I am a first time client here, and I am very satisfied for 3 reasons: - Service! - Cleanliness - 5 minute drive from my house I was greeted at the door & was sat as soon as I walked in. I had a full set and pedi done at the same time and the women were fast yet very efficient with my nails. From the pedi massage to the carefulness of making sure my nails were kid-proofed these women were nothing short of amazing! I shared w the women how I had just gave birth to my baby boy, she did not have to ask me 21 questions she just went straight to work on my nails, and I loved how they turned out because the edges aren't sharp at all & my length is the EXACT length I asked her for. I would usually have to show nail techs the shortness I want but she already knew what a mommy wanted :)) I went ahead and tipped both ladies $10 because they truly deserved it! Don't really do reviews but I felt like this was a NEED. They have stolen money and have refused to give it back, accountability from their part is non existent and they (the staff) count on customers not to notice or for us to let it be. My mom and sister went on two different separate occasions, they had mentioned that for an ACRYLIC NAIL REMOVAL it was going to come out to 20$ plus 30$ IF you wanted a manicure as well. Both denied the manicure and they went ahead and charged anyway, told them that they wouldn't let them leave unless we pay the 50$ for the SOAK OFF. We calmly tried explaining that the manicure wasn't not part of the service, so they switched it up and told us it was because of the quality of the nail cutting (just nail cut after soak off) that they did on them was worth more, they did this without offering or approval. The vibe was definitely tense so we needed up paying in full, but never again are we going back. And I hope y'all learn from our experience. read more

I had time & needed my paws & claws done aka mani-pedi. They were done at the same time. I felt special. Great service. I think my nail tech's name was Sarah. We chatted it up as best we could, English being her 2nd language. I didn't notice til hours later & don't know how I missed it but my toenail tech put clear polish on my toenails. I asked for buffering. Fingernails, perfect. Toenails, uh no. I can only assume that I was so engaged w/Sarah that I completely missed my toenails being painted. I stopped as a walk in hopping they can help me with one broken nail that is hurting so much. The owner, or I think it was, greeted me and was eager to sit me down , as she pushed a pedicure and a full manicure on me. But when I refused and told her I only needed help with one specific nail, she told me to come back in 3 hrs or make an appointment, there were other technicians there doing absolutely nothing. Not one client was in the salon!! Something that could have taken them 5 min and gain a future client was rudely dismissed. As I was writing this review in my car I decided to go back inside to see if they were actually with clients and no one was there! They were all still eating and watching TV. I made sure to tell them that they were getting a bad review and that I needed to speak with the owner. They told me he wasn't there and for me to sit down, that they would fix my nail, of course I declined. Very unprofessional staff and the owner should really know his employees are not helping his business no wonder they were without clients and they have very low ratings!!! Been coming here off and on for a Male Pedi's for years. Always just a walk in and Alway got a seat. They have plenty of stations. It looks like they reupholstered the chairs recently. I came in for a basic Pedi ($36). My provider of course tried to up sale me, That is her job. I said no and she started without pressing the up sale. When she got to my shins she said "Oh Very Dry". Casual up sale again. But I knew they were "Very Dry" and gave in and said, "OK Salt Scrub too". Her reply was a sweet "Thank you Sir". She applied the fragrant Lavender Scrub and massaged it in, pressure was perfect. Afterwards she washed off the scrub and then proceeded to the Pedi. She did an awesome job. Took her time, trimmed, re-trimmed my nails till they were perfect. I never felt pain at the 3 C's (Clipping, Cleaning, Cutting). When it came to the heal scrub. she could see my foot was ticklish and went harder and quickly so I had minimum discomfort. Other reviews stated at this time they try and up sale you to a Mani. My provider never did. She just said, "All done, are you happy at the nail trim length". I said yes and got off my chair to pay. $47 for the Pedi ($10) up sale for the salt scrub, gave her a $10 tip with no complaints. When my wife got home I told her of me pampering myself. I lifted my pant leg and she rubbed my shin. "Oh so smooth" she said. . That $10 extra dollars was worth it. Win Win I can't comment on the negative female nail reviews, but for a Male Pedi, this is a go to place. Oh BTW, when I arrived there was an elderly gentleman getting a pedi before I sat down and as I was receiving mine another gentleman came in. $46 for gel toes and short acrylic nails $55. My nails started lifting up and the lady who did my nails had her nails certified expired for 5 months. The owner of the store works on nails but doesn't have a nail certification. My sisters nails was lifting up and she asked them to redo purple nails and the owner was trying to put nail glue to press down the acrylic nails to her natural nails. Couple mins later, she said. An you wait for the another lady to be done to soak off my sisters nails! You should not be touching nails if your not certified. They do not do refunds also. read more

Stay far away from this place! You are better off getting press on nails. They charged me $65 for these nails and they popped right off in two days. I had an appointment and had to wait an hour and a half to get my pedicure. When I looked at my toes. Several of them were only painted halfway. i come here every month for a pedicure and an occasional acrylic nail soak off. the employees are always really nice and friendly, they recognize me every time i go in there. They always give me exactly what i come in for but one thing I don't like about this place is their persistence. you can ask for a basic gel pedicure and they'll look at you crazy for not getting the premium pedicure and insist you pay for the premium! often times they dont even ask me they'll just do the premium! i'll occasionally go here whenever i need to soak off my acrylic nails before my manicure appointment to save me and my nail girl some time. they do my soak off but then they insist to do my nails as well, even after i repeatedly decline. they got me the first time i got a soak off and insisted they did my nails while i got a pedicure, leaving me to pay an extra $80 for a set i didn't even want. after that, now i just immediately grab my purse and pay before they insist more service. i don't mind paying more for the premium, i was gonna get that anyway I just don't appreciate not being given the choice and having to repeatedly say no for a service i've already politely declined! its been months since I've been here, and I've since found a different nail shop so its not likely that i return read more

Located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. They have a huge space with a lot of chairs. I normally call for an appointment and they're almost always available to take me right away. The ladies are sweet and welcoming. But they are hardcore sales women and I respect that. You want a pedicure? They're gonna offer you a manicure too. No manicure? They'll offer you a combo pedicure. Say no if you don't want it. They still do a good job. Once i was pressed for a manicure like... 3x. I said no but asked if i could get an extended massage (which you obviously pay extra for). And the massage was bomb. Homegirl was strong. I've also gotten their combo pedicure which is getting your heels taken care of, skins/calves get this feel good cooling/tingling lotion and wax on feet. Overall, I'll keep coming back here. So I went to this nail salon and just wanted a polish change, after seeing the final product and many attempts through the process and asking why it looks that way she stated it would be fine and when finally done I asked again she stated I needed a full manicure because my side cuticles were in the way of just actually painting the nail itself! She changed me 25$ and then I asked why she didn't tell me that this would look this bad without a manicure? She offer to fix it and soak off my polish but she wrapped in foil and remover but never took the top coat off for it to penetrate to remove the polish so after sitting again for almost 30 min I just left!
