When you live in gym gear. First place to stop when buying quality gym attire. My first experience was better then this last go around. Walked in and not one employee asked if I needed assistance. Grabbed a few pairs of leggings and not one offered a dressing room until I asked. First experience was great. I was welcomed and even went over detail of each legging and its fabric. I've always liked the quality of their product. However, I'm a bit disappointed on the quality of the staff at this store today. I bought 2 pants that need to be hemmed. The store offers free hemming which is great. However, my sales person doesn't know how to mark the pants leg. She asked me to do it myself. I've never had a store ask me to mark my own pants for hemming. It's not really possible to do it myself since I need to stand up straight in order to do an accurate marking. I got so frustrated on how incompetent the staff is here in this store. I just bought the two pairs of pants and will pay to have them hemmed by my tailor. I guess I will goto the San Diego store from now on. read more

My daughter and I were looking for some yoga pants as I've been told they have a great selection. When we arrived we were greeted by a sales associate named Sonia. I asked her some questions about their pants and I guess she thought we didn't notice that as she was walking away from us, she rolled her eyes. After she had shown us the pants we were looking for, she walked away to talk to another associate, and both my daughter and I clearly heard her tell the other associate, " I hate these Fucking skinny bitches." At that point my daughter and I walked out immediately and in disgust. We will never buy your products, and will definitely let my friends know of this occurrence at your store. I have gone into this lululemon twice to purchase clothing . Both times I walked in and the women working there were so rude . Two different times , two different women . I wish I would have gotten their names. They need to be taught some customer service skills . I am a server at Yard House next door so I completely understand customer service. On my second visit I was so upset that the lady in the back wouldn't help me. Finally, as I went to cash out the gal at the cash register was super nice and very good to me. Hopefully management can just have the employees brush up on their customer service skills . Greeting , asking if they can help customers , actually helping customers when they are asking about products , offer dressing rooms, not walking right by a customer who just walked up to you to ask for help , etc . AUTUMN was beyond spectacular. My daughter and I went in there to build our Christmas lists. We both love the items that we currently own, but didnt really have a lot of knowledge about what we should be looking at for what we need next. As a former manager in the retail industry, I was very straight forward that we were wishlist shopping and not purchasing that day. Its rare to find an employee that is SO passionate about the product that they dont even mind hearing that. She was so excited to share her knowledge with us to help us determine our wants and needs. We actually left, and came back TWICE after we first met with her to ask her more questions. I took a look around in the mens section and I didn't know but everything is basically $99 and up so if you don't want anything to expensive don't come here. Came in tonight with my daughter who got a pair of defective Lulu yoga pants as a Christmas gift from her aunt. There were threads coming out all over the place. We didn't have a receipt (could have bothered my sister for it worst case scenario). Shelby greeted us, inspected the merchandise, and let us know the likely cause. Shelby exchanged it out for us and showed us how to prevent any type of damage in the future. Very helpful, positive, informative and courteous! I personally LOVE lulu lemon's clothing! So when I saw that there was one opening in Temecula I was thrilled because the closest one that I had been to was in San Diego. However, every time I have been in to this particular store (4 times total) I have been treated horribly by the sale associates. This review has nothing to do with the leggings I absolutely love mine and they are the most flattering pair I have ever owned. This negative review has to do with the staff. The one older with with dark hair and tattoos was working in the back pulling leggings and such. She seemed nice however, when I tried on a pair that was too small it seemed as tho she was mocking me when she got the right size down for me. Also, WHILE I WAS STILL IN THE STORE I heard he talking about me with a coworker about how I looked hilarious in the wrong size and how they were way to tight and you could see everything. Like are you serious? I've never been here before and I usually am a size 4 so I figured I would be that same size there too. However, I was a 6. I will never go back to this store. Since I look amazing in these workout cloths, I come buy more when I am in the states. And, ok! Everyone looks amazing in these cloths, not just me. There is often a sale rack, which I personally enjoy perusing, because you can find great pieces $20-40 off. I just bought pants and a shirt that I plan on wearing on the plane home. And yes, I know it means I will be comfortable And cute. That's why I go to lulu. The salesladies were actually sweet people, and helpful as I tried to find a sports bra that didn't have me spilling out, and that didn't go high up on the shoulders towards the neck- the pressure there gives me headaches. And success! Found one. Not one of those really sexy strappy ones that cross several times on the back. Sad face. But I got a pretty one that kept my head from pounding. They Said they do Saturday morning yoga classes, I think for free, at the shop. I didn't make it over there, but that's good that they promote the lifestyle not just the cloths. read more

