If you're looking for good tasting food at a good price and big portions then this is your place! The gal serving is always very sweet and nice. I don't think I've ever received rude service from her. Combo A is the one item entree but the way they serve you it looks as if you would've gotten the two item entree.

Delicious! This Chinese fast food exceeded my expectations. I ordered a two item combo, with rice, veggies, salt and pepper shrimp, and mushroom chicken. The shrimp was full of flavor-- I'm thinking it may have been fresh rather than frozen. Everything I ordered tasted much better than the usual fast food at other places. This place is conveniently located near the Van Buren entrance of the 91 freeway and shares a parking lot with many other businesses. There was no line at 4pm on a Sunday, and my transaction took about 1.5 minutes. Super fast. Cost about $11.

Looking for cheap Chinese food? Lucky Wok has got you covered! This fast food Chinese restaurant has a great selection of food items in steam trays. This place offers 1 item, 2 item and 3 item combos. All combos come with a choice of steamed rice, fried rice or chow mein. 1 and 2 item combos are packed in a styrofoam box while the 3 item combo consists of an additional small container for the 3rd item. When I say the box is packed, I'm not kidding. They over fill the box and close it with no space to spare! Talk about value! I went with the 3 item combo (teriyaki chicken, orange chicken, and mushroom chicken) with the chow mein noodles.. Pricing is $10 for 3 items (tax included) and $8.50 for 2 items, and $7.50 for 1 item. Orange chicken was fresh and on par with the one at Panda Express. Teriyaki chicken was tender and tasted great. Mushroom chicken had plenty of veggies and was another great dish. The chow mein noodles were cooked perfectly and complemented the meal. Overall I was really impressed with the food given the value! The 1 or 2 item combo is more than enough food for 1 person! Looks like I am going to be having plenty of left overs for days with all that food I ordered! There is plenty of parking here as space is shared with other small businesses in the area.

Ordered the family meal for take out, service was really good. Food was just OK in my opinion, not the best Chinese food I've ever had and not the worst. For the price and portion, this place is pretty solid though.

Great value, decent food. It's on my lunch rotation. They pack the box and my stomach is happy

    HUGE portions!

(Review is a few days late - just fyi!) Wanted to get something easy and sharable - heard the portions were really good- no joke!! HUGE portion of chow mein, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken - enough for my 2 kids amd I to share!! Everything was fresh and tasty!! I saw reviews that said the buffet table was lacking- I arrived around 2pm and it was still being restocked but was at least 80% full.... We would def go back for a reasonable and tasty quick bite!

That barbecue pork is delicious and I'm not sure what kind of chicken that is in the front but it's incredible

Does anyone know if the old owners are back?

I went 3 months ago and they still weren't back because the food didn't taste the same. I hope they come back soon!

I visited on October or November of 2019 and the employee informed me that the original owners had gone away for a while, but would be back eventually. The food is not the same anymore! Is there any info on when/if they will return? Thanks!

Oh wow I had no idea.. I haven't been there since oct 2019 I will check it out thanks for the info.. hmm I didn't even know about it.

    Do they offer gift cards?

    Not yet

    Dose it contain MSG?

They don't add MSG, but few ingredients contain it such as Soy Sauce.

Our entire family grieved the loss of one of the best dim sum and Chinese cuisine restaurants in the Riverside area. But lately, there was a lot of talk, good talk, that the same owner had reopened here, a tinier bistro setting, not as flashy interior. So here we are, finally, late to the party, but sublimely happy. First things first. An order of their siu mai. Still just as plump, with their signature, wonderful pork- shrimp filling, my taste buds let out a big sigh of relief. I've had to endure some pretty horrible ones from other restaurants lately. Big Skyy's is superb. Next, the black bean pork ribs. Wonderful, just as we remembered. A healthy portion, plenty of meat in spite of the bones. Great gravy. Finally, the eggplant with beef. This one was extra special, made with generous amounts of filet mignon, eggplant cut in spears, cooked in a salty sweet garlic sauce that is very special. It was melt-in-your-mouth, swoon worthy. One of my favorites. They still accommodate large family groups, a few big round tables for 6 or more. The staff was very friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. They feature the same marvelous menu and the same chef who creates those traditional Chinese dishes with pizzazz. It's wonderful to re-acquaint ourselves with an old "friend". It's even better to know, the important things we remembered have not changed a bit. You would be right to assume we will be back!

