall our meals were very good. Will be back for more! Service was quick. The place will be closed for renovations April 14 for about a week. Looks like good changes to come. The hot link combo we didn't have but it looked so good I had to snap a pic. Those onion rings look bomb!!

Double patty burger with onion rings. Rings were off the hook because the oil not being old. The Big Louie

Food is amazing. High quality ingredients combined with foods made from scratch to a very clean atmosphere. Soups are made everyday from scratch. Dressings are from scratch. Bread is from Genova's. The oil is changed out so you dont get dirty dark fried food. Best burgers ive ever had in stockton because they add rib eye to it. The only thing to complain about? Store hours. But thats because he wants his A team employees there with him.

I am telling you, this is my new favorite spot. Open early, no pay parking, and lots of range of food selection. Deli sandwiches to hot steak sandwiches. Quick grab pre made snacks, to fresh sliced deli meats. Mini bodegas, also some misc house hold items. Must stop in, nicest people!

A staple in our office. When deciding where to go for lunch or a quick bite Louie's is #1 on our list. Lots of great choices on the menu; BLT, Turkey Club, Hero sandwich even the pork chops, jalapeño poppers and seasonal /special items like the ceviche are excellent. We are never disappointed. The staff is nice and friendly. There is seating inside to enjoy your food there and snacks to go alongside. The have lots of meat to buy alone, my coworker buys their bologna to enjoy at home. We love Louie's!

Ribeye Steak on the side

Came to Louie's after the reopening and sell of the place. It looks the same ! Just a hole in the wall restaurant. I ordered my usual ribeye steak sandwich meat on the side. Ordered medium cane out well done and burnt! If you would have came here in February the meat size would have been huge too big for the bread at the same price it is today. Instead you get a kids burnt over cooked steak that the bread over whelms. The fries were absolutely disgusting as you can see no air fryer can helps these. They then realized they messed up after I ordered my steak on the side so my bread doesn't get soggy so they took the same meat and threw it into a piece of foil. See the pictures below. Just terrible $24 wasted.

The steak sandwich is probably the best I have had. The potato salad and half chicken was pretty good too.

Finally decided to visit this Stockton staple and boy am I glad I did. Let's dive in…read more.. Ambiance - This is a corner market with Italian items and the big draw is their sandwich counter. You walk in, fill out a form with what type of sandwich you want, hand it to a person when you're called, and then wait for your name to be called. Service - The staff were friendly, so no complaints here. Food - The food is great! I ordered a combo sandwich with turkey, hot salami, and jalapeño/cayenne cheddar and all the fixins and it was delicious! The Dutch crunch roll was tasty and it was a hearty sandwich! Everything tasted great. Overall, I can see why this is a Stockton staple. For $11 you get a damn good sandwich that's very filling. I would definitely return.

We got one regular Toscano salami and pepper jack on a milk roll and a combo mortadella pistachio and pastrami on a sour roll. The difference between one and two meats is only 50 cents but the sandwiches are the same size. That being said, the smoked cheddar bacon potato salad was delicious. Easily 5/5. Amazing flavor and not too heavy on mayo. I highly recommend it. We also got a Stroopwaffle but it had been sitting or the flavor was off, so 2/5 on that. All in all, we paid $35 for lunch for 2 here and it was fine. I think it is just SO overhyped that it's difficult to live up to the expectation. I would definitely come back to try some more of their deli salads but only during the slow times...if they have them!

Great sandwiches!…read more Orlando's is a great casual convenience store and deli. They have spectacular customer service! My work recently partnered with Orlando's to cater our lunches, and I was shocked to see how responsive they were. We placed our orders over the phone and quickly received confirmation and instructions for payment. The owner was super friendly and had everything prepared quickly. The orders were packaged nicely with name labels for each. They were very pleasant to work with. The sandwiches themselves are very good. The bread was super soft and fluffy. They were amply filled with the meat and cheese. The lettuce was very fresh and crunchy. The southwest pesto was great too! It was similar to a garlicky aioli and I really enjoyed it. They also offer a variety of sides and salads. Of course, they have all the typical convenience store fixings. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I ordered a roast beef and cheese sandwich with only mayo and a soda. The total came to about $15. I took it back to my office, looking forward to lunch, only to be completely disappointed when I opened it. Take a look at the photo. There was barely any roast beef on the sandwich. There was far more bread than meat. At times, I felt like I was eating a bread sandwich rather than a roast beef sandwich. For the price I paid, I expected a much more substantial sandwich and a better overall value. Based on this experience, I won't be returning.
