Went out to dinner with my friend on Monday night and would most definitely recommend!! Fun and comfortable environment, the service was great, our waitress was awesome and the rest of the staff was very friendly and welcoming! Drinks were great and the food was even better! We had a few appetizers along with entrees and it was all very very delicious! We will be back for sure! read more

A very large group (45+ people)of us went to LuLu's after the Medford Holiday parade on December 1. We had a reservation for 40 but ended up having more people join. The staff at LuLu's was very accommodating and easily handled the unexpected additions to our party. We we're seated in the private party area, even with such a large group they allowed us to order off the regular menu and did separate checks by family. Our servers Julia and Rachel, along with the Manager Teresa, handled the group with ease. They made sure everything came out quickly and was hot and fresh. Empty drinks were promptly refreshed. We've been twice in the past month and enjoyed it. Both times had the lobster roll and 1.5lb lobster dinner, and while it may not have been the absolute all time very best in the world, it's certainly the best $15 roll and $18 lobster I've had in a long time. We decided to try this restaurant since it changed its name. What a terrible idea! Our waitress was totally clueless about the menu so we were on our own. Ordered the lobster which was so over cooked it had absolutely no flavor! Not that sweet lobster taste we look forward to. My husband ordered the fish bowl and again no flavor even with extra sauce on it. Fish was not fresh as it had a fishy taste. We told the waitress who apologized for us not being able to eat our meal but she still brought us the full bill as she cleared away our plates that were still filled with uneaten food. read more

Great wings. Lobster was delicious. We went late at night and were still accommodated and served with a smile. I don't remember the waitresses name but her and all other staff were very friendly. We came here a few times yesterday was probably the last. The waitress that we had seemed nice but really didn't like the way she treated the other customers. She was very rude and to me you should always be nice to the customer regardless of whether they're being a pain in the butt or not. I find that the situation the waitress didn't handle it well at all she should have at least gotten the manager to take care of it instead she was yelling at the customer which I thought was very disrespectful. I know if I was that customer I wouldn't put up with that. Anyway the food was okay. I had the lobster tacos that was seriously lacking in lobster. they also had the audacity to charge me $12 for a bloody mary which I think is ridiculous. so overall probably won't be seeing this place again anytime soon. So on Aug 30 2019, I was there for my 2nd time. The 1st time was a few months back and we went on a Tuesday night, which was great. However my visit on Aug 30 2019 which was a Friday was horrible. We were greeted and sat right away. We ordered and while we were waiting for our soups to be brought we watched a couple ask what was taking so long with their soups and they were told they are coming right out. That couple waited a bit longer and watched us receive our soup before they did and they ordered 1st. Upon that, that couple got up and walked out. Now we get done with our soups and were waiting and waiting and waiting for our food to be delivered and proceeded to watch another couple wait and wait for their food as well. We asked what was taking so long and were told that because they were busy earlier the kitchen got backed up. So we continued to wait and then 3 meals out of 4 are delivered. 1 meal missing and the fries I ordered were also missing. I asked about both, fries were delivered but not the missing meal. When we asked again about the meal we were told it is coming. At that point I ask for a manager and was ignored because the server left and went to the kitchen and came out with the missing meal. The fish my friend ordered was over cooked and had to be returned. The steak my other friend got he stated was just OK. Other food was I guess I can say OK to eat. The server we had was not good at all. He had stuff spilled on his shirt and did not even try to clean it off. Every time he came to the table I felt like he was dirty and seedy due to his appearance. His over all service just was not there either. WORST FOOD EVER! We are not very picky, but this was really horrible. This place needs a chef. The food was all very old tasting....it was not cooked, it was just prepared and thrown on a plate. It was tasteless and just BAD! Fries were cold, burgers had not flavor. Ribs were so old and were just freshened up with some sauce. I so regret going here. It was such a terrible experience. I'm sorry but I can't find anything nice to say about it except that the girl at the front door was very sweet and welcoming. I never give such a bad review because I usually feel bad for the management who usually at least try to please the customer, but in this case, whoever they had in the kitchen did not give a crap about what was being served. It wasn't just a fluke with one or two dishes. Everything that was put on the table was atrocious, very old and stale. We did not send anything back because we did not want to embarrass the party we were with, and after we saw how disgusting everything was, we had no hopes that replacements would be any better. read more

Food is good and I liked the happy hour drink prices. I was there Thursday 10/10/19 with some Dr.s and nurses. The waitress I don't know her name but she was a black lady with a bun in her hair or whatever you call it. We didn't get menu's after they were asked for twice. Then one of the Drs got up and got them. When the dinner orders arrived at least 4 orders were wrong mostly sides. Now for the best part or worst. One of the Drs told that waitress his fries were the wrong ones. The waitress lost it she was so aggressive yelling at him and telling him he was wrong. Then she went to take mine back to the kitchen, my fries were wrong too, and I stopped her she wasn't getting my food out of site I didn't trust what she would do to it. She came back and a nurses order was wrong but the nurse said forget it and as the waitress walked out of that front room she said "bitches". I wanted to talk to the owner I think his name is Joe but he wasn't there. I figured whoever else I talked too might protect that pos. I REALLY would like to write a good review because the location is so convenient and the place is roomy and comfortable but the key to getting return customers is CONSISTENCY and every time you order a dish lately it's a crap-shoot. The most recent misadventure took place last night when my friend and I ordered the "beer battered fish and chips" which we have ordered in the past and had, up until then, been fine. The menu states that dinners come with two sides. I ordered two sides and we were brought a plate with two triangles of breaded, fried "fish filet" like something you'd remove from a McFish sandwich, my two sides and NO chips/fries. I reminded my waiter about the fries and he said that the "chip" portion of a fish and chip dish was considered by their establishment to be a "side" and so they could provide them, at an extra charge of course, because I already had filled my quota of side dishes. To the management: Are you not ashamed to serve frozen, fish-like scalene triangles with bread crumbs, without fries, and declare it a beer battered fish and chips dinner? If your service wasn't so glacially slow I would have, and probably should have, sent it back but after waiting so long we were starving. Such a shame! read more