The restaurant itself is super spacious, and since we came at kind of an odd time after the lunch rush, it was really calm and relaxing inside. We ordered the Salt and Pepper Calamari, and it was really good. The calamari was crispy, lightly seasoned, and still tender inside, which made it super satisfying to eat. I do wish it came with a dipping sauce, but we already had sweet and sour sauce on the table and ended up using that instead, which actually paired really well with it. We also got the Chicken Pad Thai, which honestly impressed me a lot. The portion size was huge for the price, I think it was around $12-13, which felt really worth it for how much food we got. The noodles were flavorful, well cooked, and had a good balance of savory and slightly sweet flavors without feeling too heavy. The people working there were really welcoming and kind, and it felt like a family-run restaurant, which made the experience feel even more comforting and homey.

Don't expect refills or conversations about the day or the meaning of life. Bathroom: clean. Toilet and a urinal. Food: Before my main course arrived, I was served a small cup of egg drop soup and some crispy noodles with some type of sweet dipping sauce. Considering these were complimentary, I'm not going to complain. Soup was my okay. my mapo tofu came with a side of white rice. Upgrading to brown or fried rice will cost you an additional $1. This is the most bizarre mapo tofu I've ever had. Rather than the traditional ground pork and wood ear mushrooms, this came with long strips of fried pork and no mushrooms. I'm also used to thicker sauce, but this one was very watery. A tad spicy, but not over bearing. Maybe a recipe from a different Provence of china? Not what I was looking for. $15.00 later and a fortune cookie...and I was done. Not sure if I'd come here for the mapo tofu again. Others in the restaurant offered the 2-3 item combos. Typical orange chicken or Kung Pao chicken w rice or chow mein. Not my thing.

For this AREA this is a 5. For California GENERALLY, this is a 4, due to lack of menu options. I'm giving a 5 because comparatively, very few Chinese places offer soup let alone this authentic. Also due to the grape tea I got and the 10pc dumplings. Overall, this riverside-corona area is sparse and is moreso filled with Korean food than Chinese or Japanese. If you're in the area and need a good place to eat & chill, come here. My wait for inside was 1hr, went outside and got seated in 5 minutes. Make sure to spray for mosquitos and prepare for summer humidity. DO NOT COME IF you expect this to be Panda Express and you just want a personal platter with a whole Chinese cuisine. First, I arrived shortly after they opened on a Tuesday, which is important to highlight because they're closed on Mondays, and I suspect one dish I tried had the texture of leftovers (from the weekend). Part of me wants to try again later in the week, and day to see if this was a fluke. What I ordered was a rice bowl with braised pork belly and daily vegetables. Everything was good except the pork was dry and tough, clearly not braised that day or heated all the way through. I forget what my first choice was, but it wasn't available that day. My other item was the wonton soup, which also disappointed me for a few reasons. Portion size is good, but the broth tasted really thin, watery, and the wontons were overcooked and falling apart. The cause was they were forgotten about and the pot boiled over. Generally, you cook these below the boil to prevent the cloudy mess from disintegrating skins. The filling tasted fine, but again, overall flavors and balance was marred. I did, however, enjoy the lenon tea that comes with every combination meal. And, the employees are very nice, but the food didn't make the cut. They have a big menu and I've seen the skewers and hot pots in action so I know there's potential.

While I get that, he spent a minute trying to figure out where the item was and couldn't find it. I reviewed pics on here and it seems like other people got the thick yellow noodles for chow mein. Anyway, they replaced it for us but I overheard the waiter tell his manager that we ordered chow fun by accident. The manager then told us something about "our mistake" upon paying, placing blame on us . The manager was nice about it, but we repeatedly told the waiter chow mein and he kept correcting us to chow fun. Also, there is a section of the menu labeled chow mein and a separate page labeled chow fun. I think I know what we ordered. Disappointing.