I avoided this store for the longest time because I knew I would love the clothes and then come spend all of my money here. So my other half decided to take me here for me bday where I got whatever I wanted. I haven't been able to stay away since. I'm an independent shopper so I don't notice someone not greeting me right when I walk in. However, I have always been approached at some point by an associate greeting me and offering assistance. They are delightfully helpful while in the fitting room and provide recommendations for different activities. I haven't had a bad experience here yet. read more

So I went in on Sunday to exchange some things and shop around. I ended up buying a pair of crops, a bra and a shirt for my husband. When I got home to put everything away, I noticed that the sensor was left on my crops. :( I was suuuuper bummed because I live 45 minutes away plus I have 2 toddlers...I couldn't just drive back really quick to have it removed. So around 8pm I decided to call the store. A girl by the name of Kelly answered. I told her my dilemma and expressed how frustrated I was. (It wasn't HER fault, but still. I really wanted to wear my pants!) She was very kind and apologetic. She let me vent and told me she understood. She asked what she could do to make it better, and I told her "I don't know. I just want the sensor off and I can't drive back down there." So she came up with a solution. She told me she'd send me a brand new pair in the mail (sensor-less) and I could stop by with my current pair and either have the sensor removed or exchange them for something else. ...needless to say that made me happy and I was stoked on the free pair and her willingness to make me happy. I will definitely be back to this location...their customer service is exceptional. read more

Target and wal mart has nothing on them!" Not were they pricey but they were worth the price! I don't wear them but I girl loves them! I am pretty disappointed after stopping into the store yesterday. When I first purchased my first pair of yoga pants from lululemon's, one of my favorite part of the purchase was that they guarantee a lifetime warranty on all of their products. I absolutely loved my yoga pants! Unfortunately, I was involved in a serious car accident causing major injury that damage to my pants in the process. I was glad when I had remembered that they guarantee my pants for life, so I went into the store to exchange and they refused to exchange. It is hard for me to get to the store, as I have mobility issues due to the car accident. And I was so upset that they wouldn't exchange the pants like I was told when I first purchased. (And these aren't cheap!) I'll sadly have to say they have lost a customer for life! read more

Our initial visit good, the staff was friendly and helpful as I was making a fair sized purchase. Unfortunately , the managers were both rude and unhelpful when my daughter needed to make an exchange. The items were unworn , tags attached, with the receipt in hand. I was very clear that I was unfamiliar with their products and sizing upon purchase and assured that it was not a problem. They were very happy to make the sale but less than helpful to help my daughter get what she needed, which honestly would have netted them more money. I will not shop at this location again and absolutely will not recommend it to anyone else. If you must have this brand, purchase at another location. However, I recently paid a visit and although I walked out with a few items I did not enjoy the staff as much. I think the vibes could be a bit friendlier. It was my first time ever in a lululemon store, and I have to say it was one of my best experiences in ANY store. I'm only in Temecula on most weekends. They were very attentive and wanted to make sure I left with the PERFECT pair for me. They checked my sizing very thoroughly, and they even made sure nothing was see-through. I must've tried on a dozen pairs of leggings and bras, and I only left with a pair of All The Right Places Pant. The sales associate who was helping me was helpful, patient, and friendly the entire time! They have gained a new and loyal customer even though I live in Orange County.
