YUM! This is a spicy hot little shop full of pretty much everything you would want to spice up the bedroom with your loved one, significant other, sex buddy or sub. Yes that's right, I said sub. /whiplash. I generally get my uhh "toys/gear" from a online site (which is also coincidentally based in Huntington Beach), however I needed to pick up some last minute items that I realized I might need and decided to check out ConRev. I have to say, you'd imagine that the selection would be somewhat limited considering the size of the store, but I was amazed at all the little goodies they manage to carry. In addition to the obvious - condoms, lubes, massage oils, edible disposables, ConRev also carries a decent line of lingerie and sexy wear. They have a very limited selection of bondage gear however - masks, whips, canes, collars - but you can normally get those online as well. Prices are competitive and comparable (surprisingly) to what I can find online. The staff at this location were very welcoming and helpful. I asked for assistance twice on where to locate certain products and rather than point me towards the direction, they walked me to the general vicinity. I had a Yelp coupon (YAY Yelp) and the clerk was happy to apply that to my purchase. First off, the location is a bit easy to miss - especially if Beach Blvd is crowded and you can't drive slow. It's between Slater and Talbert, on the RIGHT HAND side of the road - next to the Power Nutrition shop. It's okay if you miss the ConRev driveway, since the rear of all the shops on the right hand side are actually kinda connected to each other, so you can get to CR through the back alley - or just turn right on Ronald Drive and LEFT onto the alley. There are tons of parking spaces in the rear vs. the two up front. Honestly, if I had more time, I could see myself spending a bit more checking the rest of what this little shop has to offer, but I wanted to get my stuff and get out before the evening crowd arrived. If you join their Preferred Customer program, you can get 10% off your purchase (I think, ask for details since I could only use either the Yelp special or join their program for 10% off - Yelp special was larger discount).
