I love this place, and not even for the clothes, though I adore the clothes and always stare longingly at the cute pants and tops when I'm there. Sadly, it's not really within my budget :\ But I am here every Sunday for free fitness classes! It's such an amazing resource for those of us who love to stay fit by trying out new things, and while hanging out with great and supportive people. I've made many great friends with both employees of Lululemon and all the people who attend the classes. They do a great job of getting the fitness community involved by bringing in instructors and featuring different fitness studios and gyms every month, and through their ambassador program. As a new yoga instructor it has also been a good way for me to stay involved and meet other yoga instructors, giving me good opportunities to expand my yoga knowledge and share it with others. I love just being around everyone that works here. I imagine it's a very positive environment to work in, they're always having fun, and they simply exude happiness and health. I always feel so welcomed by them, and end up with a big grin on my face all afternoon Sunday from getting in some good exercise and absorbing all the peaceful, blissful vibes from the store. Lululemon in highland village is amazing! I love this location. The employees are so sweet and helpful. I will definitely visit again.

Huge, huge FAN of the Lulu! Love the clothes, love the fit and style. I'm a huge fan of color and love the variety they offer! Also, customer service is always OUTSTANDING in every Lulu I walk into. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They are super accommodating with returns and exchanges. They are also kid friendly and have some toys in the back so you can occupy your child while shopping. Parking at a peak time isn't great but if you go at an off time there are plenty of spots. read more

This store has a big selection and depending on what time you go there is always parking. The drawback is the sales people are not so helpful and some are kind of snobby. One of the managers there is great. The last time I was there one of the educators Paige was extremely helpful and down to earth. read more

Given the location of this store, the staff's attitudes match the pretentious nature of the neighborhood. I traversed the store during off-peak hours and was remotely acknowledge by an employee. Common sizes, like smalls and mediums, were not appropriately stocked. The dressing room environment was a circus, complete with juggling acts and ringleaders who were competing for performance space. I was asked if my items fit, after leaving the dressing room location. Parking during peak shopping times is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and visit either the Galleria or Heights locations. read more

Gosh I have a love/hate relationship with Lululemon. Love their clothes, but hate how much I spend every time I go lol. However, when it's time to TREAT YO (my) SELF, Highland Village is the place to go. A little better service than the Galleria location, to be honest; they'll take their time to help you and answer any questions you have if it's your first time. Galleria store always seems to be a little busier, so service tends to fall. And turns out a handful of the girls are instructors at my girlfriend's spin studio. I keep telling her to take a part time weekend job there as well, but no luck yet :/ read more

Although it is pricey, you get for what you pay for! You can get your clothing tailored/hemmed for free, and if there is a problem with your clothing such as a rip, tear, etc. you can return it and get your money back or replace it with a better one in their store! Their products are beyond satisfactory and are very long lasting! Definitely worth the spend read more

I was looking for a new yoga mat, and i heard nothing but good things about lululemons. When i went in the sales associate greeted me and asked if i needed help with anything. He suggested "the mat" among a couple of other ones they offer. He even rolled it out and told me to do some poses!!! Very impressed with the customer service and the products i bought:) read more

As much as I love Lululemon I cannot stand this location. The staff here definitely does not by any means display the attitude that one would expect. I cannot say that anyone has eve greeted me out of the handful of times that I've been here, you have to ask for help and when you do the staff very much makes you aware that you are intruding one there time. Parking is a nightmare and I have never left this store feeling happy about any of my experiences. As much as the Galleria can be a hassle I much rather prefer having to go through the hustle and bustle of the mall just for their smiling faces and helpful friendly service than have to step foot in your store. I have been to this location a few times and every time it's horrible. Idk if I look broke or what but they never greet me or ask if I need any help with anything. I called this morning looking to see if they had the Too Bun Toque and of course they said no. So I asked if she could see if any other store had any and she told me she could not and to look it up online. What are they being paid for if I can't get help in the store or over the phone. Today, I attended the annual holiday lights run at Lululemon Athletica.I was a Santa Clause.I should be a nice Santa.I became 300 LB man. Santa arrived Lululemon around 7pm.We got a group picture. We started running! We ran around the rich River Oaks area. Holiday lightnings were so beautiful!!! Santa was taking pictures.Around 8pm, Santa got lost.Everybody went somewhere.Of course, Santa was 300 LB man.Santa couldn't run!! Santa was walking in the middle of rich River Oaks neighbor.Many Lexus and Mercedes Benz guys stopped and called me!" Hey Santa. where is your reindeer?" My reindeer were bought by rich guys around this area, I guess. I had to walk in the middle of River oaks.Anyway, I used my I-phone GPS.I saw Metro-Bus-Reindeer.I was guessing' That was Westheimer".Yes, I got back to Lulumlemon. Thank you. I walked around the store.It was very beautiful.Everybody was so nice. I really liked Lululemon.I lost 200 LB.Please visit Lululemon and buy Sports gear.You will lose 200LB!! LOL. read more

The clothes are fantastic. The sales staff were nice initially. However, their 2 week return policy with no price adjustment for sales is very harsh in this economic climate. When I was up front about returning a top (within the 2 week limit) to re-purchase at the sale price, they were not nice at all and called me unethical. I decided to return the top and gave them the choice of selling the top back to me or not. I was also purchasing an additional item. They did sell the top back (which by that point I was getting so much negative energy I was not sure I wanted it.) They are friendly when you are buying but no so friendly with the returns. Although I like their clothes for my workouts, they are too expensive and too inflexible for me to shop there again. I have other choices for workout & casual gear. read more

I have always been a big fan of this Lulu store. Even though parking is a nightmare any time of the day and week, I would still go to the store because everyone there was helpful and the selection was very good. (especially in comparison to the other Houston locations) However, after my experience at the store this weekend, I will stick to shopping from Lulu online. I'm a tennis player and really love the pacesetter skirts in tall. I loved this store because they had an extra shelf just for the tall pacesetter skirts. However, that shelf was gone this weekend and when I asked one of the ladies at the store, she told me that they never had talls and they never would. She was less than helpful and acted like I was being an imposition by even asking. She later found me in the store and said she asked her manager and apparently they only carry the talls when they are returned from online now. The store also didn't carry any roll down crops or pants. All three of the items that I went for, I found myself saying to the store associates that I would just buy them online. No point going to the store now and facing traffic. Not worth your time! read more
