I recently tried Fresh Brothers and really liked it. This is the 3rd location I have been to, so far 3 for 3. I really like their pizza, ingredients taste fresh and their cheese is high quality. They have 3 kinds of pepperoni and the crust is really good. I have been getting deep dish, so that's what I am basing the crust on, thick, crispy edges and soft in the middle, one of my favorite pizza I believe if I am being honest. Today I got their lunch special, which is a pretty great deal. You get a personal pizza either cheese or pepperoni, a salad and a drink for $9.99 (add $1 for deep dish). The only bummer here is their soda machine was broken, so had to get a can, won't ding them for it, things happen. But if I come back again in a month or whatever and still not working, then maybe I would have to drop them to a 4, otherwise 5 stars for sure. I also added an order or there cheesy bread sticks with marinara sauce. This was excellent as well, cover with cheese and baked in a Detroit style pan so you have crispy cheese edges all around, get some when you go, I think you will love it. The Salad was also very good, onion, tomatoes, cucumbers lettuce and arugula, very tasty and their blue cheese dressing is on point. The service here takes a little time as everything is made to order, but worth the wait and the staff was nice either way. Inside is minimalistic, a handful of seats at high standing bench style tables, but works great and you can sit at the window and people watch. The parking in this area is tough, although I was lucky and got a spot right in front, otherwise, I could see some challenges. Not sure if there is a close lot around, but hopefully. Otherwise everything was great and parking was really easy for me today at least. They also have a rewards program and I always recommend joining these, you can earn rewards, order ahead and make it convenient for yourself rather than waiting. Enjoy! read more

Great offer today for a free personal pizza. Street parking at this location but watch the signs. Self-serve ordering available as well as online ordering ahead. Some inside counter seating and a couple of small outdoor tables. The pizza was served quickly and was HOT (fork and knife necessary until it cooled). Cheese tasted great, good crust that held up once cooled. The crushed red pepper is mild. Definitely a better option than the major pizza chains. read more

Exceptionally poor customer service. I hate to complain about restaurants, but this has been very frustrating. We ordered a pizza with no cheese, however the pizza showed up with cheese. Ok not great, so I called them. The customer service rep was polite, but said this was a computer error that had been coming up on other orders (?) and they ignored it, and put cheese on the pizza. I asked why they didn't call us and he had no response. Fortunately, they agreed to redo the order and send another pizza. Makes sense, we'll be patient. Unfortunately, this new pizza never arrived. With no phone call or communication, it was marked as undeliverable. I got a text message that the order was cancelled. Apparently they could deliver the wrong order, but it's not possible to get a replacement to the same location one hour later. Not clear on how or why. Calling the store, I was told the driver tried to contact me multiple times but could not get through. I was told they even included a conciliatory order of ranch dressing with the order. So sad they didn't make it, as there is nothing like a good order of ranch dressing if you can't eat cheese and milk. Order at your own risk. read more

I love the variety of crust and vegan/ vegetarian options they have at Fresh Brothers. They've really made the pizza experience inclusive for all! I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the fresh veggie cauliflower crust pizza and the skinny crust pizza with vegan sausage on top. That skinny crust pizza is perfect for those who want to eat real pizza crust but who are on a low carb diet! I also enjoyed the pepperoni breadsticks and California Caprese salad. The portion sizes were decent though the prices felt a tad high for the thinner crust pizza options. Parking can be a real challenge, so if you're driving there, give yourself a little extra time in case you need to circle the block a few times. read more

The staff is friendly Street parking only. You definitely have to get lucky to find a spot, so I would avoid peak hours. They have a pizza daily lunch special Monday through Friday til 3pm. Specifically removed the vegan sausage from my da works pizza order. As you can see in my photo I had removed the sausage and it is not listed as a topping on my order. They still put a TON of vegan sausage and it was underneath all the other toppings so was impossible for me to remove without removing all the other toppings. I find the flavor so gross which is why I specifically didn't want it on my pizza. I contacted door dash who gave me a $9 credit on a $29.99 medium pizza that I ended up throwing out because I couldn't stomach the fake sausage texture and flavor. I'm confused about the contrasting reviews about this place but for me, everything has been good so far and I hope that it stays that way. What have I tried so far? I always want the deep dish pizza so the first time I went, I got the bbq chicken. It was so good that I came back another day to try the deep dish pepperoni. I came in tonight at around 8pm to pick up a small order to-go for my significant other. And the order was good. My complaint was about the young kid in the front, working the register. If I could, I would take my tip back. I regret tipping in advance. Right after I tipped, the keypad was not responding when I pushed the green button. And the kid sighed so loudly and yelled "Just push the green button!"... You think? He wasn't even looking to see that I was pushing the green button. While I was waiting... he was at the kitchen window on his phone, it was quiet because my significant other and I were the only customers. After about 5 min of silence on his phone, he began yelling "What the f*** is this s***! I'm gonna lose my f***ing MIND!". It seemed like he saw something on his phone that made him mad. He then began slamming things and then started giving attitude to the person in the kitchen. After a few minutes, he came out with our order. The order was made to eat there. But we ordered it to-go. He then asked us "For here or to-go?". My significant other answered "To-go." He wasnt listening, so he yelled "FOR HERE OR TO GO!?". At that point we started to give him attitude back. Because this behavior is not acceptable. We yelled back "TO GO!". He sighed loudly and then began slamming to give an attitude because he had to pack the order to-go". He clearly has issues.
