Let's just talk about this wonderful place for a second... IT'S DELICIOUS. I have gone to this glorious restaurant several times, and I have yet to be disappointed. I always start with the with the Summer Rolls! They come in a pair and are served with this creamy almond dipping sauce. Plus there is avocado on the inside, and anything with avocado makes me a happy camper. Then I get their Soba Noodles (that comes with carrots, broccoli, onions, sesame seeds/oil and... you guessed it... AVOCADO)! You can get it as spicy as you want (even though I get it super mild). The whole meal is accompanied by my favorite beverage of all time. Blue Sky Ginger Ale! Loving Hut's food fills you up and leaves you satisfied with their big portions and variety of vegetarian/vegan options! Their desserts are not listed on their website, but they're incredible. My favorite is their giant vegan chocolate chip cookie. All in all, I give The Loving Hut two thumbs up!! read more

Finally was able to check this place out. The vegan food is good and had a variety of items to choose from. The place is small and the a/c doesn't work. Well according to the sign it doesn't work after 3:00 ‍. Ok, while we sat dripping in sweat waiting for our food I was thinking this better be worth it. Well it wasn't worth it....lol. Don't get me wrong the food is good "to go" but in this TX heat it's not worth getting sick waiting on your food. I'll definitely be back to pick up and leave. Anywho with the limited number of vegan places to choose from I guess I have to pick and choose my battles, so I'll be back for sure because it was good. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We arrived 40 minutes before they closed only to be told that we could only get take out because they were "backed up". There were plenty of seats. It's not like the place was packed. There is also no place to eat outside. We drove an hour with our 4 kids and were not about drive an hour back home before they can eat. Also, if you eat a whole food plant based diet this place is not for you. The food is very processed greasy vegan junk food. If you are health conscience, I would definitely look at the menu first before going. I will not be recommending this place to any of my vegan friends or family. read more

Visited here a month ago and now posting a review, I like this place quite a bit as it is vegetarian and also I love the pho my daughter did not care for any of the food except tofu chicken and neither did my nieces my brother-in-law and wife and sister all love the place and had tee curry tofu chicken. Today I came here with my mom for a quick lunch while in the area.I ordered the mushroom pizza and my mom got the zucchini pho. The food came out in no time once we had ordered.This place was delicious and I greatly recommend it!! I can't wait to come back and try more things from their menu.The reason i give this place four stars is because the portion size for the pho was quite small for its price. If you're looking for vegan food with flavor, this is the place to visit. I scored 4/5 since I'm not a fan of tofu and several of their dishes are made with tofu. If you have a desire for delicious vegan food, this is your place in Arlington! Such diverse and yummy dishes. They even have appetizers and desserts. I love the crispy seitan strips. I was in Arlington (not a usual place for me to be) and not familiar with any vegetarian food in the area. I was hoping to find a place that had something quick and decent. Searching a food app., on my phone, I found this place. I ordered the "Baguette Charm" with a side of potato salad. All I can say is YUMMY. I'll be going back to check out more of their menu soon. Went for lunch with my husband. I felt like the menu had way too many Seitan and fake cheese ( processed and unhealthy) meals. And was missing basic vegan dishes such as hummus and tehini ( both nutritious). Veganism is about living a cruelty free, healthy and sustainable life, however you provide plastic clutery ,paper plates and cups, instead of stainless still or wood , in order to reduce waste. It would be a good idea to live up to the poster on your wall. It took 30 minutes for our food to be served and the cashier wasn't very pleasant.Other than that the veggie burger was ok but will not be coming back. Sorry! read more

I ate at this restaurant on a Saturday evening, about 6pm. I got the summer veggie rolls and the portabella wrap. I highly recommend both. The Seitan and portabellas in the wrap made it very satisfying. My husband ordered the nachos and the portabella wrap also, and we split a cheesecake. The portabella wrap comes with an option for a side, I think either coleslaw or potato salad. I got the potato salad and it was great. Neither I not my husband could finish our whole wrap, so we took them to go. TLDR: Great place, quick, friendly service, Awesome food. Highly recommend. read more

Nice friendly vibe when you walk in. I ordered the spring pho and golden rolls and they were both really good. The golden rolls were actually so good I ordered a second round! Tried this place for the 1st time yesterday. Friendly staff and great food. We had the Yumburgesa pizza, delicious. They are very popular so if you are hungry be prepared the wait time is normally an Hour. In my opinion definitely worth the wait for the tasty food. read more

