Called to dispute an incorrect online order and when I asked who I was speaking to the poor girl says "the store manager". She clearly understood the question, and chose to give me an attitude as a paying customer, instead of just giving me her name. This store sold me a defective T-shirt and wouldn't allow for a return. I didn't notice it was defective until my first wear. They explained since I wore the shirt even one time that they would not allow for the return. Lucky was my favorite store at the Barton Creek mall....now no longer. Manager on site was very rude. I went into the Barton Creek store to look for jeans for fall/ winter. I got overwhelmed and left. I returned that afternoon determined to find some jeans. Stephen was there and offered to assist me. He was SUPER! He explained the varied jean styles with me ( the Lucky jean names change , so help!) and we landed on jeans to try. I went through several styles and sizes- assessing the look and fit. Again, he was professional, totally engaged in helping me find a good look. What an outstanding experience. I had not bought jeans from Lucky in a long time. Because of Stephen's excellent customer assistance, I will be returning to Lucky Brand once again.And the jean quality , design, and fit feel so good! Thanks Stephen fir a great experience! This five star review has mostly to do with my participation in the Tim Gunn "Lucky You" Runway Contest that took place here this past weekend. I would give five stars to anyone who gave me the opportunity to hobnob with one of my longtime heroes. I will say that I always thought that Lucky Jeans were overpriced and not really meant for someone with my body type (I have posted a photo if you need a visual on what that is). Only time will tell as to whether Lucky Jeans are overpriced: for $100 I would expect those jeans to last forever. If they fall apart after 5 washings, then I would say they are overpriced. One thing I don't like is the inclusion of spandex in the blend: it is Texas--much too hot for any amount of synthetics at any time. So I already know these jeans will be regulated to the few cool months we have in Texas--wait, maybe they will last forever then.... I didn't really like the style (soft flare or boot cut or whatever). Sorry Tim, this is where we disagree: I don't think using flares to try to balance a curvy figure works. I look way short and hippy in that photo. Not so in straight, skinny, or trouser-fitted denim. But I will keep these jeans, since Tim picked them out for me. Anyway, I was very impressed by the range of styles, fits, and washes featured at the runway show so either my initial feelings about Lucky have a limited scope in denim were incorrect or they have recently revamped their line to include more styles, fits, and washes. That day I saw several denim washes (light, med, dark), tons of colors (white, pink, raspberry, turquoise, yellow, and green), several styles (short shorts in all the different bright colors; knee length slim crops--very cute in white; skinny jeans that could fit a curvier frame without looking terrible--true story; flare; straight). I also liked some of the tops. Most of them are a little too preppy for me, but with the genius of Tim Gunn and his stylists, they were able to showcase them in a way that didn't seem as twee. One of the best tops was a boho blue chiffon with white detailing: a woman from the audience immediately went to the store and bought it after the show and was wearing it around the after party. So she was sold. Not me, because chiffon is synthetic--maybe if it had been cotton gauze or a cotton/silk blend. They had several of those chiffon tops with interesting details or prints so if that is your thing, Lucky is the place to go. The things I liked most were the accessories. Their belts are pretty darn nice: thick, real leather, with intricate details, and substantial hardware. A little pricier than I usually spend for belts ($39+) but would definitely last a really long time and get better with age. I also really liked the huge turquoise necklace they put on me and that is probably a lot less than what you'd pay for it at an actual dealer. They also had tons of boho scarves that were pretty nice--not really my thing (overly fussy), but they put one on my head that looked cool. I did not like my denim bag: it was way floppy and like a hundred and something dollars. Also, a surprise standout was the swimsuits which you can only get online. Really cute, again leaning towards a boho style: prints, embroidery, flowey or unexpected cuts. Thanks Lucky You Runway Show! I can see the value in the Lucky Brand now and will know where to go for high quality leather belts, fun cuts and colors in denim, and boho shirts. read more

I picked up two pairs of jeans here last weekend, and I love them. The staff was polite and attentive, and helpful in finding the right styles. I didn't like the way the jeans on sale were laid out; it was a bit difficult to figure out the inseam without digging through piles. The "regular" prices were high - $120 per pair - but I have never found them NOT to be on sale. I bought mine for 50% off, and found the prices to be fair. For about $60 per pair, I got some nice jeans with nice service. I'd recommend the store and the product. read more

purchased a pair boots for 300 dollars and I have used them for the last 6 months. The boots are very fashionable and comfortable, unfortunately the quality is terrible.they are coming apart at the bottom and the insole fell apart about a month ago. Went to Barton Creek Mall to ONLY purchase a top for tonight, but had to go into the Lucky Store. The result was two pair of jeans, a pair for me and a pair for the man. The man has never spent $100 bucks on a pair of jeans, but to see the look on his face as we were purchasing was priceless. He is a Levi's man, but I think I have converted him to the Lucky jean. I love this store and every Lucky Store I visit whether it is in the Oxmoor Mall in Kentucky or Barton Creek Mall the staff are very helpful and are great at selecting the right jean for your body type. The money spent is well worth it for the level of service you get. read more

I love lucky brand! It wasn't something I was aware of initially, but my wardrobe is probably 50-60% lucky brand! I love this brand. My only problem is every time I walk into the Barton creek location, the sales associates ignore me, get in my way, the last time I was there they almost walked right into my son (in a stroller), the customer service at this location absolutely sucks. So, I continue to buy the brand at Nordstrom or online. I wish I could shop at the store directly but this is my experience over and over again at this location. read more

I am forever a Lucky jeans gal because of Nina, the manager at Barton Creek Mall. Her assistant Maggie is also amazing. They are patient, friendly, attentive and really take the time to find you exactly what you are looking for. The quality of the jeans is well worth the price and I get compliments often whenever I am wearing their clothing. I would recommend shopping at this location to anyone, as they are well worth the trip to the mall! If there was an additional star I would gladly give it to them! read more

IMy experience was REALLY bad. If you're buying, they're all smiles but beware if you dare to return any item. They don't 'get it' that if they treat me awful, I won;t buy there anymore, which is the case. Especially over Christmas when it's so normal that you may end up returning something that you bought, this type of behavior is unacceptable. The youngest and the oldest ladies of the staff are very polite but gosh there is a short brunette who is just intolerable. My hope is that she was of those hires for Christmas only. The staff of the same store at the Domain is totally different: very polite and very nice! read more
