I love this Lululemon store location. Right when I walk through the enterance I am always welcomed in. The employees at this store are very knowledgeable on the fabrics Lululemom has to offer. In 2015, I bought a pair of black wunder under leggings. I have worn these leggings countless times and washed them aswell. It is now 2020 and the leggings are in very good condition. I have not experienced any discoloring nor pilling. From my own experience Lululemon stands by the quality of their leggings. I would highly recommend purchasing from here! read more

Horrible customer service. I got a hole in my pants and they said it was my fault and would not let me return them. They said returns are on a case by case basis. The woman had a a lot of attitude for working in a store in the Chandler mall. So I went to the Scottsdale Quarter location. They returned them for me with no problem at all. They said that the pants should not have gotten a hole in them. The Scottsdale location employees are so much nicer & attitude not included. Go to Scottsdale if these Chandler mall employees are rude or won't return an item for you. Chandler doesn't have as many high maintenance customers as Scottsdale so these employees are not used to having to give impeccable service. read more

Incredibly inconsistent customer service. Last year my backpack had a tear in it; they let me swap it out! Not today. A girlfriend of mine got the same pants as I did at Christmas and was having issues with them rolling at the waist. The store swapped them out for her. I was having the same issue with a pair of pants I also got for Christmas and they basically told me too bad. I also didn't appreciate being talked to like an idiot. I went in to this store for the first time to try on some leggings that all my friends were raving about. The first visit can be intimidating because of all the styles and materials. The sales person was incredibly helpful when it came to choosing a style of leggings and the sizes (the sizes are not typical sizing). She asked me about the type of physical activity that I would engaging in and recommend a few pieces to try on. I absolutely love my leggings that I purchased, it holds you in all the right places. Bought leggings for my daughter online for christmas. I bought the wrong size. My daughter took the tag off when she tried them on. I have the tag and receipt. I asked 2 workers if I can exchange them and they said yes if I have the tag and receipt. My daughter never worn them out because they are too big. The lady didn't believe anything I said and I got frustrated because I was told something different. The manager refused complete service. We were even buying more but needed to exchange as well. She refused complete service and wouldn't let us do any transactions. She said to go to another store. I spend a lot of money in this place and they treat customers horrible here. read more

The theme continues... horrible customer service at the Chandler Fashion location. Drive up to Scottsdale and save yourself the frustration of dealing with the sales people here. I have a pair of leggings that I purchased in May and they already have snags all over them after wearing them twice. I was first told they were too old; 3.5 months is not old. I was then asked how I washed them which is exactly according to Lulu guidelines. The woman said that they don't warranty any of their clothing at this location and that each store gets to choose on their own. I suggest that you start warrantying like other stores and get rid of the bad attitude. Scottsdale Fashion, I love you and will gladly drop ridiculous amounts of money at your store since you stand by your product. read more

I don't consider myself cheap or frugal, but there are things I am willing to pay an arm and a leg for and things that I am not. I have no problem going to nordstrom and spending $200-300 on a pair of good jeans as long as they're something that I know will last, are figure flattering (yes, guys worry about that too) and are something that I will wear a lot. Now I consider myself athletic and active, but typically, workout wear is not something I have spent a lot of money on. I have a few Under Armour pieces, but those were gifts. The work out pieces I have purchased for myself are all from Target or Walmart. That is until now. I had been in lululemon a few times and never made a purchase. Recently, my boss at job #1 had started raving about their clothes and how you "get what you pay for". So I finally went in with the intent to buy rather than just look. I had just signed up for a three month pass to a yoga studio by where I live (Central Phoenix) and explained to the sales person that I wanted something loose and light weight that I could do yoga and run in. She shows me a specific style short and shirt and explains the "four way stretch", which I thought was a bunch of b.s. that they tell people to make them think their stuff is so great blah blah blah. Well, it is not b.s. and their stuff really is great. I bought the shorts ($68) and the shirt ($64) after trying them on. Wow! They are beyond comfortable. They move with you and stretch everywhich way you do. Its almost like wearing nothing at all. My favorite things about them is they don't bunch in the crotch when I run and I don't have to worry about mooning the person behind me in yoga. I'm sure whoever is behind me is also thankful for that! In addition to the great clothes, the customer service provided by all three associates was phenomenal, She explained the sizing (I normally wear a large shirt and 33 shorts, I had to get an XL shirt and 36 shorts) and told me the washing instructions without me asking. lululemon customer for life! read more

