One of the best steak sandwiches I've ever had. Simply done but done perfectly. Medium cut of ribeye, tender and perfectly cooked with good smoke and perfectly salted. Simple condiments to let the steak shine. Maybe the best onions rings too; thick, crispy, and not greasy with amply thick cut onions. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much due to location and interior but this is someplace special. They take pride in their food and service. Cheers!

My sandwich was very good. Bread could be a lil sturdier as it got a lil soggy but it happens. Bacon was cooked just right not burnt but crisp, eggs were perfect and all served hot! The hasbrowns were great served hot and crispy. Other order was pancake combo. The pancakes for me were on the dense side and a lil too much cinnamon. But they were good with fresh whipped butter. Overall our meals were very good. Will be back for more! Service was quick. The place will be closed for renovations April 14 for about a week. Looks like good changes to come. The hot link combo we didn't have but it looked so good I had to snap a pic. Those onion rings look bomb!!

Food is amazing. High quality ingredients combined with foods made from scratch to a very clean atmosphere. Soups are made everyday from scratch. Dressings are from scratch. Bread is from Genova's. The oil is changed out so you dont get dirty dark fried food. Best burgers ive ever had in stockton because they add rib eye to it. The only thing to complain about? Store hours. But thats because he wants his A team employees there with him.

I am telling you, this is my new favorite spot. Open early, no pay parking, and lots of range of food selection. Deli sandwiches to hot steak sandwiches. Quick grab pre made snacks, to fresh sliced deli meats. Mini bodegas, also some misc house hold items. Must stop in, nicest people!

A staple in our office. When deciding where to go for lunch or a quick bite Louie's is #1 on our list. Lots of great choices on the menu; BLT, Turkey Club, Hero sandwich even the pork chops, jalapeño poppers and seasonal /special items like the ceviche are excellent. We are never disappointed. The staff is nice and friendly. There is seating inside to enjoy your food there and snacks to go alongside. The have lots of meat to buy alone, my coworker buys their bologna to enjoy at home. We love Louie's!

This is a whole in a wall place only the locals would know about. The staffs were Friendly and if you go there often, they know you by name. My ribeye steak sandwich was delicious. I like to eat so the servings size was big.

Sierra Nevada and E. Flora St. in the heart of downtown Stockton, this place is absolutely nostalgic from the outside with its classic signage, green entrance door, and a true Italian feeling as soon as you arrive. I absolutely love when small family owned-and-operated businesses retain that look as it keeps the tradition and heritage alive and well. I came here with my lady during the afternoon on Saturday 8/22/2026 at around 2:00pm. Parking was surprisingly easy to find as the surrounding area has an abundance of mid-century homes. Upon entry, you are greeted with the aroma of freshly baked bread, well-stocked aisles of cookies, jams/jellies, homemade pastas, olive oils, sauces, spices, wines, and even their own merchandise that includes t-shirts, mugs, and other unique items. Much of the Italian groceries are similar to what you'd find in a bigger city like San Francisco. The real winner here are the sandwiches. During their regular business hours which are 6:30am-4pm during the week and 6:30am-2:30 on Saturday, they have multiple employees rolling out a wide variety of their award-winning sandwiches. They carry some of the best Italian cold cuts including Hot Coppa, Mortadella, Prosciutto, and Pancetta. And when you pair that up with some amazing cheeses on their own warm Genova bread, that is an ultimate combination. Since we had come a little bit later in the day, much of the homemade breads were sold out. However, we did purchase a loaf of their milk bread which we used for sandwiches and even French toast for breakfast. Keep in mind that they are closed on Sunday. However, if you come for a sandwich, you might experience a little bit of a wait during their lunch rush. But the good news is that the prices here are very reasonable at only $10 for a fully loaded sandwich (which is less than many grocery store delis). All in all, this was a very pleasant surprise as I had never stepped foot into this small business until 2026. With excellent service, decent prices, but a smaller amount of baked goods than other bakeries, I am giving "Genova Bakery" an above average four-star rating.

Another "triple D" spot marked off my list…read more A great deli. The people are friendly, lots of Italian groceries, sandwiches, other items for sale, meats, cheeses, this is a full on Italian deli. Their specialty, though, is the ravioli. Tiny little pillows of goodness, the main three ingredients are beef, cheese, and a spinach/Swiss chard mix.. , They make a lot of of them, and they are actually made on a ravioli machine that is roughly 100 years old. Hey, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I bought a pound and a half bag of ravioli to go. I had mentioned that I was in town from Sacramento. Without me, even asking, he put together a bag of ice for me to sit on top of the bag of ravioli,, so I could get them home. That was very nice of him. I also bought a bottle of imported Cacio E Pepe sauce. The price for everything was very reasonable. The place is cash only, but they do have ATM in the store if needed... The ravioli were so good, Rich, and creamy, and the spinach/Swiss chard mixture was perfect. The sauce was very good, I could taste the pepper, but it didn't overwhelm the rest of the sauce. The next time I'm in town, I'm gonna come in and have a plate of the ravioli with their marinara sauce for lunch. I will definitely be back. Thank you for a great visit

I ordered a roast beef and cheese sandwich with only mayo and a soda. The total came to about $15. I took it back to my office, looking forward to lunch, only to be completely disappointed when I opened it. Take a look at the photo. There was barely any roast beef on the sandwich. There was far more bread than meat. At times, I felt like I was eating a bread sandwich rather than a roast beef sandwich. For the price I paid, I expected a much more substantial sandwich and a better overall value. Based on this experience, I won't be returning.

My work recently partnered with Orlando's to cater our lunches, and I was shocked to see how responsive they were. We placed our orders over the phone and quickly received confirmation and instructions for payment. The owner was super friendly and had everything prepared quickly. The orders were packaged nicely with name labels for each. They were very pleasant to work with. The sandwiches themselves are very good. The bread was super soft and fluffy. They were amply filled with the meat and cheese. The lettuce was very fresh and crunchy. The southwest pesto was great too! It was similar to a garlicky aioli and I really enjoyed it. They also offer a variety of sides and salads. Of course, they have all the typical convenience store fixings. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
