This laundry spot is pretty nice. Top loaders for single loads ($2.50) to various front loaders that can accommodate up to 8 loads ($$$). They all take quarters but I noticed some had card readers. Hot washes cost extra. Wash and you can dry free (10min). Music plays. They have TVs.. A couple vending machines for snacks, beverages, and laundry goods.. A change machine.. A coded restroom.. They offer a drop-off service ($1.25/lb) that I have not utilized. They have Wi-Fi. There's not a lot of seating. There's probably 3 benches inside and a couple seats outside. Parking is also limited. They have their own lot but there's only a handful of spots.. mostly compact.. but! there's also street parking. Above all else, the attendants keep the place clean. I can drop clothing on the floor and not cringe. It's definitely the nicer of most laundromats. It's cheaper to do my laundry here than my apartment, too. And it's better. Win-Win. read more

This is my favorite place to do Laundry.. It's always clean, the staff is always very helpful and I'm typically in and out within a reasonable time. I've never had an issue where there wasn't a washer available and they also offer free dryers. I also have the choice of either paying with my debit/credit card or with qtrs which makes it extremely convenient. I have and will continue to recommend my friends and family and also recommend anyone who reads this and may be looking for a laundry mat to go to as well . read more

I've been to this location many times- both to do my own laundry and for drop off service. They are very pricey but they've always done a decent job until now. The last time I used their drop off my clothes came back smelling AWEFUL!! I don't know if they used machines that were dirty or got left in a wet machine for too long but it was so bad I gagged when I had any of those clothes on... They advertise free drying of course this is done with extra high washing prices. But when you go to use free drying only half the dryers are free and they are ALWAYS full. So they have way more washers than dryers available. Of course half of their dryers are paid dryers. So after you've already paid for your "free" drying in your $9.00 washer load fee, you must pay for drying too if you don't want to wait. I asked the employee to let me use the paid dryers for free, with her turning on. She said she could not. This is a lie. Other employees have done the same exact thing multiple times. Why do I have to go through the headache of asking. Solution is simple. Equal numbers of washers and dryers or eliminate the paid dryers altogether. What makes me mad is watching people come on with wet clothes from home and use the free dryers. Employees never say a thing to these people. read more

Starla wasn't helpful in addressing the charges on my credit card that were overcharging for laundry. Be careful using the credit card here. They will take your money and not return it. Starla will sweet talk you into believing the charges are correct when in fact they are overcharging and not the price advertised on the machine. It's a bit more than other laundromats but it's totally worth it. If you use the big washers you can use your card, the smaller ones takes coins. There's always an attendant there and they open really early and close late. It's best to go early in the morning on the weekdays, it gets pretty packed at night. It's air condiditioned, clean, and there's wifi. There's also vending machines but there's a few coffee shops a few blocks down too. I recommend the Trade or Temple for coffee. There's also free drying, which makes up for the higher prices, that and the clean facilities. There's a small parking lot, but it's typically full but there is street parking too. read more

Quick and easy wash and dry spot. Double load machines are a little steep for being only big enough for two small loads (double). Bathroom was clean. Attendant was running around like crazy moving carts, emptying garbage, picking up signage out front. I asked about the WiFi password and the attendant did not know it. When dryer time came I wanted to ask about the free drying that comes with the wash and the attendant was nowhere to be seen. Dryer cost me $1 so it wasn't that bad but still, no signs were up making it apparent which dryers were free and which weren't. Place was bustling but there were still washers and dryers available without any wait. Would have given 4 stars but attendant wasn't available, dryer cost me a buck, and when attendant was present and asked about the WiFi access it was unknown. My first time here and I would understand missing maybe 1 item but 3? I used their drop-off/ pick-up services and came home to find that that I was missing 2 pairs of jeans and a fitted sheet. I called as soon as I realized that I had missing items and when I spoke to the staff, they said they would need to check with other employees and would call back. I never received a call back. Not only am I saving a bit more change, it goes by a lot faster. Love Laundry is clean, affordable, and user friendly. They provide washers for single to 6 loads of laundry at a time. With the wash comes free drying, located on the left side of the establishment. The free drying goes by 15 minute increments, but it dries very well. There is plenty of benches to sit on while you're waiting for your clothes to wash/dry plus free wifi. It's in an awesome location; while your clothes are washing, you can grab a margarita at Tres Hermanas right across the street. There is enough counter space to share so you can fold all your warm, clean laundry. I haven't been to any other laundrymats but I don't need to go anywhere else. read more

For the past several months I have used their fluff and fold service. This is where you drop your laundry off and they wash, dry and fold it for you. Since the beginning, I've been quite impressed with this company. Their location is clean with newer equipment, the staff are friendly and genuinely pleasant, their pricing is very reasonable, and I haven't lost any socks. I've used a couple services where the clothes come back faded, wrinkly, with detergent stains, or items have been missing. Haven't had any problems here. One time, I even forgot that I had left a $20 in my pants and I found it placed nicely in a plastic bag with my clothes when I picked them up. Good people and service! read more