I have never had such a bad customer service experience in my entire life. I have bought lulu align pants before and just ordered a new pair of black ones. Well I have never worn them only tried on with the tags still attached but noticed there was some pilling by the crotch area so I decided to return them with proof of payment and everything. Unfortunately I just canceled my debit card I used but I thought they could just give cash back or put it onto my mom's card linked to the same exact bank account. I was originally helped by a lady with brown hair and big shoulders and she kept saying "it has to be the original form of payment" ok well my card is canceled. I physically had it on me and we tried it but it wasn't accepting it bc I canceled it. We even tried my Apple Pay and that wasn't working. So then i ask to talk to a manager & right after I said that I could tell the girl was flustered and flat out said "I'm not accepting these they actually look like they've been worn" WELL you were accepting them a few minutes ago?? After I called them out on that, she acted like I was lying as if she was never going to actually return it. Yes you were because I saw the $ refund on the screen and we tried to swipe the card multiple times. So why the change of mind for no reason? These pants have not been worn, tags attached, and I showed her my online orderShe ends up grabbing some guy who says he's the manager and I'm just trying to figure out a solution on how to get my $ back and not a store credit bc I was not impressed with the quality. He offers NO solutions at all doesn't even mention the store credit, just flat out says "I can't accept these". Bullshit. They just didn't want to deal with refunding me MY MONEY and tried so hard to push a store credit. I actually went on to the lulu website to view their return policies and it says nothing about "original method of payment". The girl also said if I return them by mail they can give me the refund... but I drove all the way to your physical store and there's really no other options?? The best part is this guy flat out says "I'm not helping you" so I say fine I guess I will have to do an online return if you're not going to help me. I then asked for his name and area manager and he refused. He said "I'm uncomfortable giving you my name". But when he first came up he shook my hand and introduced himself? I just called the Scottsdale location and they said a girl is the manager at Chandler so it was probably all lies. Luckily she gave me their area managers number because I have never been treated so poorly at a store. This was a huge waste of my time and I left frustrated with no resolutions. UPDATE: my mom met a girl that works at a different lululemon locafion and she said they should've just refunded my money on to a different debit card. there was no reason for them to be incredibly rude, keep my $, & then not want to deal with the card situation so they tried to blame me for wearing them. i have contacted lululemon support and it looks like they're going to take care of the customer service issue & address it with the unhelpful employees. i am also sending it back through mail to get my refun read more

Expensive, but the running shorts I purchased here have become my favorite.. and when you find a great running short, it's well worth the cash. Staff is overly-attentive, which some people may like, but in my opinion it's freakin' annoying. The fitting room attendant asked: "how's everything coming" about once every 1.5 minutes. I didn't even have time to change into the next piece of clothing and form an opinion just as to "how everything was coming." By the time I was leaving the fitting room stall, I was about to tell her to shut up. Sometimes, a girl just wants to blow off some steam and shop in peace. I'm being harsh, I know, but if you're into that sort of thing, you'll love shopping here. Every time I entered the store whether I buy or browse, they are always courteous no matter what the occasion may be. The staff is very upbeat and courteous. I enjoy that every time my girlfriend or I enter the store the staff associate Kevin always remembers our name and/or the occasion. The clothes are very comfortable, durable and lasts a long time. If the price wasn't too high I would purchase more, but it is suited for a specific target group so it's understandable. read more

Store is clean and setup well but.....Customer service was horrible. All employees were talking with each other and did not seem to care about the customers in the store. I am stunned people pay this price for gear that doesn't stand up to actual works out. Love the colors and styles but when I pay $98-$129 for pants or $49-$69 for a tank, that s--t needs to last. Went in to store in Chandler mall. Worker told me to raise my mask, which clearly covered my nose. So I raise my mask. I start working with a woman who's really trying hard to find my sizes on the rack. After 15 minutes, she says she'll be right back as she went to look for a size in the back. No more than 20 seconds after she leaves, Mask Nazi comes back and tells me I need to raise my mask. I told him I've been working with a very polite girl for 15 minutes and she has no issue with it!! The store manager comes over and says, "you need to leave"???? The girl who was helping me came back and I could see the look of horror on her face by the way I was treated. So I decided to go to the Scottsdale Lulu... Wore my mask same exact way. Asked person helping me if my mask was appropriate. He said, "absolutely, why do you ask?". Then we decided to go to another store in the quarter mall, same question, same answer. I understand wearing a mask is important, but treating someone like a second class citizen because a mask isn't 2mm higher on one's nose is a joke. Never ever shop there!! read more

