I have been a long time customer of ConRev and just have to say that this particular locations customer service is ABOVE pretty much ALL of the other 'adult' toy stores of which I've been a patron. I happened into the store a couple of weeks ago and found there was a shoe sale - luckyyyyy day for me ---- I got 2 awesome pairs of sexy high heels, a school girl stiletto set in red/black/plaid and some wicked hot black and blue heels with an open scoop on the inside and little white and red sculls over the shoe, VERY SEXY AND HOT. As a high heel affectionado, I take my shoes S-E-R-I-O-U-S-L-Y and the entire experience can take a while...::yeah I'm THAT picky too LOL. If you've been to one adult-store you've pretty much been to them all (with the exception of the grungy ones, yuk). The store was surprisingly cleaner than most and when I walked in I was greeted quickly and with a great attitude! The manager, Jennifer, was the one helping me with the initial thought of a "ONE PAIR" shoe decision and then I convinced myself to purchase another pair and LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM! While checking out I was talking to Jennifer at the counter and the other girl had just finished assisting someone, Jess (I think) came up and joined in our conversation. Other people were coming in the store and the customers were greeted with a cheery 'hi, how ya doin' - the atmosphere was really relaxing and not all perv'ish, LOL. I was checking out the portable pole they had and another customer and his lady friend were also at the counter and he was giving me all kinds of references for this particular pole since he had one, IT WAS GREAT! The 6 of us were all wrapped up in conversation about their different products we own and Jennifer was more than happy to answer all of my questions about a few of the other products of which I inquired. Before I finalized my purchases Jennifer helped me get signed-up for their frequent flyer card - even though I'd purchased a lot of items before I had never really signed-up for a card, it was actually the first time I'd been offered one and then I got some really cool emails with sale offers later! I've been to some of the ladies nights at various locations and am looking forward to attending one at this location now. The last one I went to I spent way too much but also overdosed on laughter and fun so it evened out, LOL. Even though to drive-by you'd probably miss it, I'd recommend this ConRev location because of the customer service and the great rapport the employees seemed to have with the customers, as well as the knowledge-base answering questions and the over-all attitude. My only complaint would be that they need bigger signage because seriously I almost drove RIGHT PAST IT..... there are other adult toy stores with a more visible presence so for ConRev to NOT advertise they are RIGHT THERE is a shame, especially since the employees and customer service really was outstanding.
