Wow, if you love sushi please do yourself a favor and try this place! The sushi is so delicious! We ordered a variety of sushi and sashimi! The employees were so friendly and you even get complimentary miso soup and edamame! Be aware that there may be a bit of a wait because they just opened a week ago. I ordered a Crawfish Roll and spring roll appetizer through Uber Eats. The sushi was flavorless and without any texture. It fell apart when I tried to pick it up so I was effectively eating a poke bowl! The Spring Rolls were AWFUL! I ate half of one and threw the rest out. You could tell they were from frozen because the filling was mushy cabbage. Run away from this place! There are too many GOOD sushi restaurants around. read more

I came for dinner tonight and it was great. I didn't know what to expect with a strip mall in Frazier but it was so good. It was very clean and the staff was so kind. The sushi was so fresh and the rolls had minimal rice. I loved the complimentary edamame. I will def be back and take a picture next time. read more

We ordered through Uber eats the other night. A volcano roll (or something like that), California roll, crab salad, and the fried jalapeños. The crab salad was mostly LETTUCE, which is weird because I've never even seen lettuce in a crab salad it's usually crab, cucumber, avocado etc. The to go packaging looked like the Kroger sushi boxes snd honestly, that's what it tasted like to me. Cheap, maybe old sushi. The fried jalapeños were delicious. I didn't take a picture because it wasn't noteworthy. I'd maybe try coming back in person but probably not lol. I tried this place for the first time and I won't be back. The spicy tuna was very fishy tasting and the pieces are some of the smallest sushi rolls I've seen. I also ordered the fried avocado and it was basically just an avocado cut up with cream cheese and crab meat on top of it with sauce. read more

So happy to have found this spot. After all We 'Love Sushi' and when it popped up so close to our house we thought we'd give it a try. Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh and the presentation lovely. (Forgot to take a picture) We got 3 specialty rolls which were very good size as well as 8 pieces of melt in your mouth Nigiri. As we ordered salads, the waitress asked us if we wanted edamame and miso soup, which was included. We, of course did, knowing now that we had ordered too much food. Service was excellent. Atmosphere simple but good, kind of a converted diner vibe. No alcohol. Definitely busier than we expected on a Thursday night. The restaurant is located in a strip mall which is just so so but don't let that deter you. We'll definitely go back. read more

I love that a sushi place opened in Fraser! I have ordered sushi here many times, and it never disappoints. I love that they have lunch specials that include a simple roll and a special roll, and have a few options to choose from. I also love that their rolls aren't mostly rice, they are a great balance between rice and filling/topping. Staff is always very friendly when I go in to order, and it never takes long to get the food. I also have to recommend getting the fried jalapeño, that was delicious!! I don't recommend placing a delivery order from Love Sushi. The orders are consistently wrong. You receive things you didn't order and don't receive items you did. Wrong items are things I won't eat so they are just thrown away. The last 2 orders have left me hungry and disappointed. Portions of the items are inconsistent, so you don't know what you are going to get. Love Sushi's response when I called was "We will cook the items you ordered but you will have to come pick them up". Well.. No! If I wanted to pick up my food I would have not have paid for a delivery. I will never order delivery from them again. Now I have to contact the delivery service and have them issue a credit. It sort of puts a damper on enjoying a good meal. That being said, the quality of the food I've received is excellent. read more

So glad there's finally a sushi place in town! I've been 5 times since they've opened, and I've tried all different items. The fruit rolls are refreshing and delicious. The fire roll, which actually comes on fire, melts in your mouth. The restaurant is situated in the strip mall behind a bowling alley, so it's a little hard to see from the road. I'm hoping they'll get the plaza sign updated so cars are able to find it easily. Service is great. It seems like it's a family who owns and operates it, and they are very friendly and genuinely seem to appreciate all their customers. It's brand new, so give them time to work through the influx of being the shiny new place in town. If there is a wait, it's worth it. read more

We got carryout Sushi (around $75 worth) on a Wednesday evening. It was SO disappointing. Rarely would I give just one star but we have never had such bad sushi before. I've so much better sushi so I compare it to Sushi Yes (on Van Dyke & Hall Rd) and Asahi Sushi. This place had good reviews so that is why we ordered so much on our first visit. What a mistake. We should've tested them out before we ordered so much. I wish I would have taken pictures because as soon as I saw it, I knew it wasn't fresh. I've never had this problem at Sushi Yes or Asahi Sushi. I will not try Love Sushi again. The number of stars for this restaurant is very misleading. At the very least, don't do what I did-- check them out with several small orders first before investing a ton of money on them! read more

They were fresh, tasty, and very reasonably priced. It was every bit as good as the fancy sushi restaurants in metro Detroit. Will definitely return. read more
