The icebreaker on my LG refrigerator was broken. Unfortunately, I didn't do an adequate search for a qualified repair service, only looked for an LG recommended service near me, without looking at the existing reviews. Daniel was polite and responsive, and found the broken part, He gave me a price of $532.46 for the icemaker, and $100 to replace it. He requested a $300 deposit to order the part, which I paid by check. A few days later he came with the new part. But when he installed it, it didn't function properly. He said the part was faulty and he would have to get it replaced. I suspect that he broke the new part when he installed it. He said he would return in a couple of days with a replacement. He never returned. He didn't respond to text messages or voicemail. I suspected that he was ghosting me, so I asked a friend to call his number and he immediately answered. My friend then added me to the call, and Daniel tried to explain that he was in Canada and his phone wasn't working (although I was talking to him on his phone. He said he would get in touch with me when he returned from Canada. He never called. I considered submitting a small claims complaint, but in checking on the legal name of his company in Maryland, I find that his company as "forfeited". Incompetent and then ghost! This servicer came into my home, replaced the compressor on my refrigerator, and continued to "hope" he put enough Freon in it. Two days later, my refrigerator was a bit cooler but still could not make ice. He comes back and admits he didn't put enough Freon in it, add Freon, and STILL I have no ice. Then he ghosted me. Would not respond to texts or calls. And now I am going in circles with LG because this company has the repair ticket. I really don't want them in my home again, but I may not have a choice. If I could leave a zero I would. I see the same complaints in all the reviews. My Sears home warranty assigned this company. The repairman Daniel said he needed to order my parts for my cooktop March 1st. He never returned and when I call there is only a voicemail. I left several messages and no response. I have been trying to contact Sears and getting no response. Since I pay monthly for the warranty through my bank, I filed a claim to have my money returned and stop payment on any future payments to Sears. I'm sure once the bank gets them for fraud they will respond. Do Not get a Sears Warranty and DO Not schedule any repairs with this company! read more

Sears scheduled them to come service my appliance. The first appointment the guy didn't put the appliance back together all the way. The second appointment the guy cl​aimed they never received a service ticket to come out. Sears scheduled them to come out again and no one showed up. Every time I call it goes to voicemail and no one calls back. Sears keeps saying I have to contact the appliance repair company instead of them sending someone from another company. This is the worse service or non-service I have ever dealt with related to Sears. There is no need to have a warranty through Sears if they can't provide a decent and reliable repair service. read more

The person who came out to fix my ice maker and stove he fixed the ice maker but the stove is still not working he said he had to order a part that was two weeks ago no follow up call which is unacceptable I have made a call on friday morning no return call I most likely will cancel my warranty with sears since I can't get my oven fixed. read more

I would give this service a lower rate if it available. He work on my LG refrigerator and after two month stop working... I called him back multiple times he answer one time and said he will call back... he never did. I scheduled an appointment with Daniel for refrigerator repair. Daniel provided an appointment window of 8-12pm noting that he would likely arrive closer to 8am. I texted him my home address as requested. On the day of appointment, I waited 4 hours and Daniel did not call or show. I called twice (about 20 mins between calls) and on the second call he answered and hung up without saying anything. I even texted and did not receive a reply. Beware! read more

We had an excellent experience with this repair company. Our LG fridge stopped cooling and we called all 10 repair companies listed on the LG website in our area. Many said they had stopped doing LG as too many problems but Daniel returned our call, came the next day with LG parts and, in order to complete our repair, finished up the day after that which was a Saturday. We now have a working fridge and are very grateful for this exceptional service. read more

Like ALL of the rest, they come out to assess the problem, order the part needed(Or so one thinks) then no call- no show. End of contact. They are HORRIBLE.
