Located in Burbank's Horror Row, Lucifer's Pizza is a pretty solid choice when you're in the area and want to keep the horror theme going. My better half and I have been to the Studio City location, but it was our first time at the Burbank one. There's street parking all around but it's not mission impossible in these parts. Inside is not too big but not too small (just right!). You order at the counter and they bring the pizza to you. We ordered the Pepperoni Ultimo (pepperoni, green bell peppers, pineapple, buffalo sauce) along some Mexican cokes. It took a bit for the pizza to be ready, but anything worth doing is worth doing right. The pizza is definitely on the doughier side, so if that's how you enjoy you zza this is the place to be. I love Lucifer's! I've had their pizza before at parties, so I was really happy that a new location opened in Burbank. Other reviewers have commented that the pizza is very "doughy," but I love that. It has a perfect crispy/chewy consistency and thickness, I think. I've ordered delivery a few times and the pizza is so freshly made that you had to hold each slice to keep the ingredients from sliding off. My fave pizza is the Zucha, which has pumpkin, olives, feta, zucchini, red bell pepper, and spinach. I know it's a little bit of a weird pizza and for parties, I'll usually order just a personal Zucha for myself and anyone who wants to try along with the more crowd-pleasing pizzas. Everything was fresh! So fresh that when it got to the table and we dug in the toppings were ready to slide off. Plus the dough was amazing. Even without any toppings it was solid on its own. For the BBQ chicken pizza the onions added a lot of texture and flavor. When it came to the service, we were greeted the second we opened the door and the guy that took the order was one of the nicest guys I've been helped by in a restaurant in a while. They have two sizes large which is 8! pieces and small which is 6! pieces no in-between size. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza with light cheese and well done. The pizza was ok, nothing extraordinary. The pizza sauce was basic nothing that gave me a spark. Nice-sized menu with a variety of pizzas, salads, wings, etc. Nice atmosphere. This is my favorite pizza chain! The one near me closed (redevelopment :( and now I have to come out to The Valley... Worth it!!!!! We had the Greek Lamb & Rosemary w/ caramelized onions, feta cheese, kalamata olives & garlic. It's soooooo good :) All the ingredients in this pie come together to give you a savory, slightly spicy flavor with just a hint of sweetness. And they don't skimp on the toppings either so every bite is filled with rich flavor. Of course the most important part of a pizza is the crust and Lucifers is one of the best. A medium thick rustic style with plenty of flavor and a nice chew. I don't leave any pieces of this tasty bread behind! They have 4 spice levels: Zero, Medium, Fiery & Blazing. We like to get Medium, it gives a nice heat that complements the flavor without overwhelming. The staff is friendly and keep the shop clean while making delicious pies. On my last visit, the worker didn't acknowledge me for awhile and then never said hi or anything, just gave me a look to start my order. I had a really disappointing experience with my order. I requested two vegetarian pizzas and one vegan pizza, along with several sauces that I paid for. They didn't send any sauces at all. On top of that, the three pizzas arrived not even properly closed or labeled. I called to ask how I'm supposed to figure out which is vegan and which is vegetarian, and the response was rude. They told me to somehow figure it out myself, even though I ordered the same type of pizza with different dietary requirements. I found the whole interaction unprofessional, and I still don't have the sauces I paid for. Additionally, one of the vegetarian pizzas was meant for someone with gluten issues, so I paid extra to make it gluten-free. So, tried this place today earlier. Had several kids with weird food needs. Lucifer's having so many options was, the only plus. Took 90 min for 4 personal pizzas and one large. It's a pretty good size and they really stack on the toppings. I got the Zucha but fully vegan. I forget what spice level I got but probably medium. It was delicious! My only complaint was the pumpkin needed to be cooked a bit more. It wasn't tender enough. But loved all the veggies!! So good! Service was good. The guys there were very nice and helpful. We came in at the right time 5:30pm. Quiet place but the smell is incredible and enticing. My husband got the meat lovers on cauliflower with mild spice & I got Hawaiian on gluten free. Pizza here is 3/10 mediocre at best but that's being very generous especially because of the amount of grease that comes on this pizza along with the cheese and toppings that simply slide off once you try to pick it up also the dough seems a tad undercooked as shown very soft, not crispy idk if they didn't want to cook it longer simply because they didn't want us in there any longer which i don't know why because it was legit just me and my partner. Im so disappointed after a long day of hyping up Lucifer's and telling my sisters we're going to go I call the place