They have a wide array of options and are in an area of town that doesn't have many other restaurants so it's great they are here. My friend comes here pretty much every week and really enjoys it. This place is awesome. Huge portions. Everything was super tasty. Staff was great - accommodated the child and made us a fresh pot of decaf. We had the tamales and the Golden Benedict. On the weekends, they do pozole, which I really need to figure out how to take home for the evening. Green chili was good too. The location is a little weird as when you drive in, it doesn't feel like you are in a place where a restaurant might be (but you are, so go in). Super simple look and feel inside. Can't wait to come back, but bring an appetite.

Louis' is the Best! Every time I come for breakfast, I know what to expect...Great Food and service with a smile! Of course, I'm always torn on what to get, because EVERYTHING is so good!....and without gouging your wallet...Whether it be this location or the Littleton location, the Louis' breakfast experience can't be beat!....I'm upgrading my previous 4 star rating to the coveted 5 star rating for their consistently great food and service!

Amazing food and service. Really busy and we had to wait a few minutes to be seated but the wait was worth it. Background music wasn't loud. Very clean place. We had the Louis skillet and chicken fried steak. Will definitely be back again for breakfast.

Good food, the service was really, really bad. We waited for a very long time to be asked what drinks we would like, and even longer to place our order. I asked for Tabasco twice and was ignored. It took forever to get our check as well. They were busy, yes, but did not seem short staffed. They also did not want to give a group of 6 a large open table for a reason that made no sense to them or us. The biscuits and gravy combo was good, and my son enjoyed the meat and eggs. The price was not terrible. I certainly hope they were just having a bad day as the service was very bad. The food was good.

We decided to do take out because there was a wait to sit... ordered our food and stood near the cashier. After 30+ minutes the cashier looked shocked we were still standing there- came over and asked what we ordered again so she could "check on" our order-- another 15 minutes went by and finally got our food. No "sorry for the error"or maybe a complimentary muffin. Waited to post a review until we tasted the food.Then 3 bites into the omelette, a large (1/2in) egg shell- ruined the entire meal. read more

Based on reviews, the wife and I decided to try this place out for a weekday breakfast. Called ahead to insure that the patio seating was available since we had our dog with us. Was amazed at the meal: affordable prices, casual seating, friendly staff, great food and generous portions. Ordered the Hawaiian Crispy French Toast and have never had a better breakfast. Highly recommended. We'll be back. read more

Great spot for a good breakfast or lunch. A Mexican spin to many of the dishes. My Supreme Omelet was smothered in a tasty green chili. Hash browns were cooked perfectly. Service was good, diner/cafe atmosphere. Very clean. Get there before 10 am on Sundays. People were streaming in and having to wait. Want to try the Posole next time! read more

It's good. Execution was sloppy but the food was really good. Location is bottom floor of office building in middle of nowhere. So unless you are doing business in the neighborhood you would not know about this place without Yelp. I was in this part of town due to early Vet appt and needed breakfast. Glad I trusted the reviews because I would never found or trusted this spot without Yelp. Affordable and really good. The green chili is good, pancakes, yum. Everyone around me ordered chicken fried steak so maybe that is good? Appears to be a senior, local crowd during my visit Thursday 8:00am. read more

HORRIBLE!! I ordered on the phone at 10 am this morning, a girl took my order and I drove 45 minutes from blackhawk. When I showed up at 10:50 to pick up my order (mind you, I ordered for 10:45 am) they said nobody put it in and tried to start an order when I was running late to work. No thanks! read more

I had the combo burrito...incredibly good! My spouse had a veggie melt with fries and said it was very good. Popular place, jammed with people at 1230PM on a Thursday. Was able to get a table without waiting. Fast, friendly service, very clean...highly recommend! This is also one of our favorite breakfast places. read more

I wanted to try somewhere new today, and man did I luck out! The staff was very welcoming and I had three people check in with me and filling my coffee when needed! If the staff wasn't enough to encourage me to come back, the food was amazing as well! I had a burrito and the portions were huge! We decided to go here after reading some good reviews. We were sat quickly. I immediately noticed that it was not very clean and dusty in places. My menu was covered in old dried food pieces and grease. There are flies on our table and just sitting on adjacent tables. The waitress was pleasant and took our order on a tablet. She had to ask me more then once to repeat my order and it took awhile for her to type it in. When the food arrived our order was not correct. She apologized twice then took it away. We were almost done with our meal before the correct order came out. The food was tasteless and the ingredients seemed cheap and not high quality. It was the worst breakfast I've had in a very long time. So disappointed. Please save yourself and go to the Golden Diner. It's just as cheap but you get great food without the flies. read more

My family and I went here together to enjoy a birthday meal together with people we haven't been able to catch up with in months. Our server was amazing and Was fast and timely with out order. When my moms meal came out there were 3 pieces of plastic in it. We informed our server and she corrected it right away. Upon paying our bill we encountered a very rude manager who made a scene about me asking if there was anyway he could take care of my mothers meal since she had to wait and we could not all eat together (since her previous plate came out with all the others with plastic in it). He made a scene in the whole establishment to the point of other tables looking at us because I asked. He was very unprofessional and rude which makes all the difference when we were having a family dinner with my kids and family members we haven't seen in a long time. We will not be back because of the rudeness we encountered here and would not recommend. The nice waitress we had is the only reason I am leaving two stars. The manager at the store today has lost quite a bit of business with my family read more

