Specifically removed the vegan sausage from my da works pizza order. As you can see in my photo I had removed the sausage and it is not listed as a topping on my order. They still put a TON of vegan sausage and it was underneath all the other toppings so was impossible for me to remove without removing all the other toppings. I contacted door dash who gave me a $9 credit on a $29.99 medium pizza that I ended up throwing out because I couldn't stomach the fake sausage texture and flavor. I came in tonight at around 8pm to pick up a small order to-go for my significant other. And the order was good. My complaint was about the young kid in the front, working the register. If I could, I would take my tip back. I regret tipping in advance. Right after I tipped, the keypad was not responding when I pushed the green button. And the kid sighed so loudly and yelled "Just push the green button!"... You think? He wasn't even looking to see that I was pushing the green button. After about 5 min of silence on his phone, he began yelling "What the f*** is this s***! I'm gonna lose my f***ing MIND!". It seemed like he saw something on his phone that made him mad. He then began slamming things and then started giving attitude to the person in the kitchen. After a few minutes, he came out with our order. The order was made to eat there. But we ordered it to-go. He then asked us "For here or to-go?". My significant other answered "To-go." He wasnt listening, so he yelled "FOR HERE OR TO GO!?". At that point we started to give him attitude back. Because this behavior is not acceptable. We yelled back "TO GO!". He sighed loudly and then began slamming to give an attitude because he had to pack the order to-go". He clearly has issues.