an order and asked if we can eat inside and they stated AS LONG AS WE ARRIVE BEFORE 10PM. We arrived at 8:47.. sat down and told we could not eat there but we still had to pay. I was worried because it's night and 5 girls with no where to eat our food they did not care. They were extremely rude and rushing one of the workers to hurry up with our order. i waas craving some pizza right after the gym and whenever i am in the Burbank area i am always driving pass Lucifer's pizza so I decided to stop by. my review is based on my opinion as a first time customer. - they have street parking right in the front. - outdoor seating. when i walked in, i was immediately greeted by the gentleman behind the counter. it took me a good minute to figure out what i wanted to try. everything on their menu sounded really good. so this is what i ended up getting , my order : - pepperoni pizza x XL - $29.99 - pepperoni ultimo x XL - $29.99 - mozzarella sticks - $6.99 total : $68. let's talk about the pepperoni pizza - you really can't go wrong with the basics. it was good however the pizza was a bit too thin, their pizza dough could be a bit better & it was really oily. i understand some people love a really oily pizza but i don't and that's just my preference. I probably should have asked them for less oil but it's okay. the pepperoni ultimo pizza - toppings were pepperoni, red onions, green bell peppers, sliced pineapples, mozzarella, and buffalo hot sauce. i liked that this pizza wasn't too oily but it was still too thin, their pizza dough could be better & the mozzarella could be more cheesy. i was not impressed with their pizzas. lol i would rate their pizza a 5.8/10 lastly, their mozzarella stick was not my favorite at all. the breading of the mozzarella was badly made, dry, and it did not taste good at all. On their menu they describe their mozzarella stick as "baked to gooey perfection oozing creamy stringy cheese out of a crispy coating" and it's a bit gas lighting to the customers because it is not what i received. the coating was not crispy at all and the cheese was the complete opposite of "gooey perfection." i guess my definition of "oozing creamy stringy cheese" is different than theirs because it was the complete opposite of their description. when you break apart the mozzarella stick with your hands the block of cheese is still hard and nothing close to "gooey" or "oozing." i think they need to let the cheese melt a bit more inside. i don't have a photo of the mozzarella sticks bcos i forgot to take one. lol. i would rate their mozzarella sticks a 0/10. it was nice trying out a new spot but probably won't be coming back again. read more

Welcome to Burbank Lucifers Pizza. Lucifers Pizza is located on Magnolia directly across from Monte Carlo deli. This is Lucifers fifth location. Couple things I noticed while scanning the menu. There are only two sizes. Personal and X- Large. You can also choose the spice level for your pizza . Zero- Blazing. I of course opted for zero spice. So many pizzas caught my eye, but I decided to keep it simple and order the Meat Lover. It was DELICIOUS! The Meat Lovers comes with pepperoni, shaved ham, sausage & mozzarella. The crust is the perfect balance of thin while still maintaining texture. You can taste the quality and freshness in each bite. I also like how you can see the pizza being made right in front of you. Service was attentive and pleasant Street parking only There were no napkin dispensers on any table. Hope that changes. I go through napkins like crazy. I had high hopes for this place because they offer only two sizes: personal and extra large. I figured there must be a reason for this--it must be a very popular spot. An extra-large pizza, with tax, costs nearly $30 out the door, and that is the smallest option available for more than one person. I admit that the crust is delicious. However, as shown in the picture, there was a strangely large chunk of tomato, which does not seem appropriate for a sauce--especially since I did not order tomato as a topping. I ordered a pepperoni pizza, yet some slices had only one piece of pepperoni, placed oddly. For this price point, I would expect extra-large pepperoni slices and at least a couple of pieces per slice. Based on my previous experiences at other places, the small pepperoni slices seem out of place for what I paid. That said, I really liked the crust, and the sauce was flavorful. I just was not a fan of the large tomato chunks, which felt excessive. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience but only worthy of three stars. read more

I'm so sad to leave this review. My boyfriend and I have been going here 1-2x a month for over a year because we love it but lately we've been consistently recieving our order wrong. We always get carry out and we always order the "medium" sauce. 3x now we've been given the "fiery" sauce and 1x the non spicy sauce (which is so salty and not good). By the time we get home and start eating it's not always worth going all the way back but it's so disappointing every time because it wasn't what we wanted/ordered. We will be ordering from another location from now on. 4 different occasions is way too many times to have your order screwed up from the same place.