I already loved the quality of the clothes and the yoga classes on Sunday's, but today I went in with some damaged items to exchange them and not only were the store associates very kind and helpful, but they also educated me on the proper washing techniques to make sure all of products I purchase from them last a long time! I love the clothes and have worn forever. Oddly I was wearing a LuLu outfit and none of the sales people would approach us???!!!!The store was not overly busy and it seemed they were just running around and more concerned about getting their work down then customer service. I was shopping for my daughter and she is rather petite and we couldn't find what we wanted by browsing on our own. We had to TRACK down a sales clerk. If your paying over $100 for a workout outfit I feel you should at least get some help. Went in the store more or less just to kill time. The sales associates were super friendly and were obviously passionate about their job. I had a great time working in the fitting rooms with Crystal! She wardrobed me from head to toe. She was great as putting different outfits together and was very friendly about getting me different sizes. This location obviously has no respect for the Military ! Lululemon has no idea what true mental and physical discipline is and what it takes for families to serve our country! As the spouse of a 23yr Airforce fighter pilot I deserved to walk into Lululemon and make a purchase without being badgered about who was going to wear their clothing and for what purposes in order to receive a military discount! I have never in my life been treated so poorly by a snotty salesperson and I'm not saying that lightly! I will not waste my breathe going into detail but will say directly to Piper, you need a reality check you are a joke and a nobody with a false sense of importance, how dare you talk to my daughter and I the way you did and for no reason other than you must be a miserable human being trying to bring others down! Very disappointed today, my boyfriend and I spend lots of $$ at this store and I accidentally bought him the wrong size of shorts. We came into the store to exchange them, I had called ahead of time and asked about my return and the person on the phone said not a problem bring them in and we will exchange them. We spoke with Krystal after being denied the exchange and she told us there was nothing she could do she was also very rude about it and didn't care about customer service what so ever. I started wearing LuLu in 2010 and even with regular purging, I still have drawers full of the products because I love wearing them and the quality is fantastic. I have shopped in Denver area and San Diego mostly, with other stores across the country. By far, Chandler, on Multiple occasions, is the Worst Customer Service in Any Store! Condescending, judgmental and pretentious are putting it mildly. I have gone in multiple times and walked out empty handed because of their focus on impressing each other versus helping customers. Considering an average drop in sale for my husband and I is usually $500, guess their business is always so great this level of spontaneous shopping is irrelevant? This makes Chandler's Third Strike and I will not go back. These broads need to way get Over themselves and realize their $15/Hour jobs are Dependent on people like myself who spend Money in Your Store. BTW, the One nice person who told me to "go up a size" from my previous size 2s to a 4 in The High Compression fabric fit Perfectly. POORLY TRAINED STAFF AND SO NOT YOGA IN ATTITUDE. The women working here borderline on aggressive and speak way too loudly. .I purchased several pairs of pants online two of which I needed to return due to the inconsistent sizing of this brand (they can run very small). The representative handling my return had very poor customer service skills. She protested that it was past the return date (which it was actually much less than 14 days since receiving the items and the very same items were on display in the store). She repeatedly tried to refuse the return and lecture me about having the wrong forms and cards, even though I had handed her the the packing slip with the pants neatly folded inside their original plastic and my purchase card and id were placed t on the counter for her immediately upon her request. (I had to remind her three times that I did have all the items she requested to process a return even if I didn't know which card was used at the time). Her look and tone the whole time was "go away, you looser". The whole experience was horribly uncomfortable and unacceptable. After 10 minutes of going through this stress I told her that she making me uncomfortable at which time she said it was only for my protection. What a completely dense and rude person! She should never have a job even at a discount shop. I don't understand how expensive stores accept this kind of person in their environment. They items are expensive and with this type of customer service there is no reason I will NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. read more
