Whimpy skinny papa with green chile
    Phi N.

Simple diner with plenty of parking. Staff was friendly but not the most attentive for it being pretty empty when we arrived. Ordered the skinny Papa's with green chile since I was told that was the thing I needed to try. Got the whimpy size which was plenty for me since it's stuffed with a lot of things - pretty much a hash bowl. The food was good! The service was okay.

While visiting Boulder, a friend suggested we meet for breakfast at PJs. It turned out to be a great suggestion. The food is delicious and the portions are large. My wife and I had breakfast burritos--delicious. Our friend got the Cowboy--two eggs sitting on a mound of hash browns. Also delicious. The service was great. There's plenty of free parking. We'll definitely return here for breakfast the next time we visit Boulder.

The food was great! My boyfriend and I went around 11-12 PM on a Friday, and it seemed quite steady. Didn't have to wait long for food at all. I got the Black Betty Burger! It was great, it had perfect amount of peanut butter and amazing with the Jam and Chille. Our server was Kyle, his energy was great, super genuine and sweet! Didn't bother us, but checked up on us well. Sometimes servers can get buggy with it. Great space, and great community of people. Pricing is also very reasonable, my boyfriend got the Iced tea and it was huge, and bottomless :)

A cute little diner with great service and even better food. I had a chorizo breakfast burrito with green chile. They put tortilla chips in the burrito which adds a really interesting blend of textures. The chile has a great spicy bite. My mom said her burger was cooked perfectly. The server was friendly and prompt and the restaurant was clean. We'll definitely be back!

This was a good spot! Went here this past Thursday for breakfast and was very happy. Place is nestled inside a strip mall and once inside very clean with a unique Colorado ambiance. Service was really good as well and my server was fantastic. Food was very good as well..:the breakfast burrito I had was huge and this thing was packed full of eggs, potatoes and their signature bacon. Then smothered in their green chili sauce. I would for sure give this a 5 out of 5 on Yelp! Definitely will be back and loved my experience.

Pjs has long been a staple of the Broomfield Flatirons area, we're all lucky it made it through the covid shutdowns. The food is fantastic and the family run atmosphere adds a positive quality to the vibe. I always make it a point visit when I'm back in town for work. I recommended the Chilaquiles. Despite being bustling when I visited, the staff was quick and professional.

Wonderful place for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Variety and quality served by the friendliest and most helpful team I have encountered. We have been regulars for at least 8 years and still love this place. Easy for families with kids, groups or singles at the counter. It has that wonderful busy and energetic vibe with large portions that will fill any appetite. Try it, I think you will love it too!

My son said "Mom, if you rate this place, will you give it a 5 star rating?" Worth it! Pancakes were delicious, thick bacon, and excellent service! We will be back.

This is the Taos after. This should tell you something.

PJ's is a very pleasant whole wall, located in a strip mall. It doesn't pretend to be anything other than what it is, a small diner. The menu is heavy on the savory side of the pallet and definitely leans toward New Mexican cuisine, which is far as I am concerned is all to the good. I had the "Taos", which was a mound of hashbrowns covered with green chili, turkey sausage, and smothered in a green chili sauce, but I had it " Christmas" . I was thoroughly heartened that they knew what that meant( both red and green chili, phrase not found nor appreciated anywhere outside of New Mexico). The green chili sauce was OK, but the red chili sauce was sharp and tangy and brought back memories of my New Mexican childhood, very good. The quantity of food was prodigious, and a very good value. My wife had the biscuits and gravy, which she said was adequate. I tasted it and found the gravy pretty good. She had had the biscuit griddled, that probably was a mistake. That being said, the server took back the order and didn't charge us for it. My wife, then ordered just a plain biscuit, which was exceptionally good. The service was prompt, friendly, and the food arrived at our table within the time it takes to fry an egg. Overall, I'd say PJs is a find, and if I lived around here, I would go back. The bill for the two people without coffee was around $22.

First impression: clean, bright & welcoming. Seated immediately. Local flavor as opposed to the "in crowd" fancy breakfast places. Menu has ample choices and they all looked good. Staff friendly and attentive. Ordered the Carne Asada burrito with green chile. First, it's huuuge. Enough for three people, two hungry folks, or a pro linebacker. Delicious, mild heat with a bit of a lingering afterburner Worth checking out! Pepsi, no Coke.

Burritos larger than my face... yes please. Smothered with red or green and only $3 more for the sour cream, guac, lettuce and tomato. Housemade biscuits and preserves.... Doughy style but bomb. If you're looking for a flaky biscuit, it's not your jam. The place is a great mom and pop style with TLC put into the dishes. I wish I lived closer to make it a staple.

And while I am sure the plates are photogenic enough to garner likes, this place has much more going for it than just that. Worth putting into the weekend brunch rotation for sure. My one gripe is the lighting is dim and it comes off like more of a dive that family restaurant, but to each their own. A well deserved 4 stars.

The scrambled eggs and potatoes were well prepared and enjoyable and my spouse was satisfied with their dish except how her lettuce and tomatoes were soggy. Unfortunately the chicken fried chicken was undercooked. At the time I didn't immediately realize this as the texture seemed soft due to the gravy. It wasn't until later that I recognized the issue and I ended up feeling unwell after the meal. This was very disappointing and ultimately impacted my overall experience. While the service and ambiance were strong positives the food safety concern is significant. I hope the restaurant takes extra care in the kitchen moving forward.
