Billy will provide you a cost estimate on the spot and a ballpark on turn time, he scribbles your name and number down on a pad of paper, takes your car keys and that's it. You will NEVER receive a text from Billy, or an email, nor be required to use an app. You WILL receive a phone call and/or voicemail. I have had big jobs and small jobs done here and neither have disappointed.
