We used to shop here regularly but the last few years not only is there nothing decent to buy the employees don't even say hello.

I wish i had the option to give this store ZERO star , The most stupid store policies i've ever seen . I purchased couple items and the next day changed my mind and returned it , and the only option i had to get my money back is a stupid gift card that can only be used in the united states , i asked them if i can use the gift card overseas in a DIESEL store , they said NO . Their stupid policies are written soooo small on the cashier counter and im sure nobody go thru that before buying , Absolutely disappointed, with my experience at this store read more

One of my favorite belts is from here - made in Italian leather. I bough it years ago and since I think quality has gone down. Very few belts available here in the first place - only 3. Lots of belts for women though I saw across the way. Jeans vary in quality - some made in the USA some in I forget what country. $100 buys you something decent. Variety and low inventory is the problem here. Store staff friendly - they were quick to tell me what I wanted they didn't carry at the moment. read more

Let's face it, if you're in your twenties with money to burn, chances are you've lusted after something from Diesel but couldn't justify the price. I've been there, especially with their stores in San Francisco and San Jose. Thankfully, the Diesel outlet in Livermore is a respite from the those high prices and carries awesome clothing at a fairly good discount, putting their clothes in the realm of an Abercrombie & Fitch or J.Crew. Much better for the wallet. One of only three in California, this Diesel outlet is monstrous and carries bits and pieces of everything you could want. Though prices can still be too high for me, sometimes you'll find good deals and since it's Diesel, the quality is usually there. The employees are great, always friendly and grabbing sizes. One of my favorite stores in the Livermore outlets. read more

1/2/2024, walked in with my friend around 4:30ish and the employee who's slightly darker skin tone with curly hair, a young lady who was extremely rude. We walked in checking out a folded T-shirt on display table and she approached and said: if you see the style and looking for the size, let me know so you don't mess up those clothes. WTF?! Instead of greeting or just a simple smile. Then we were touching the fabric and she would be right behind us to adjust the clothes even though we didn't even move a single bit. Later on another family walked in and checking out clothes she said the SAME THING to them and I saw they were a little shocked as well. How rude. I understand you might have folded a lot of clothes today and tired but the way you treating your customers are terrible. The T-shirts need to be taken out to see what it actually look like! If you hate what you doing then please leave your job, so someone else who knows how to respect people can work there. So people can actually have a good shopping experience at DIESEL at Livermore outlet. read more

Came again on 5.31.14 wearing more of a designer outfit this time. Got a greet from the girl folding the front table. Looked at a tank on the rack near door. 50% off original sticker. No one helping me. That's ok. But when I came out of the fitting room, the sales girl was asking me what I thought about it, if I needed another size, etc. Then when I went to the cash wrap, she seemed to follow closely. I visited the store few weeks ago and purchased a pair of jeans. As I liked the feel of them I later realized I should have bought them in another color as well. So, I called them up to see if they would perhaps be able to mail them for me. The store-manager, Scott, was extremely helpful and even offered to take a picture and email it to me to make sure that was the pair I wanted. Customer service at its best!! Thank you! read more

Like another reviewer mentioned, the employees here are definitely snobs. I walked in yesterday afternoon and immediately, I noticed the angry looking Asian chick at the register giving me the once over. I was dressed pretty casually yesterday, so I guess she figured that I was too poor to afford anything and decided not to provide any customer service. In fact, I'm pretty sure I saw her glaring at me from my peripheral vision. Anyways, I made a figure 8 around the store, browsed through the clearance rack, and saw at least two employees walk past me without a word. I wanted to try on a pair of jeans just to see how they fit, but after five minutes of waiting to be helped, I was fed up. On my way out, I made sure I glared at the girl who had so rudely "greeted" me upon my arrival, and she was quite taken aback. LOL. Serves you right. read more

When I visited their store, I didn't find many models. Complete old stock. The store looks nice but, none of the pants are new ones. One of the pants had caught my eye and the helper appeared in front of me and took me to other section of clothes. That section had price ranges of $180 - $250. The pant I was trying to look was $400. She didn't let me look at the pants. Well I don't know what she was thinking about me, but I have bought much better pants. My wallet which I bought in diesel store in los Angeles has better collection and service. read more

This place is a hit or miss. So far majority of the times I came here they had some decent jeans with good affordable pricing. As you most know this brand is really expensive and sometimes they get carried away with their pricing. This place is a really good source of saving money when it comes to their expensive jeans. Just keep in mind there selections are not always consistent all the time but it is worth the drive here. read more

The selection is BLEAK. 90 percent of the stuff you see online and in regular, Diesel stores ARE NOT sold here. These are clothes made specifically for the outlet and left over / reject clothes from this is my second experience at this Diesel location. Inspect the clothing very careful for unintentional spots (rust colored bleach spots on black jeans..etc. I went in today to buy a pair of jeans. I was helped by a young lady, named Vanessa, who at first was very helpful. There seemed to be more staff in the store at first then customers. Quickly after she started helping me, I started feeling rushed and bombarded to try on jeans that I had no interest in. When I was trying on the jeans, the sales rep, kept yelling over the door "how do they fit, do you want more? before I could even button them up and come out to say "back off!" on the jeans finally when I was able to check out, I I walked to the register with her and even though I was first in line, she stopped twice and helped other customers in the middle of my transaction, while the person who I assume was the manager just stood there, posing behind the counter, staring off into space. I had to enter my email 4 times, and she could not retrieve my account. The same thing had happened the day before with another store employee. I was told to call customer service to get my rewards points, but she seemed like he could care less about giving any further help. It took at least 20 minutes to check out and there are not enough discounts or promotions to ever go back into this high school cafeteria hang out type setting to try to make a purchase. had the exact same experience in trying to use points the day before when I was one of the few customers in the store and entered the correct email/account information and the sales rep, refused to provide any further help after several minutes of waiting and him talking to other associates while I was waiting to complete my transaction.Go online or to the main store in San Francisco, where you can actually get help from people that take pride in their jobs and actually wanna be there. ...Oh and ANY other store, the employees seem to actually wanna be working and have a decent IQ and a brain! Or if you have absolutely nothing else to do and see how a store is NOT to be run by wanna apathetic tweens. read more
