I'm so sad to leave this review. My boyfriend and I have been going here 1-2x a month for over a year because we love it but lately we've been consistently recieving our order wrong. We always get carry out and we always order the "medium" sauce. 3x now we've been given the "fiery" sauce and 1x the non spicy sauce (which is so salty and not good). By the time we get home and start eating it's not always worth going all the way back but it's so disappointing every time because it wasn't what we wanted/ordered. We will be ordering from another location from now on. 4 different occasions is way too many times to have your order screwed up from the same place. The garlic knots and mozzarella sticks are amazing though. The pizza is good here, we just are sick of having our order wrong so many times when it's been orderely clearly through the app. read more

We were in Burbank for mystic museum and decided to try Lucifer's pizza place. The restaurant was nice and the pizza was delicious. They only had bottled drinks which was good. The only thing I would change is that the employees put hair in ponytails while working on pizza. The pizza is also made in front of us. read more

I decided to try this new Lucifers Pizza that just opened up close to me. I've seen other locations, but have never tried them. I looked at their menu online and their special pizzas all sounded pretty amazing. First, tried to order on their website and it kept showing an error message so I decided to call to place a takeout order. The man who answered the phone and took my order was friendly and said it would be ready in 25 minutes. The pizza was ready when they said it would be. I got the XL Hot Italiano Pizza. It was hot and fresh when I brought it home. I honestly have always felt that there was no good pizza in Burbank, but this is my favorite so far. This pizza was cheesy and loaded with delicious toppings. The crust tasted fresh and was nice and doughy, just the way I like it. I like that you can choose the spice level of the sauce. The only thing I thought was weird is that they only have a personal size and XL as size options. The price is also a little more expensive than other places, but I'd gladly pay that again for this pizza . read more

Out vintage and thrift shopping on Magnolia with my family, my daughter had a craving for some pizza... specifically cheese pizza. She is a picky eater so she would be the ultimate reviewer of their 10" Simply Cheese Personal Pizza. The verdict is in... SHE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! The cheese was perfect, the sauce was tangy with a perfect balance of sweet, and the crust was doughy and thin all in one. Reminded me of some of the pizza moments I had in NYC. A bit greasy but bearable. Located in the heart of Burbank's Magnolia community lies a cool pizza joint with ample seating. Parking along Magnolia St and surrounding side streets. Décor is dark with the an open concept to the kitchen. There are about 10-15 tables plus a couple outdoor seating right on the side walk. I thought it was a great size. The service was good. Pleasant workers who looked hard at work. There is no table service so it's a very causal setting. If you are looking for a cool pizza joint with yummy pizza this is the place to go. read more

Came here on the last Friday of the month where all the food trucks come out in Burbank so the place was slammed and they did the best they could. I would recommend putting out plates, silverware, boxes out somewhere so people can just go and grab. I had to get up twice to ask for utensils, plates, & a to go box. Ordered large ring burner - Pepperoni, jalapenos, black pepper, bell pepper, chili flakes, mozzarella (it has a nice spicy kick) Flame baked chicken wings - 6 spicy medium spicy really good and tasty but only problem I had was wings are gigantic. pizza crust was bland, chewy, stale, flavorless. Pepperoni was micro-thin and tasteless. All the extra toppings are a waste of money as they are miniscule and barely recognizable. They are cheap with the extra cheese, but it doesn't taste good anyway. Even though we asked for exrta sauce, the pizza was chokingly dry. Salads were small, overpriced, sad and disappointing--very much a waste of money. The store itself is empty of customers (no wonder), maybe because the guy working there is less than cordial or pleasant. Avoid this place, we will never go back. Try Barone's instead. First and last time customer. I ordered wings extra crispy and I don't know what they are breaded in but it's a total fail for me. Not only were they not crispy they were flavorless and had a weird thick film / slimy breading I've never seen before. I did not eat anything else for the rest of the day and I'm feeling sick now, 10 hours later. Please don't order the wings and I didn't order the pizza because I saw a couple eating what appeared to be a pepperoni pizza and it looked greasy, burnt on top but undercooked on the bottom. I absolutely love Lucifer's Pizza! The spicy sauce makes it completely different from other pizza places. This day I bought the regular 10" Pepperoni Personal Pizza with Medium Spice and it was so fulfilling. You can go wrong with their Roasted Pumpkin Prosciutto either! It's the perfect balance of savory and a hit of sweetness. And the crunchiness of it all brings the flavors together. Also a Caesar Salad goes perfect with any Pizza and a side of Baked Wings. Just a warning - the FIRE sauce is really hot. I'm so glad they opened their new location in Burbank. It's near so many spooky experiences like The Mystic Museum and Halloween Town which are both down the street. Definitely a great spooky combination! read more

if i can give this place 0 stars i would. we walked in and didn't get greeted. there was a male behind the counter taking our order. when i tell you he didn't say a SINGLE WORD to us, we aren't exaggerating. I have been wanting to try Lucifer's Pizza for awhile. On our way from North Hollywood to Burbank I saw it open and was excited to go in. So we did. There was only one guy working no one else there that we saw and two couples ahead of us. I think we took less than 5 minutes to decide what we want and place the order. We sat down, but the only thing that made me choose 4 stars instead of 5 is how long it took for him to make the pizzas. There was nothing specific that we wanted to make the order complicated, so I am not sure why it took close to 50 minutes to bring the small pizzas to our table. I waited for Lucifer's Pizza to settle in before I went there. Especially because it sits on the hollowed ground of what was Tony's Bella Vista, which I consider the best pizza ever. I was trying to be unbiased considering this fact. I'll leave the cold vibe and staff and out of it. The front counter was dirty and sticky. As was the table and seats we sat at. The staff said there was a mistake when they varnished the wood or something to that effect. No excuse for sticky, dirty furniture. Decided to try out the new pizza place nearby and got an XL pepperoni with mild heat (I always go with just pepperoni when trying out a new joint). It was okay, but for almost $30 I want more than just okay. It's also worth noting that they only have two sizes--small (10") and XL (16") so if you want to feed two people there's not a good option. That said, they do have some pretty cool sounding specialty pizzas, so I'll probably give them one more shot at some point, but I'll definitely get the small. Second chance the toppings were so burnt it was like eating ash. 3 pizza was cold and the seasoned fries were absolutely the worst they were burnt so dried out there was no potato and so much salt it burned your lips. This was a strange experience, no posted prices anywhere no paper, menus plastic menus menu on the wall menu anywhere. You have to use a QR code to see the menu, fair enough. The menu from the QR code doesn't have post prices posted so right there I was already annoyed. The kid at the register checked the app and he couldn't find the prices on there but he knew them in his head. $15 for a personalized pizza not exactly what I would call a bargain. I also got the order wrong for the pizza. I was very clear and saying I just want barbecue sauce, chicken and cheese that's it and what did I get tomato sauce with pieces of tomato. The other staff member tried to argue with me about it, which was so ridiculous so what if that's your base I told her I didn't want that. First of all Lucifer's is a really co place to walk into to. It has such a unique style to it and I am all here for it. Even the designs on the boxes are really special and cool. The Cesar salad was very good and the little pieces of bacon added perfect extra flavor. I didn't try the cheese pizza but the pepperoni was really good. Super flavorful and delicious. All in all, the food is really good, the people are kind, and the place is really cool. read more
