My go to pizza place for years when I want a cheese pie with consistency. I love me a good slice of "birthday party pizza" iykyk and the cheese pie is exactly that. 18$ and it's so worth it. I've been coming here since high school and the service is always great, they are always so nice and takeout is so quick even if there is a line. I usually call to order ahead but this place is one of my favorites and so close to home. I'm honestly so disappointed. I've been ordering from here twice a week, and up until tonight, everyone has always been so friendly and courteous. Tonight, however, was a completely different experience. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but the way I was spoken to was very frustrating. I was told four different times, "We don't break up the pizza that way." I tried explaining that I had ordered it that exact way earlier this week, but she spoke to me as if I had no idea what I was talking about. I asked to speak with someone else, and even when she passed the phone to another employee, she was rude about that as well. The gentleman got on the phone and told me they don't do it. Again, I explained that I had just ordered it that way earlier in the week, but nobody seemed willing to hear me out. At that point, I said, "This isn't going to work out well," and I guess I won't be ordering from there anymore. It's a shame because I really enjoyed ordering from them, and I was a regular customer. We tried Luigi's for the first time yesterday. We went around lunchtime and there were only a few people there, which was nice. The staff was friendly enough but didn't go above and beyond. We ordered two slices of pizza and their tomato burrata sandwich. My fiance said the pizza slices were really good and he really enjoyed the ricotta slice. My tomato/burrata sandwich was good, but missing flavor. It needed balsamic glaze or something to add extra flavor. When we go back, I'll try the pizza next time. What we got was a very salty, very dry overcooked thin cutlet that was cut into strips, NO avocado and the lettuce and tomato was so old and wet it made the wrap fall apart when we tried to pick it up. read more

I've had more Sausage and Broccoli Rabe Stuffed Pizzas than what is probably good for a human being. I think that's why I feel comfortable with this rating. There's the consistency and quality from location to location. Their Sausage and Broccoli Rabe Stuffed Pizza is not for light of appetite. It's hearty and plentifully plump. It's seasoned well and gives you a pizza/garlic bread hug at the same time. May every restaurant with multiple locations have such positive consistency. read more

Luigi's Pizza Fresca is a gem in South Jersey. The inside is fully decked out with classic pizzeria decor - wooden tables and chairs, walls full of pictures, and the stable checkered floor. The staff is super welcoming and friendly. I decided to go with the Margherita slice and the calzone slice. Both were incredible. The Margherita had a thin crispy base with an amazing crunch. The sauce and fresh mozzarella were excellent. The calzone slice also had delicious, juicy sauce and perfectly fluffy ricotta cheese. I have only eaten in and the staff has always been friendly. The food is just OK at best, its is not awful but not great either. The sauce is unremarkable as others have written. Some of the food was bland. They do have a lot of non meat options, if one is so inclined. Probably won't be returning anytime soon. There are better places. I went to Luigi's based on the reviews on google which are deceiving from the quality of the food it only deserves 2. I called for delivery, I ordered the bolognese pasta which was lacking flavor and the most important part, meat. The sauce was watery as it even leaked through the paper takeout bag. The whole dish lacked flavor and left a strange after taste. I'm not sure what sauce they use but it did not taste authentic kind of a metallic taste. My bitch ordered chicken parm. It looked appetizing at first with the melted cheese and chicken however when my bitch was sharing her chicken parm with me because my order was underwhelming, there was no sauce which should be a key component to chicken parm. The chicken is itself was decently breaded but I'm not sure if it was made in store or frozen chicken tenders. Even the complimentary bread was cold and lacking garlic. The saving grace for an extra star was the portion size and the price but I didn't even finish my meal.. I suppose you get what you pay for. They all looked good but I took a slice of the shrimp pesto. The shrimp and pesto topping was pretty good. I was horribly hungover when I was coming back from a dog park with my pup. I needed something hearty to fill me up for a very late lunch, early dinner. I couldn't fathom the thought of cooking. What I was craving was bolognese and these guys have an awesome pasta bolognese dish. Very flavorful sauce, meaty, and seasoned perfectly. It hit the spot and helped soak up any beer left in me. The portion was huge and I was able to enjoy some the next day as well. I of course also had to try out their mozzarella sticks and I approve. We have ordered delivery several times for a work lunch. We usually get a margarita pie, a mushroom pie, and a variety of grilled vegetables. The whole office is always excited when we order from Luigi's as the pizza arrives still hot and is full of flavor. The sauce is sweet and there is a generous amount of cheese and toppings. The margarita pie with fresh mozzarella gets eaten quicker, but that might be because some people have an aversion to mushrooms. The vegetables usually have some good seasoning or garlic and oil on them. They always provide some side of bread and hot marinara sauce. I haven't had too many slices of pizza in the Cherry Hill area, but thoroughly enjoy anytime we order delivery. The delivery is always on time and they provide plenty of plates, napkins, and forks. I wish they would include some red pepper packets and garlic, but I'm not sure if the person ordering the food asks for them. read more
