Even though we ordered at the counter and poured our own drinks from the soda fountain, Divany and Carlos not only quickly brought our food to us, but they also wanted to make sure we had everything we wanted and the food was to our satisfaction - and it was. Divany was especially helpful. When I mentioned that I can't have gluten, she immediately walked me through the gluten-free options and made sure I felt comfortable with what I was ordering. This place has became so much better over the last couple months! The food quality is always very good but it's just the way that they organize their mobile pickups. It used to be extremely slow, and basically everytime they would forget an item or two that I paid for. Now, ever since they released their custom bowl options it's been quick, easy, organized, and has had huge portions! The care in making the bowls has really exceeded my expectations and it is all presented very nice. The ambiance is decent, basic strip mall type of layout where they are located but on the inside is clean and there's lots of outdoor seating. 5/5 stars for right now, hopefully their quality remains this way. read more
