I'd emailed Pet Sitters Club at short notice to establish walks for my puppy Leo, and James came early to our apartment on a Saturday morning to set everything up. He saw some behavior to be corrected with Leo and he went right into training mode which was great for me as a first time puppy mother to learn. He also gave me other tips that I've incorporated into Leo's training. Leo's walked by Gabby daily and we're really happy with her! I made the reservation via phone and got an appointment on Friday the same week. The prices were $75, but it's $65 for first time visits. You need to bring proof of vaccination as well. The staff here are friendly and take time to walk through and explain the process. My dog was scared walking in at first, but after the haircut, she was much happier. I let the staff know that my dog was afraid of other dogs, and they made the accommodation. Would come again!

The waiting room and examination rooms are always clean. He put up with my crazy​ and emailed us daily updates on our two girls. He did a great job cleaning the litter box and changed the pad when it needed to be changed (we use the Breeze system). She responded to my initial email request from their site pretty quickly and then was SUPER responsive. She came on a really short notice to meet my two cats and grab a set of my keys and I felt comfortable after meeting her - she's super friendly and nice and seems to really love cats. I had her come twice over the weekend to feed and play with them (and do some light litterbox cleaning) and she could not have been better! Each visit was $25 all in and she keeps you updated with texts and photos and even videos. It was really nice to see my cats in action while I was missing them and see how well taken care of they were. Dami even cleaned and washed their food bowls without being asked! She was super personable and a huge animal lover and I'll definitely be using her for future cat sitting visits :)

Nancy first of all was gracious enough to take on the task of caring for Piggie who we dearly love as he is about 5 years old close to 6 inches in length and yes a chubby fish who loves to eat yet needs special custom care. Nancy was very detail oriented and out us at ease with her knowledge, experience and expertise caring for Piggie. She wanted to do everything hands on so she would insure it was done properly and that told us she really cares for those pets she takes under her wing. Piggie needs a special blend of regular fish food and crushed fresh peas which is a little bit of work but Nancy understood and didnt deem it a problem at all. We enjoyed our vacation knowing our pet was in great hand with Nancy. We felt very fortunate to find someone with her credentials willing to stop in daily to care for our fish. Her rates are surprisingly fair and affordable and she truly treats each pet as if her own and that to me is priceless. I could go on and on saying more good things that she is punctual, friendly understanding etc but I'm sure you get my point. 5 stars off the charts review and highly recommend Nancy and her company. The amount of care, love, and professionalism made me feel at ease while I was away attending to some important family matters. Nancy was very thorough at our consultation visit, to make sure my cats' health and emotional needs were met, and what to do in case of an emergency. I loved how I got so many lovely videos and photos of my cats every day. I knew my babies were in such good hands with Dana the sitter, who was nice enough to bring my mail in and took the time to play and engage with them--and they warmed up to her quickly (not an easy thing for them to do with strangers!) . Anyway, I am so impressed with the honest conversation that happened afterwards and the absolute commitment to do everything possible to make this right for me, that I am not only staying with this company, but now writing this review. It's when things don't go as planned that you find out who people are.
