Went with my son and some friends. This place surpassed my expectations! The presentation of the food was just like the pics on Instagram. The server was very polite and made great recommendations. I've been to this location several times in my visits to Doral. The food is always delicious, with options that you can only find here. The portions are perfect, and I especially love the juices they offer. The ambiance is modern and cozy, but what really shines is the service! It's always busy here but we get seated quickly. This visit, I was with my in-laws and husband and was the only one at the table who didn't speak Spanish. Our server, Mateo (love this name!) made sure that after he addressed the table in Spanish, he checked on me in English too, taking extra care of us. Que Rico!!! This place located in Doral, FL on a shopping cnter is so cute and with yummy food. I loved the fact that is so close to the highway, so it was so convenient for me. My friend invited me to eat here and the food was great. The ambiance was wonderful inside or outside. We decided to seat outside because the weather was pleasant. We got tequenos and they were so tasty....the cheese was so good and I know the Venezuelan Food, I can tell you they were made right. They came with a delicious sauce that you will love too! Then we had the typical Christmas plate all Venezuelans eat during this season. As soon as I tried it, I felt I went back in time in my country!! The hallacas were good, the chicken salad was phenomenal, the pan de Jamon was good...but the meat was AMAZING!!! practically meting in your mouth. Everything well seasoned. Then we had cake, this black cake we also eat during the holidays it has nuts, dry fruits, and rum...so so tasty as you can see in my pictures. Prices are excellent. I compared with other places and they are charging just right. Parking should not be a problem they have plenty of spaces. The shredded beef in the Pabellón bowl was not as flavorful as it normally was but nonetheless it was a great dish! I came here on a Sunday morning and the place was full which is of no issue as I was expecting it but the wait for a table wasn't long. The food was quite pricy, I ordered the Latin Luka Burger and it was $21.95. The burger was a 4.4/10 as the pieces of pork don't allow you to just bite through the burger normally, you are forced to chew and chew until you break down the pork. I removed the pork from my burger and it was a lot better texture wise. The guacamole was a useless component of the burger as it didn't add any flavor and the burger tasted better when I scrapped a good amount of guacamole off. The patty itself was pretty tasty as well as the fried cheese. Overpriced and not worth it but had some good components. The coffee was delicious which is why I am giving it a 2 star. The reason I am giving this a 2 star is because I was charged a fee called "service charge" which is 18% as you can see in the images. My party was a party of four. Our waiter only brought two cups of water and never came again to ask if we needed anything. The person who brought our food was a bus boy not the waiter himself. I was thirsty the entire time. So I am being charged a service fee for what? For people to bring me my food? I thought that's the whole point of a restaurant, why would that be anything extra? Then you are prompted to tip as well. It is something so ridiculous and out of control in this city that I don't get it. The guy came around once and yet we got charged $20 for a service fee. I wish I knew where the service was because I did not feel it. I had to ask for sauce to the bus boy because the main waiter only came twice, to take our order and to charge for our order. The food overall was mid, I tried the birria as well and it was mid. Do not recommend, it is over priced and the customer service is extremely lacking. read more

We got there right before rush hour. We placed our order and received our food quickly. It was delicious. Loveddd the tiny Colombian empanadas. Perfect little crisp bites of perfection. We also got the stuffed arepa that came with shredded beef, cheese, beans, and plantains. It was delicious but very messy!! Still, no regrets. I was able to try the paisa bowl which is basically a modern take on the bandeja paisa. I will say the prices are a bit on the pricer side but food was really good and I can see us coming again. Service was great until it wasn't. Waiters took longer to give us a bill and also didn't tell us tip was already included. We didn't not receive an itemized receipt. The lack of transparency on their behalf really annoyed. Still we enjoyed the food but will probably decide to order take out to avoid the service. read more
