As an artist, I was immediately drawn to their multi-colored exterior, sculptural - yet light hearted - shape, and the ability to add lenses that shift to a deep violet in sunlight. They arrived even earlier than their due date. Then I discovered that these particular Press frames were designed in a limited series, like a print, and in support of Visual AIDS, a New York-based arts organization. As my lenses are progressives, it is vital that the frames fit properly, as designed, or they pinch my ears, nose, or I see through blurry lenses. The staff, including the Regional Manager Arturo, could not be more dismissive, rude, defensive, and awful to work with (as well as the rest of the staff). The customer service, for such a high end boutique in SoHo, could not be worse. Buy your glasses elsewhere (employees at Target would treat you better)! It is shocking to visit a shop (seven times over 6 months) in an attempt to make their crappy product work. They were constantly telling me everything was fine, and that it was me... How is blaming the client okay? In the end, they offered no reasonable solution to right their wrong.