The food itself is delicious (I love the Gigantic Wrap and Soba Buckwheat noodles)--if only one entree item would fill you up. The prices are expensive relatively speaking for the amount and variety of food you're getting. You can get one entree for an average of $8-9 (and this is without side items), or a wrap for $8.50, including a very tiny side item of either potato salad or coleslaw. When I get only one item, I leave hungry & feeling as if I didn't receive the nutritional value I needed, unless I get at least 2 different entrees. (I weigh 131 lb. as a 3 1/2 month pregnant Vegan mama, was 124 pre-pregnancy, & before I was pregnant, I still felt this way.). As a Vegan, I go here to support the only all-Vegan business in Arlington, TX, & have spent hundreds of dollars here (if not close to a thousand). However, to be perfectly honest: I go just as often (if not more so) to Freebirds World Burrito for a Vegan Freebird size (medium large) burrito at $5.99 or Which Wich at $5 to make a Vegan sandwich which is much more filling, is much more customizable, and has great variety without limit to what veggie, grain, spices, hummus/sauces to choose. $10 next door can get you a Vegan buffet Mongolian style at the Chinese Super Buffet (if only one didn't have to worry about the cook using the same utensils and burner that the meat was cooked on without cleaning it, which they don't do between orders. So there's that.). There's also a $5 footlong sub at Subway (though there's not a lot of veggie options here, it will fill you up and give satisfaction.). Souper Salad buffet with a $4.99-5.49 email coupon is also another option in Arlington. These are all still better deals than the Arlington Loving Hut.). When I feel like I need real nutrition stat, I would say that this Loving Hut is not the place to go: a lot of meatless substitutes, a lot of rice, a lot of lettuce and tomatoes, and maybe 2 Raw dishes. If you know nutrition like I do, then you know those items are not what's needed for optimal health. I would love to give this restaurant 5 stars--I really would. I think it's in a Vegan's nature to give all things Vegan the best possible rating. We want people to know what's possible and what's available. As someone who has worked for +7 years in customer service, having waitressed at two different restaurants, & in multiple medical & health industry jobs, their customer service leaves something to be desired. They have one girl working behind the counter and she always looks like she hates her job. I've tried everything I can to get her to smile, be friendly, or say more than one word, curt replies. Yes, I do most often get to-go items rather than sit-down due to the fact that their food is expensive enough (so there's no tipping on to-go items--that should be expected.). I have never commented to them on how expensive their food is, so it makes no sense as to why I would be treated as if I were a burden for asking politely for a to-go cup of water or packet of crushed red pepper, but this is exactly the impression I get. Be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes if by yourself to receive your food. If there's customers, be prepared to wait at least 40-50 min. Today, as there were no other customers but me, I thought it might be an opportune time to see what their response might be as I'm putting together a Vegan restaurant business plan, to see if they might need an extra line cook for their peak hours. I told them I would be willing to work for minimum wage in order to gain experience. The asian man looked at me with raised eyebrows and widened eyes like I was crazy and said, "uh, no!". The asian chick (who never smiles) without looking up said, "we don't." They just left it at that. I stood there for a moment, speechless at how rude this was. What was the girl's explanation finally? (Still not looking up from her order pad.). "We're not really business people." Okay, sure. That makes zero sense. Whatever that means. I let her know about my business plan, that I would just have to find another restaurant willing to train a line cook, and her response was: "You know there are courses out there for that", to which I replied, "Yes, like the Matthew Kenney Academy in OK, for instance. From everything I've read, it's best to gain firsthand experience than to go to an expensive culinary art school (not knocking their school--in fact, it's one I would consider after getting some firsthand experience.)." Many chefs complain that students coming straight out of schools who have not had firsthand experience working the line don't even know how to cut vegetables efficiently. I understand if there's no need for an extra cook--that's just business. However, the way in which each customer is treated ought to be as if they are a guest of honor, no matter whether they are ordering to-go or dine-in. Needless to say, unless some major changes are made to the menu, price, & cust. service, I won't be back. read more

Food is amazing. Amazing. Their pizza was awesome, it was just what I needed - so much better than Mellow Mushroom's vegan pizza. However, as someone who is vegan because of allergy issues (my infant son is allergic so I have to be meticulous about what I eat, otherwise he'll have a reaction), I have a huge problem with this restaurant and their knowledge of the ingredients they use in their food. As people with a dairy allergy know, many are also allergic to soy because of the similarities between the proteins. This is never a problem for me, since I just leave the item with soy in it out - I'm the easiest vegan, I really am. Yes, even Asian food isn't a problem, for the most part. I should mention that the girl at the counter was amazing and super sweet. She kept running to the back to ask if things had soy in it, I felt horrible. I had asked about the pizza crust and when she came back to tell me it was safe, I said great and ordered a pizza, and then she insisted on running to the kitchen again to ask if the cheese had soy in it. I told her not to worry about it, since their menu states that they use Daiya brand cheese on the pizzas, and no Daiya cheese has soy in it. Still, she went to the kitchen and when she came back said that the cooks looked at the ingredients on the cheese and soy was listed. So, either they looked at the wrong cheese or they're not actually using Daiya cheese on the pizzas, which is a huge problem for people coming here with a soy allergy. Bottom line, if you have allergies, eat at your own risk. read more

This is one of the few vegan restaurants in Arlington and I've been here a couple times. It's a chill place to have lunch and I like their clay pot rice bowls and "chicken" tenders. The zucchini spaghetti was at best ok, liked it for maybe 3 minutes then got tired pretty quick. I want to try their sandwiches. the pizza looks good but is kinda pricey. The outside of this place is pretty nice however I feel like theyre missing an opportunity to make the inside just as refreshing. read more

They have very yummy food. However they are never open their hours are just hours they might be there and they even change those all the time. Their customer service is horrible and if you order more then one meal expect to wait and wait. I pick up for work so I normally have 3 or 4 orders and it takes 20-30 min. I appreciate fresh but there has to be a lack of multitasking going on back there. There is usually an employee sitting behind the register eating their lunch. I understand you have to eat too but doing it at the cash register is pretty gross. I'm sure I'll go back just for the soba noodles but I am going to stop counting on them being open.