I REALLY needed to get a load of laundry done this evening because I got called to work in the morning last minute. I arrived at 11pm not knowing that last load is at 10:30pm (it didn't mention on Google Maps). I came in a bit frazzled because I had rushed there thinking to myself: Awesome. I have 1 hour. I entered and immediately dropped my basket of dirty clothes. I fumbled to put my purse, keys and phone down and started gathering my items. The pink haired attendant asked me if I were going to wash as I am crouched down in the middle of the door frame picking up my delicates with the door closing on me. She couldn't wait for me to finish, didn't offer to help at all, was only concerned with enforcing the 10:30pm last load policy. I told her I needed to wash and dry and explained to her I really needed to wash my clothes for work and asked if there was any way she could make an exception she was like, "Yeah, no. I'm sorry." It felt very insincere and I could tell she just wanted me to get my stuff and go away so she could continue talking to her little friends and doing her own laundry. It was 11pm on the dot and I know for a fact: I could have washed and dried by 12am. It left me really frustrated and resentful towards the staff here. I completely understand policies and procedures but exceptions CAN be made under certain circumstances. She could have been like, "Alright but we really need you for finish by 12:00 okay?" I would have gotten in there, hustled my butt off to get it done, it would have gotten done and it would have been a win win. Unfortunately that was not the case. This was one of those moments where you could have really helped someone out and made their day. Instead, you basically said: F-you, you're on your own! So thanks a lot. I LOVE LOVE LAUNDRY. you guys. it is so wonderful. the first time my boyfriend and i ended up at love laundry, it was because we simply had not done the laundry in probably pretty close to forever. we had a nightmarish metric fuckton of laundry, and absolutely no motivation to do it ourselves. so, as a grand romantic surprise for me, my boyfriend took the whole mess and i came home from work one night to several large bags of meticulously folded laundry (i know, a keeper for sure). BUT THAT'S NOT ALL. it had a fabulous frangrance to it that my over-loaded, sad sack apartment washer/dryer will never be able to replicate. every item of clothing was SO SOFT, it was like it was brand new and i hadn't mistreated it forever, and we could love each other again. it was the most magical laundry experience i have ever had, i dare say ever will have! since then, whenever we have a little money to throw around and a horrendous laundry monster, we leave it at love laundry and it is vanquished and turned into a beautiful laundry angel. soooooooooo wonderful. read more

This place has Wifi, TVs, and music for your to enjoy while you wait for your laundry. It's clean, and free dry is nice. Aside from the laundromat amenities...the service is phenomenal! The girl working there tonight is very sweet. She was being very attentive to each customer's needs. All the free dry was taken, but I was still offered a free dry at the other machine. Hey, it's only 25 cents per 10 minutes but it's the thought that counts, right? She even helped transport people's laundry to their car! The love laundry in midtown Sacramento is one of the cleaner laundromats in the area. I can see why this place is so popular. The $4.00 for a one load machine and incrementally more for 2-4 load machines can be a little pricier than other laundromats. However, if you used their washers, they have some free dryers along the back wall. The free dry time isn't enough for medium to heavy loads, so you probably need to run it a second time to fully dry. They have TVs, change machines, snack and drink vending machines, and their bathroom is pretty clean. The attendant is very nice and keeps the laundromat looking good. If you go on the weekend morning or afternoon, there shouldn't have any issue with getting a free dryer. If you don't want to do your own laundry, they offer laundry service as well, with 10 lbs minimum. Overall, love laundry in midtown Sacramento is clean, has a couple parking spaces out front, friendly staff, and certainly recommended. read more

While I'm not thrilled to death that they increased the price for same-day laundry AFTER I'd already gotten addicted to my routine, I'm still enough of a creature of habit to persist in getting clean, folded, ready-to-go laundry with fantastic customer service. The ONLY way this could get better is with some kind of "frequent buyer" club where every sixth wash is free, or even a coupon card where you pre-pay so much you get 10%. It's trivial to him and would be HUGE for repeat customers. Clean, bright, snacks, atm, wifi, TV, music, bathroom and nearby bars to enjoy a drink while you wait for your spin cycle to finish. Still love this place (wokka wokka... but no, really), but realized the dry is only a quarter for 10 minutes. So for a dollar, you can leave the laundry and come back to it fluffy and dry. No more crowding at the free dryers. Free is great when there's no plans, but I like going to eat when laundry is drying. Food. Yes. As for prices, I don't understand why the price listed is "moderate" ... reviewers clearly have never gone to a laundromat before. The prices here are the least expensive I've EVER seen. My own apartment complex charges $3.50 for a standard I-will-destroy-your-favorite-clothes-as-well-as-a-burlap-sack agitator wash, and something like $2.50 for a dry. And yes... the option to pay with card for certain larger load machines is way awesomeness. Because carrying $5 in quarters is silly. read more
