So I brought my mom here almost a year ago to get her brows done with Lucy. My mom was sooo happy with her results and so was I. I can't express what incredible work they do. I was nervous about the experience but Lucy and her friendly staff made me feel comfortable and so special. It has not even been 48 hours since I had microblading done with Kathy, and I cannot even begin to tell you how many compliments I have already received... First of all she is as sweet as can be, and second of all she is the BOMB. I still need to let my eyebrows heal and go in for my touch up in a few weeks, but I am already so satisfied that I feel this review should have been written as I walked out the door from the salon. I had been wanting to get this done for way too long, and have done SO much research on who to go to and if its even worth it. If you spend even a minute filling in your brows every morning, and you are not considering getting your eyebrows done with Kathy or Lucy your making a mistake. Lucy was the best. She changed my life. I had mis-shaped eyebrows for nearly 17 years. Now, I don't have to worry about my eyebrows. One less thing to worry about when doing makeup. I got my eyebrows done with Lucy towards the end of April. The first day that my eyebrows were done I absolutely loved them and thought they looked amazing!! After a few weeks went by patches started to show which was disclosed in the disclaimer. After I got my touch up my eyebrows looked decent...definitely didn't think it was worth the $1,200 spent. My friends that have gotten their eyebrows micro-bladed have spent around $450 and their eyebrows turned out better than mine. So after my eyebrows faded a bit. It now looks like I have two different eyebrows on each side of my brows. It's so horrible and embarrassing!!! I don't know why Lucy did the end strokes of my eyebrows differently from my natural brows... it's so obvious and embarrassing where people point it out to me. Can't wait to have this reversed and taken off. I really wanted to like my eyebrows but they're just okay and I would recommend to keep researching other places. I also found it strange that she doesn't ask you what kind of shape you want or ask you any questions and she just starts drawing on your face. I know she is excellent at this but I think consulting with your clients first is best. I know others have had fantastic results but I can't say the same with mine...disheartening results. read more

Lucy is simply AMAZING! I just had my brows done yesterday and I can't tell you how much I truly appreciate her dedication and passion in her work. She worked over 3 hours on my eyebrows (my left eyebrow is significantly higher than my right) and at one point she thought they were "as good as they're going to get", but after evaluating her work, she knew she could improve them and so she did! She had to re-setup to complete the job-true commitment! Not only is she gorgeous, she's so down-to-earth, sweet and funny...oh, and has a great voice-all to go with her perfect eyebrows! I've been going to Rita for micro needling and love the results! I love it so much that I'm getting obsess and have been coming every month. I chose this studio instead of a different studio because I love that Rita is personable, easy to talk to and very truthful. (I live pretty far too but it doesnt stop me from coming to this studio). Lucy was very friendly and explain the process and care. However, I don't think it's worth the $900 she charged. After the second touch up I thought n hope this time it will last. After one week the eyebrow strokes were disappearing. After the second week more strokes were gone. I had ask what happens if the strokes disappeared again. She said she will have to charge me $150 more. N blame it on my oily skin. Well, I will have to call her again n see what happens. I guess I have to pay another $10 for parking. Cako is the best! I wake up at 5am every morning and don't always have time to fill in my brows properly. Cako is incredible! She really took her time with my brows to make sure they were exactly as I had envisioned them to be. I have been unhappy with my eyebrows since I was a kid. I met with Lucy on April 27th, after just one session I have EYEBROWS, this may sound silly but this has totally changed my life. My mornings are a breeze! I no longer have to deal with drawing my eyebrows on and then adding waterproof brow gel to make sure I don't wipe them off after working out. This process would take me 10 to 15 minutes daily! On Tuesday I finally got my eyebrows micro-bladed by the queen herself, Lucy Hart. She has changed my entire life and I'm just in the healing phase! I got goosebumps the first time I looked in the mirror. The amount of time she spent measuring every square inch of my forehead and quadruple checking her work.... It was down to a science for her. This was when I knew what I paid for. The pictures the measurements and the amount of work it took to even out my asymmetrical brows were nothing short of a miracle. Lucy spends time listening to what you want, how YOU draw in your brows, and then makes suggestions and all I can say is if your trust her you will be in tears- I went to work with no makeup for the 1st time in almost 10 years.
