Totally love this place! The service is amazing and the ramen is amazing! Always very sweet and food comes out nice and hot and and fast!

After discovering this place about a month ago, I've been here about 5 times. The ramen here is excellent. You could put this restaurant anywhere in Los Angeles and it would easily be successful. I've tried the shoyu (my favorite), shio (salt instead of soy), black (extremely garlicky and fatty, but delicious), and chicken ramen. My conclusion is that you can't go wrong with any of their ramen, but their shoyu is better than what I get at any other ramen joint. They do a solidly great job on the noodles, so check that box. I do have a criticism though, and I thought long and hard about whether that criticism should knock down my review to 4 stars. But I decided to go with 5 stars because ramen is standalone and the other items don't actually contribute to making a ramen meal more complete. Their non-ramen items are just average, and I actually hate their not-tempura shrimp "tempura". And it's not like they don't know how to tempura. The vegetables were fried in tempura batter. But the shrimp, served in the same basket with the veggies, is curiously not fried in tempura. They use panko instead. If it were up to me, I'd only sell ramen there. After trying half of their appetizer menu, I've concluded that they're only shooting themselves in the foot with their execution on non-ramen items. I'm just gonna pretend that their menu only has ramen on it from now on. I suggest you do the same... seaweed salad is very good (probably not worth the price), so get that if you have to have something not ramen at a ramen establishment you sick, sick person. read more

Had the tonkatsu black ramen and it was way to greasy along with the tempura vegetables. Tempura should be very light coating it was more of a long John silvers batter. I had to add alot of salt to bring out the flavor of my broth. My son had the tonkatsu spicy and his had more flavor which was wierd because it was supposed to be the same broth. The staff was very friendly but I had to get up to ask to get more water and for the check. Will not be back again. read more

Came in after my daughters soccer game and had the spicy ramen, it was delicious!! All the servers were so nice especially the red head, she was attentive and sweet. Next time I'm in the area we will be back. read more

I'm so happy that there's more diversity in food popping up in the AV! I heard about this place via a friend and knew I had to check it out. This place is super cute and I really appreciate the variety that their menu had with the variations in broths, to the different entrees for folks who don't want ramen. I had the spicy chicken ramen and it was delicious! I was worried it would be too spicy but it had a nice heat without being too overwhelming it loses it's flavor. (And if you want to crank up the heat they have chili sauce and chili flakes at your disposal) Overall, I really enjoyed and appreciated this restaurant and I hope it thrives here in our community. read more

I really enjoyed coming to have lunch here, it was my first time visiting and I have never thought to come here without seeing the advertisements in the plaza. The menu was full of delicious healthy choices. I am a fan of all the spicy ramen, and the appetizers were delicious. I couldn't get enough I was surprised I was able to eat as much as I did and still have room for Miso soup. I was able to take my time while eating and taking to my friends about our daily life's. The service was fast and made sure we were satisfied with our dining. The location was not hard to find and parking was easy. I will definitely come back for some ramen again. read more

I've come twice since the quarantine started. Their vegan options are awesome! We get the spicy creamy vegan ramen and it's fire. I get excellent customer service from JW. He is very nice in the phone and in person. Also was cognizant of my vegan order and promptly asked if I wanted to substitute the butter in the edamame for vegetable oil. I feel loved! The garlic ramen was decent but the spicy tonkatsu was terrible, lacking flavor depth, and it didn't look like the picture in the menu. When we brought it up to the waitress, she said the picture was for reference, and brought the menu over to us to show that we were correct! read more

I drove all the way to Lancaster to get some carne asada fries from schooners but it was closed due too Covid, so I decided to give this place a try I got some bowl with beef and rice and vegetables tempura, I threw up when I got home after an hour had passed and had a really bad tummy ache NEVER AGAIN. I'm in pain as I'm typing this. Stay away or try it out at you're own risk. read more

Definitely my new fav Ramen place. Too bad its all the way in Cali! I ordered the Black Tonkotsu. The broth was really good. Very rich. I added wontons, that could have been steamed a lil longer, but still delicious. The pork chashu was the best I have ever had, including from higher end ramen shops. Very good flavor and texture. I also appreciate that my seasoned egg was soft boiled. These guys definitely know what they're doing!! Must visit any time I am in Lancaster. I also ordered chicken Karrage, which was ok. Stick to the Ramen though, and you wont go wrong. read more

Waited over 40 minutes for our food. Some of the server doesn't seem to bring the food out while some of the food sit at the counter for over 10 minutes. They messed up our order twice. The taste of the Ramen and Donburi were only average. read more

I have eaten here several times and I love the flavor of their foods. It is not salty (so I assume they do not use MSG, and all of their meat dishes, at least the ones I have eaten, have what tastes like fresh meat and fresh ingredients. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the one time I had a question the waitress did not know the answer to, she asked the chef instead of making something up. Excellent. The prices are VERY REASONABLE, even for the AV and the portions are just right. I heartily recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a decent meal. Next to LANGER'S DELI in downtown Los Angeles, this is my favorite spot. read more

Considering Lancaster, this is honestly not bad. Noodle was a bit soagy, real ramen should be bouncy, wasnt terribly hungry but the noodle portion was on the smaller side for a ramen shop. And its missing classica naruto in the noodle read more
