I had to wait on a Saturday evening 6pm to the electrical isle for, 3 over head calls and looked for two different people who had to call someone to unlock a box to get a breaker out. It shouldn't take this long 10min!!! To even get someone in the isle who said " I hope you know what your looking for cause I don't " I mean come on LOWES !! My experience today with Lea at the customer service desk was absolutely unacceptable. Lea displayed ZERO customer service skills and showed a serious lack of basic manners, professionalism, and respect. The way she spoke to and treated me was completely inappropriate for someone working directly with customers. If someone is going to work in customer service, they need to understand that treating people with respect and courtesy is the bare minimum. Lea clearly needs significant training in customer service and basic professionalism. Lowes, my go to spot for home improvement purchases. Located on S Eastern and St Rose, this is closest to me so it's where I generally end up. While Home Depot usually always has what I need in stock, I tend to come here first as it's 10 minutes closer to my house. Today's visit I had placed an online order for a plumbing pressure regulator for a job I was doing for a client. I picked up the part curbside and drove back home 20 minutes. Once I got home I the quite stupidly checked the box I received and found it to be an open box returned item that was missing parts that were needed for the installation. So, now I get to drive 20 minutes back, taking my total drive time to 60 minutes and then another 20 once I come back home as it's 40 minutes round trip. Plus the return desk time (which in this case was another 20 since I had to go source another part only to find 3 more open box items missing the same exact components needed for install.) So after all this, I couldn't replace the part because they don't have any in stock that hadn't had parts stolen from the boxes. Total time wasted, almost 2 hours in total. So I ordered one from Amazon, that came in 2 days with prime with all the parts intact. I have an account with Lowes, and oftentimes wonder why I do. The customer service isn't great and the selection there is even worse most times. I'd say when you're selling things through your app, it's incumbent upon you as a business to make sure the item your bagging and selling has all its parts intact, especially when it's an obvious open box return. It would save your customers headaches and frustration, Especially when you're trying to save time by ordering online to begin with. read more

I see a lot of negative reviews, but I've had great experiences here. I find the staff very helpful and friendly, especially if I'm asking a standard question. I did have a question with blinds were the associate couldn't help as they did not specialize in window blinds (and it was late at night so no one was staffing that area). Other than window coverings, I love that I'm able to find everything I need. I also enjoy the staff willing to help and not acting as if questions are a nuisance. For standard home supply and repair needs, I'm able to find what I need and get in and out reasonably quickly. also, I find the store is generally quite clean and well-organized which I appreciate. read more

Lowes has soooo much stuff in here! I usually stop in here if I can't find something @ a well known department store or if I don't feel like going to that department store. I've gotten many propane tank refills here for my gas grill. You must leave your empty tank outside, pull up in front of the full ones & set it outside. You then can go into the Exit only doors (closes to the registers) & just let a cashier know that you need a propane refill. They will call for a manager to meet you outside to do the exchange. Most times it can be quick if they're not busy. I do find the prices for well known products here expensive....that's the bad part about shopping here, but sometimes you pay for convenience. LOL I just stopped in here last night to buy a new number lock for my backyard gate because I don't remember how to change the lock combo on the one I have & don't know where the instructions are. I picked up one for about $14, definitely more money than I wanted to spend. The parking lot can be busy so be careful when driving around here due to there being a lot of other stores in this plaza. read more

Came in to get some cleaning supplies for our backyard. We've been to this Lowe's a handful of times but this by far was the best experience I've ever had. Alexander helped us find what we needed to clean our pavers. Another woman helped us as well and every time we passed by an employee they would ask us if we needed help! It was soooo nice! But Alexander really is the star. We needed turf cleaner and paver cleaner and he helped guide us, even went as far to go get us the scrub head we needed while we waited in the aisle. Seriously will be back and will always come here if we need anything for the house. We will definitely be back! read more

