The cashmere crew was comfy and I wore a base layer underneath (cotton long sleeve tee) . I was pleased to grab the second sweater (canvas) on sale. Overall solid shopping experience and good value considering other cashmere brands are on the higher price points. It's nice to own various cashmere pieces from good value buys to high end luxury. Personally, Everlane sweaters are priced just right for those on the fence, you won't be disappointed.

Oscar helped me with jeans while another staff member helped my bf with tshirts (didn't catch his name). I told Oscar my dilemma with my 1955 jeans, and he recommended boncoura work pants to me. I think they're a new product and were made in partnership with self edge? I don't remember all the details beyond him telling me he fits women in these pants because they surprisingly fit women really well. I tried them on...and yeah. I walked out of the store with them and wore them the rest of the day lol. Everyone was super helpful while we shopped and tried clothes on. I think I actually had a better experience here than at the SF store. They have a parking lot out front, so the store is really accessible. If you're looking for raw denim, visit self edge. If you're looking for premium, well-made basics or you're into working menswear from Japan, go to self edge. They're knowledgeable, and they're passionate about the industry and products they carry. We had a horrible experience buying something they didn't have in stock -- and having it shipped to…read morethe store for us to pick up. Lululemon takes its customers for granted -- and that low regard for its customers is reflected in its stock price. FAIL #1: BAD SALES SUPPORT We ordered the item in-store, for delivery to the store. (We live in a high crime area and can't have items shipped home.) The sales lady asked if we wanted a printed receipt and I said, "no, because you have our name and number and so we can track it that way if need be". If only. Apparently NO ONE at Lululemon anywhere is capable of tracking a purchase unless you can give them a purchase order number -- even if (a) you can tell them the time, date, location, and item of purchase and the credit card used for the purchase, and (b) you give them your name and phone number. When I say "no one", I mean literally "not a single employee at Lululemon, including retail sales staff, staff at their 877 customer service number, and the c-suite" is able to track a purchase without a purchase order number, even if you can provide every other imaginable detail about the purchase. Had the salesperson understood this, then presumably she'd have insisted that we take the printed receipt. But she didn't. And had the salesperson told us this, then of course we'd have taken a printed receipt with the purchase order number on it. FAIL #2: NO INITIATIVE OR CUSTOMER ORIENTATION The store never called us when my item arrived in the store -- even though they had our phone number. FAIL #3: NEVER RETURN A VOICEMAIL MESSAGE, IN SPITE OF OUTGOING MESSAGE PROMISING A CALL BACK "WITHIN 24 HOURS" Since they never called us when the item arrived, and since we couldn't no one at Lululemon could track the package and let us know when it arrived in at their store, we called them to see if the item arrived -- so we could pick it up at their store. We called during business hours and they didn't answer -- and their outgoing vmail promised a call back within 24 hours. We didn't receive a call back within 24 hours or within 24 days or ever. _____________________________________________________ So we had to go in to the store learn if our package had arrived -- because (a) they never called us to tell us it had arrived, (b) they never returned our call inquiring about whether it had arrived, and (c) their in-store staff, 877 staff, and c-suite couldn't track the package and let us know if it had arrived.

What really helps out in my opinion is that this location is adjacent to Alo and Nike with both featuring their higher end workout gear. Service can be spotty at times as that it can be either super friendly or a tad aloof, but that really all depends on the day.

If individuals on second-hand resale sites are selling, absolutely, to be part of a more sustainable clothing practice, but AE has lost my service until it undergoes a major personality shift. I placed an online order using a birthday promo code and opted for store pickup at the Barton Creek Mall location. The order was supposed to be ready by August 6th. That date came and went with no notification or update. I drove to the store--wasting my time and braving heavy crowds--only to be met with apathetic and unhelpful staff. The associate told me the items had shipped but couldn't provide a tracking number or any real support. She offered to cancel the order and help me shop in-store, but that defeated the whole point of ordering online for convenience. After multiple failed attempts to get help from outsourced customer service, I finally canceled the order and placed a new one to be delivered to my apartment. To my shock, American Eagle used DoorDash to deliver the package--without any prior notice. How they couldn't use the normal shipping carriers like UPS, FedEx, or USPS is beyond me. I had to rearrange my entire Saturday to wait at home for a courier, which was incredibly inconvenient and unprofessional for a major retail brand. This entire process--from poor communication to lackluster customer support and an unreliable delivery method--was unacceptable. It's clear AE no longer values its customers or their time. I'll only buy AE items secondhand moving forward. They've lost my business.

There has only been one occasion that I purchased leggings at full price, when I received Lululemon gift certificate. You probably can tell by my check-ins I am fitness focused. Nothing makes fitness better than comfortable fitness clothing. Despite today's sales, nothing caught my eye. Net, net, no sales purchases for me today. I absolutely love their fabrics which conform to your body. Lululemon's clothing items are moisture wicking which allows sweat to wick away from your body, so you do not have a totally sweat-drenched look...not pretty. I first started shopping at Lululemon 20+ years ago and I still have those pieces. Their pieces are long-lasting continue to look almost brand new. The sales staff at Lululemon are always extremely helpful. Every section you walk through folks asking if you need help...a store friendly approach. I love the messaging that Lululemon puts on its shopping bags and on the inside and outside their stores. Super positive...

There were no tags on either pair when I got them--how is that my fault? The employee acted like I was trying to scam the system with used shoes, even though they were clearly unworn and just delivered. For a brand that prides itself on "premium" customer service, this was an embarrassing, inflexible, and tone-deaf response. If you're going to charge luxury prices, you better back it up with customer service that isn't robotic or accusatory. I expected better from Lululemon--won't be ordering again if this is how they treat loyal customers making honest returns. Do better.

The smart technology is super cool and that our chosen items would already be prepared. There were so many pieces I loved I couldn't decide on what to try on.
