This Luna Grill in particular is quite great! Besides the parking situation, I prefer this one to the Buena Park location. The service is always friendly and welcoming. Getting the same thing most times I've noticed differences in locations, which of course is to be expected. This one in particular has always remained very flavorful. This has always been our family's go to Luna but after today it will be our last. Our order consisted of a Santorini bowl, kids chicken kabob meal and I got the new garlic lemon chicken. We waited for a while for our food, the party next to us came after us and got their food before us. Once we got our food they individually came out. 1st the Santorini bowl and then the kids meal. The meals looked very much smaller in portion than they ever have. My chicken was still not arriving, after a few minutes I walked up to ask if my food would be coming out soon. I was told it was still cooking. I then asked if I could have more sauce and was told they are $1 each now. That's absolutely insane to charge $1 for a tiny sauce that use to be free. Minutes passed and my family was already half way done with their food once I finally got mine. I asked the tall heavy set lady with the dark pony tail hair why it took so long when my family got theres a long time ago and the party next to us got theirs way before us. She was very passive aggressive with her response. She walked over to the other table and replied that the other table only had gyros and my meal had thicker meat and takes longer. Mind you my daughter got the same thickness of chicken as well, mine is just a bigger portion and seasoned differently. She then told me in a very passive aggressive way " well would you rather me give you raw meat?" Absolutely uncalled for and not needed. I truly believe they forgot my order and started cooking it later after they realized it and instead of offering an apology or anything, she gave me her snarky little comment and walked away . I'll never come back here again. So many other places like this near by I rather spend my money on and aren't rude like this chubby lady. read more

Another customer managed to get ahead of me and while the teammate took care of them Savannah (of the SWAT Team) hopped on the 2nd POS & took my order. She was very friendly and we got to chat about what the SWAT Team was. I then sat down and as a few elderly ladies were walking out they told me they loved their meals and recommended the plates to me. As I saw the food coming out I did notice how good and fresh everything looked. I asked for the salad to be tossed and Savannah said because it came in packets that wasn't something they did but she's been suggesting it awhile. She suggested we call it J's Way (after the first initial of my name) if it ever gets adopted, lol! My Greek salad was so delicious & especially with the pita bread...10/10. The hot chicken scorch the salad which made it watery down and made the pita bread soggy. All of these items for takeout should have been plated separately. I can see if I had to order rice instead. I have to say that Luna Grill has to be on my top 10 places to eat at. Food is really good, no questions 10/10. Work on a better dipping sauce, pretty please. I've tried a few of the different sauces they offer and haven't found one that I really like. So for that they loose a star.
