These people don't take any responsibility for anything, they're vehicles are overpriced based on Kelly blue book but the worst part is the vehicles are not certified, it's as is so they can get away overpricing a non working vehicle. So after reading the other reviews, this one will not be much different. However, I'm going to add in some racial or just profiling. You be the judge. I been shopping for a new car lately. I saw a Mercedes Benz of interest on Carfax and decided to go check it out and request a test drive. Local business so I figured I'd give them a shot mainly cause they're close to home. I wouldn't have to drive to Orange County or the Valley. When I got there, I realized I had accidentally left my wallet at home. At that point, I knew I wouldn't be able to test drive a car. However, I spoke with Billy. Billy was cool. I told Billy what I was looking for (make and model) however I left my wallet at home. Because of the time they were closing, I agreed to return the following day with my wallet. Billy took down my number and gave me a card with his name and number. I left. I returned the next day and asked for Billy. The older lady that I saw the day before was there and she stated she remembered me from yesterday. She stated Billy was not there however, she sent someone else to help me. Unfortunately, I don't remember the fellas name. I told him what happened the day prior and added that I wanted to test drive 2 different models. We briefly talked about both vehicles and my previous experience with another test drive. He went inside to get the keys. He returned and stated the manager (the lady) told him that they would need to run my credit before I could test drive a vehicle. I told them there's no need to do that for a test drive and left. By the way, dude looked uncomfortable saying it (just my opinion). Y'all I was thrown off a little bit. Every dealership I've been to (and it's been about 5) have allowed me to test drive before they run my credit. Now, why would there have been a need to run my credit if I was prepared to pay cash? See, nobody knew that. Nobody asked if I was interested would I need to be financed or paying cash. Did they see a black woman walking around who didn't look like she could afford what she was asking for? Or was it just a woman? Or was it that I didn't look like I could afford any of those vehicles on that lot...period? I was prepared to return to the business and give her some verbal smoke for the s$?& she pulled, however I believe it's much better to hit folks where it can hurt the mosts...pockets and reputation. Based on the previous reviews, y'all rep is trash. I hope y'all pockets follow if you treat people like this. I gladly took my cash elsewhere and got the same vehicle with similar miles for a better price. I hope they lose some business from this review. We bought a Honda CRV after driving it for a trip to Orange County, engine light is ON and went to my mechanic to find out that one of the cylinder is totally out and needs a $2300 major repair job. July 22, 2019...3pm (1500). I drove in, parked. I was checking out the 2010 Tundra Double Cab, looking n checking just about 10-15mins. There's nobody came out from the office. I was getting sweating from 97° heat...didn't know what's going on and I left. About the Tundra, it was chipped, gapped, dents and scratches, not sure if it's worth $15,000-$18,000. Then a salesperson who his name is Wen to showed the car and helped me to test drive, he is very nice, patient and introduced all information, detail for me. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I called these people and talked to someone names Ki about a Dodge Ram. I explained I was from Northern California and was interested in the truck and was wanting details about it. He said it was very clean and no damage. I told him I was 6 hours away and want to make sure. He assured be the truck was clean and no damage. I spent 6 hours driving down there to find that the truck was a piece of garbage. It was from Texas and sold on the auction block and brought to California. 1)The whole exhaust system was replaced with an after market one with no Catalytic converter for the California emissions which are very tight regulations and against the law to sell with out. That alone is about $1500 just to buy. 2)There is a hole drilled in the tail light to let water out when it was flooded. 3)The step to get into the truck was completely pushed in. 4) The whole frame was rusted and steering rack 5) There was a upgraded computer system wired into the truck and modified the factory harness 6) There was an exhaust brake installed and was not completely finished 7)The plastic on the headlights were so faded they would need replacement 8) Nail in the drivers rear tire and was completely flat just sitting there on the lot! 9)Scratches through out. I highly recommend staying away from these guys. they are super shady and completely wasted a whole day of my life I will never get back! DMV SHOULD SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. read more

Purchased a vehicle here 9/25/18 and found out this week when trying to trade it into car max that the vehicle has FRAME DAMAGE that was on the AUTO Check report back in June that was reported at the auction/ whole seller Kai/ Lucy Auto Sales purchased the vehicle from. Went to the dealership to explain the situation and that it is illegal to sell a vehicle with prior frame damage without disclosing it. They are unwilling to make the situation right and said it was my problem. I trusted Kai and Pink when buying my vehicle and it turns out they just put me together to sell a vehicle. If I could give 0 stars I would. This was hands down the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. I went in to check out a 2015 BMW i8. I asked to test drive it, which seems reasonable considering I'm purchasing a used vehicle. I don't know his name but he was an Asian guy with a beard. He told me I had to get pre-approved first and that it was company policy. I told him that didn't make sense, I'm not taking an inquiry on my credit for a car that I don't even know runs well. He still refused then he lied and said that's how every dealership operates. I asked to speak to the manager and he told me there was no manager. Then 2 minutes later said he was the manager. He then told me, "you like? Then let's get you approved and talk. I don't understand why you want to drive it. Look at it. It's good." . . This man literally said some dumb shit like that to me. The whole time was looking away as if this was a complete waste of time for him. I drove 35 minutes to go look at this car that I was seriously considering purchasing today. I told him he was being rude and he said, "then you can leave the lot." I am filing a real complaint because none of this made sense and the only explanation I can think of was: he was discriminating against me. I left. I would never recommend anyone to shop here. Typical used dealer scam lot. They buy a cheap broken car at auction, fix it enough to get it off the lot, and keep you coming back for repairs. Even their newer cars are junk, hiding potentially thousands of dollars in repair costs. They may seem friendly and helpful on the surface, but their intentions are to scam you out of every penny they can. There are plenty of other used car lots in so-cal to take your chances on.
