I have two extremely large dogs and even with regular vacuuming and occasional carpet cleaning, there was tons of dog hair and dust I couldn't get out. Also some coffee and tea stains from a not so considerate renter. The difference was amazing. The first guests to walk into the house after could only say "Wow!" Reading a previous review, looks like being a NO SHOW is a habit, even for ppl he had previously worked for. I am very glad I was able to contact someone else to do a same-day pick up else I would have been in a very bad position as I needed to vacate the house. I understand appts have to be canceled sometimes but common courtesy is to let someone know you're canceling or at least reply that you're not showing up.

Joana and her daughter personally came to steam clean my living room area rug and my old, much abused couch. The rug looks brand new! The couch looked better while damp but after drying it was still kinda dingy and the steam definitely didn't help the stains. Don't expect miracles if your rug/furniture needs true renovation. Everything moved so fast I didn't do the detailed inspection and later ended up seeing some missed, but minor, spots. If it was significant, Joana told me to call her and she'd send someone over to knock it out. My learning point here would be to have my scope in front of me while inspecting.
