A sample of all food available is displayed on the counter and the coffee menu is on the wall. You order, the Barista hands you a number and you take a seat. One of their smiling friendly staff brings your order out. All staff at this location seems helpful and pleasant. All syrups are made in house, which gives authenticity to their coffee. It is a bit pricey but in my opinion you pay for what you get. At Ella's that's quality coffee. I absolutely loved the French Sandwich. A delicious combination of jam, Brie, pear and Spinach coupled together to give you a delicious bite. Looking forward to checking out their other locations!

The Guatemalan dark roast espresso beans are sourced from PumpHouse Coffee in WPB. It was presented in a mini cup with the Drip Coffee logo imprint - this is such a simple inexpensive marketing tool that most cafes do not take advantage of. This is another cafe with a cashless tranaction process. Understandably, tipping is digital, but at the least there should be a tip jar as an option for cash.