Brought a group of 8 from Houston here for breakfast and the food, service and experience was excellent. We ordered a variety of items. Eggs over easy, over medium, over hard and scrambled and all were cooked to perfection. Coffee was very good too. My huevos rancheros came with refried beans and as another post stated, they were very very good. A few folks had the egg skillets, one with chicken fried steak, one with chorizo and no one had a single bite leftover. Also the service excellent. The order came out promptly and everything was hot. I would definitely come back next time I'm in Golden. read more

Good food, service was not great…read more The food selection was broad, and quite delicious! But the service was poor and felt like we were inconveniencing our server. We considered ordering drinks at the bar to save both our and our servers time. I know we were not the only ones, as multiple other tables were visibly dissatisfied as well. The restaurant itself was fun to attend and we enjoyed being seated on outdoor patio!

Arrived here just in time before the kitchen closed at 2 yesterday! The staff up front kindly gave…read moreus menus (it's self-seating) and the heads up that the kitchen would close in 8 minutes! We ordered the Classic sausage Sammie and the classic bacon Sammie on sourdough which come with sunny side up eggs) plus an Oreo cookie latte (decadent with marshmallow cold foam!) to share. Packed full of people fellowshipping over food and readers and workers/students on laptops. Our food and drink were ready in 10 minutes. Delicious sandwiches with melted real cheddar and dill pickles. Man, when you're hungry, a breakfast Sammie better than caviar! That drink was like dessert so we were well sated! Highly recommend!

Our server was very nice, I loved her 2 headed calf tattoo. She was consistent and always there when we needed her. The food is delicious. I'm not too much of a deep dish type guy, I like NY style, but I had to try Blue Pan. Glad I did. We got a simple pepperoni pizza, and it was delicious. The arancini were some of the best I have ever had. The place is cozy yet has a vibe of a sports bar sort of place. It's unique, and I love it. We'll be back for sure.

I was excited about this place because of its great location, but unfortunately, the service was disappointing. When we were seated, we waited about 10 minutes just to get our drinks. Throughout the meal, we felt ignored--our coffee was never refilled, even after asking multiple times. Our food eventually arrived, but the experience only got worse. We had steak, but it took 15 minutes to get A1 sauce, despite asking three different servers. I also ordered corned beef hash with my breakfast, and it never came out. I had to remind three different servers about it before they finally brought it. The lack of attention to detail and poor service really took away from the experience, especially considering how expensive the food is for the quality. Overall, I was very disappointed and would hesitate to return. read more

Hash browns were a little blah (not crispy enough), but we had to work really hard to find something negative! Our experience was spectacular. The food was delicious, came really fast, and was clearly made with quality ingredients. The breading on the chicken fried steak was nice and flour-y, which pleased this Texas girl! Eggs were cooked perfectly to order and (in case you're a connoisseur of chorizo) the chorizo was the good dry crumbly kind, not the greasy mushy kind. One word to the wise: the green chili is spicy! My big-eater boys (10 & 11) split the cinnamon roll french toast combo and it was plenty. When we asked for our free muffin (a limited time Yelp check-in promotion), they brought us two... The servers were SO friendly and checked on us frequently. We'll be coming back -- a lot! read more

Just had breakfast here - 2 adults and 2 kids. Wait time before food on the table 35 min. Menu: Eggs benedict, breakfast burritos and pancakes for the kids. The good thing: Green chili. Pancakes were almost finished by the kids. The dissapointing things: Coffee was burnt, hollandaise sauce was cold and had separated, hashbrowns were tasteless, ketchup tasted as if it had expired and to top it off there was hair in the food. Surprisingly the waitress asked us to go on yelp and review - even after the above was brought to her attention. Hence this review. So maybe they just had a bad day in the kitchen, maybe even among the waitresses but it still leaves me wondering about the lack of fixing the situation combined with the request for this review. Anyways, can not recommend. read more

Four of us recently ate breakfast on a Saturday morning at 9:00. We had a Breakfast Sandwich, Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs, Huevos Rancheros, and a Mushroom and Cheese Omelet with Crisp Bacon on the side. The serving size was more than adequate, and the quality of the food was top notch. Everything was wonderful, the service, the attentiveness and the coffee refills. The prices were very reasonable. The place was not crowded, has good parking, has a varied menu with lots of choices, very clean and well-kept and has a good view of the foothills. The bathrooms were also well maintained and very clean. We will be returning. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did. read more

This place absolutely great breakfast. From the warm, welcoming vibe to the delicious food, everything about our visit was spot on. The restaurant has a cozy, relaxed atmosphere, clean, bright, and with great coffee. I ordered the Chorizo and Green Chili were really great. Everything was cooked perfectly, it was delicious and nicely seasoned. Not greasy at all. Pretty great quality of food options and food was really great. The food was light, fluffy, and served with real maple syrup. Coffee was strong, and it has great quality. Service was friendly and attentive. read more

My friend Christian brought me a large menudo to work today as he knows I'm a menudo connoisseur and this one is the best I've ever eaten in my life hands down. 15/10 for me! Ate too quick to take a picture but some legit menudo for sure. read more
