Four weeks later, I have to weed constantly, plants are nearly dead because they are in direct sun, and found that the mulch that I was required to purchase to hold water for the new plants was used to cover the existing weeds which were not removed. I do not recommend you trust them to do the work that you are paying them to do.

During the course of work, the team discovered the tree stumps needed to be ground down a little bit more. I fully expected the costs to go up dramatically. However, the amount of topsoil and sod utilized was less than originally anticipated. After the added cost of stump grinding less the cost of the extra soil and sod not used, our estimate came in $400 under the original estimate!