Absolute Disaster -- Avoid Lowe's FLOORING at All Costs I wish I could give zero stars. Lowe's hired a subcontractor to install my hardwood floors, and the result is utterly unacceptable. The floor snaps in multiple places constantly. Lowe's refuses to refund the job (they first offered me a $25 gift card!) so I can hire someone competent. TWO inspectors came out and confirmed what any sane person could see and hear: poorly cut boards and possibly incorrect underlayment. In other words, the expensive materials I purchased are completely unusable. And yet, Lowe's has the audacity to claim they will redo the floor. Seriously? Trust the same company that destroyed my floor the first time? Not a chance. This isn't just incompetence -- it's negligence and a massive waste of time and money. I made a mistake of putting something too heavy for the cheap particle board to hold, causing two of the shelves to break and collapse. I took a good shelf to get duplicates. It was difficult to find someone to help me. Finally I find someone. The selection to choose from wasn't much. The associate made a suggestion and I went with it. I've been coming to this toilet bowl of a hardware store, unfortunately, for over a decade because it's close to my home and I have a business account there. The paint department employees are ALWAYS rude. Kalaei in that department is lazy, rude and huffed when I asked for a single paint stir stick. Lol Leticia at the checkout didn't even say hello. She didn't bag all of my paint brushes, small paint trays, hooks, etc. She didn't even OFFER a bag. She didn't tell me my total, I had bend over to look at her screen and ask. The washer and dryer were connected fine. The issue was with the fridge they come in and they say well we need this adapter. OK when you purchase the fridge, they don't tell you nothing so you take a picture of what they tell you to show the person I love so you can get adapter there's two different sizing but both based on what they told me to get, they came back. Try to connect it the waterline plus the icemaker on the fridge. They were able to connect the waterline, but not the icemaker due to the fact that the items that they told me to buy were not the ones that it's a different one according to them it's a gold one. I don't know about you, but how the heck are you supposed to know what to buy color gold when the person's inside the store don't even know then describe it then tell you exactly what it is. They don't give you a picture of it. I'm trying to be more positive in life, but it's hard when it seems that so many people are incompetent... I don't know if it's just Vegas, or if everyone lost 20 IQ points when they took their COVID jabs, but it seems so rare that any business delivers on their expectations. So, here I am. First giving Lowe's a bad review, and then I'll need to find Premier Logistics, who they use to install their dishwashers, and give them a bad review... My only day off is Wednesday. I paid for the dishwasher more than 3 weeks ago and they weren't able to install it on a Wednesday until May 1. Even though I told them Wednesday was my only day off, they kept calling or texting weekly after I made my appointment and leaving messages like "we've changed your installation date to Tuesday..." I call, annoyed that I have to waste my time and energy to tell them again to simply just install on the scheduled date of May 1. They also send automated text messages with "if this time doesn't work, text back with a suitable date." I respond with "May 1," to which I get an auto-reply that says, "I'm sorry, we don't understand your request. Please give us a call." Seriously? Yesterday I get an email telling me they will reach out to me for an installation time. They never did. I call them after hours to see what time I'm scheduled for. They do call back (I guess that was nice) and tell me that they'll be here between 8 and 10 am. I'm guessing I'm the first, or at worst the second installation of the day. Now it's 11 am. No phone call with an update or explanation for why they're late and I'm just tired of hand holding these clowns to pay them an insane amount of money to install a dishwasher. I contemplated doing the install myself, because frankly, this is par for the course here in Vegas. And here I am mad at myself for the wasted hours of my life waiting for someone to unscrew a couple of screws, disconnect a couple of hoses and then do the opposite to install a basic appliance. I just feel that any store that will not question returns, especially tools is the real deal. One thing my husband always prided himself on was his tooling ability, so to the point a man or ladies tools are an extension of them and hard to part with once introduced into their lives. I've been to this Lowe's more times in the last 2 months than I have in the last 8 years living on this side of town. We've had a few home projects that we completed and of course this was our first stop every time to get the things we needed. The associates have been friendly and helpful with all of my bf's questions. We've also had no problems returning opened items that turned out to be the wrong size. What brings me here on a monthly basis are the kids DIY workshop kits. Just complete the registration form online and reserve the amount of kits you need. Plus it's free!!!!! We've built a bulldozer, a crane, a fire truck and this month is a Christmas train. The kits come with all the wooden pieces and nails/screws. You just need to have your own tools to build it. It's a fun activity for parents and kids to do together. Just make sure you're watching your kids and the kits do require a little elbow grease build. It's all worth it and they are pretty sturdy toys. They also had a fun Halloween drive-thru trick or treating event this year for COVID-19. If we have any more projects to work on at home, this will definitely be our next stop. But I'll be back monthly for the workshop kits. read more
