I live out-of-state and hired this company to do a deep clean prior to selling my house. I was disappointed to hear from the person I hired to oversee the home sale that the kitchen and dining floors were filthy and sticky to walk across. He was the last person to in the house before the cleaners came and the first one in after they had left. This was one day before the house went on the market, and I couldn't find any cleaners available day-of. My sister finally agreed to drive down and mop it- she FaceTimed me to show me how dirty it was. I understand that mistakes and oversights happen. I'm writing this review because when I asked for a discount due to missing the floors, the person who responded was rude and intractable. She put the burden of proof on me, without being willing to check on their end, and suggested that other contractors had made the floor dirty. I understand that this is their policy. But the fact is that this was the biggest financial move of my life, and my floor was filthy the day before the home sale- after paying them $245 to clean it. She also informed me it was my responsibility to contact them if something was missed. But with so much on the line and a day before the sale, I wasn't going to hire the company who did a bad job. This was with biweekly cleanings, so it wasn't like she was walking into a home that had been neglected. At the very first cleaning, we pointed out that there was spaghetti sauce on the wall in the bathroom and expected it to be cleaned. When it was missed and we asked about it, she said she thought we were joking. There was no reason for us to joke about that, and it showed us that instructions were not being taken seriously from the start. We were told when we signed up that if we ever needed a quick, last-minute cleaning, all we had to do was ask. When we actually requested a same-day 2 hour cleaning, we were made to feel like 2 hours wasn't worth their time or travel, which went against what we were originally told. The house also didn't smell clean after cleanings because the cleaner herself had a strong body odor that lingered in the house. Our last appointment was a no call, no show, and later we were told they were out of town at a dog show. That was the final straw. We can clean our home ourselves in about an hour and do a much better job. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this service. Edit: you did offer a free cleaning. But why would I expect you to do a better job cleaning for free vs when I was paying for it? Your time to shine and retain me as a customer was when I was paying for your services, not after I fired you. You've already shown me the quality of service that you have to offer. I message them and I keep getting told they are on their way and that they're proactively following up with the cleaners. It's 11 am and still no sign of the cleaners. After having a phone call with the company, I'm advised that the cleaners had some personal issue so now cleaners will come between 1.30-2.30 pm. It's 2.23 pm and I get a message that they are about 30 mins away. This is after I called to find out what was happening. It doesn't stop there. It's past 30 mins and I am following up with them only to be told this cleaner is 5 mins away and they're tracking the GPS. Good news, they finally turn up after 20 mins (vs the 5 mins away message). There are two people. One starts working and the other just looks around the house, speaks to sometime over the phone and says "I'll be back in 40 mins". Surprise! Surprise! She isn't. And only one lady is cleaning. She's mostly on the phone and dusting things, which needed to be re-cleaned after I showed them out wasn't cleaned properly. Please steer clear away from this business.
