Love this location and they are spacing things out for Covid but we ate there on Thursday and it was an odd time 2:30 pm, so not really crowded. There were 2 other tables of 2 people each and 2 takeout orders while we were there. Not super busy but there were 3 of the 7 tables open that were not wiped down after previous diners. After a very long relationship with this location, and constant issues with the quality, accuracy, temperature and consistency of the food, in addition to many other organizational and training issues, I was actually banned today and threatened with having the police called on me if I came in for my cash refund. I did not yell or do anything harmful in any way to warrant this threat, in fact I should have filed my own police report. Even the Luna Grill corporate office representatives agreed that I should have been able to get my money back today, and instead they are having to mail me a Visa gift card due to the complete lack of integrity and accountability of the manager, Sarah, and district manager, Janelle. Sarah has pretended to care about me as a tri-weekly customer for a year or more, even during our most recent conversation about the ongoing issues at her store with not receiving rewards and receipts due to her poor training, and the six times just in the last month where I have gotten chicken on my food instead of falafel. Today she decided to throw me under the bus instead of taking responsibility for her own poor management trends. Most of the times when I have interacted with Sarah, she would sigh and tell me all about the constant complaints and poor reviews her restaurant receives, so I have gone out of my way in the past to try to put nice comments in the Luna Grill app about her, not understanding until now why she had so many disgruntled customers. Everyone I know living in this area cannot understand why I have been so kind to this staff and continued to patronize their restaurant when they have made so many errors, which they now are blaming me for; however, I told those people in the past that the employees always made it right. I guess that was not at all sincere since it has cumulatively been used against me in order to justify poor behavior. In short, this restaurant does not stand on the same ethics as the rest of Luna Grill and has blamed one of their best customers for their own ongoing variety of issues. There's no integrity to making customers disposable and sadly I cannot just drive to California every time I want Luna Grill. This location has lost my business for the whole company and that's truly sad for them. read more

The GM Cameron is awesome and he's always very welcoming to all of the guests and the rest of the Luna crew has excellent customer service skills as well!! The staff, atmosphere and food are just sub per although I will consider it the fast food of Greek food it still hits the spot and also healthy. The price are not your average prices maybe a little steep but definitely worth it. I usually get the Cornish hen and I make 2 meals out of one plate. Check them out! read more

Service has gone downhill since management changed. Placed an order to go, waited over 30 minutes to receive it when it was not busy. The man (who I am assuming is the new manager, but could be wrong as I can't imagine him having worked in food service before) walked away when I asked him how much longer my food would be at 25 minutes of waiting. Then I watched him put a lid on my order, and spin it around for a good few minutes to make sure it was on right? I appreciate the concern, but I don't think a container needs to be checked that thoroughly. Then placed utensils in the bag, took them out, threw them away, and then brought my order to me asking me if I needed utensils. It's amazing to see the difference in levels of concerns regarding ticket times. Kameron always made sure to get our food got out to us in a timely manner, and made sure to take care of us if it wasn't. Hopefully the new guy can catch up. read more

The food and service were fantastic. We started with the spicy feta-VERY tasty. My gyro was delicious and the waiter told us about how it's completely hormone free down to three grass that the animals eat. There meat is imported from Australia. I'm obsessed with this place. The flat cut chicken is delicious, and I always get the carrots as the garnish for my plate. The pita is super airy and light, so I always order extra because it is so good. If you are willing to spend a few extra bucks, the lamb is incredible. They'll also give you a pretty decent sized cup if you just get water for a drink which is nice since most places just give glorified kiddie cups for water. What happened to this place? It's probably been a year since we've eaten here and their quality has really gone downhill. We paid $48 for 3 plate meals, which were mostly rice and wilted lettuce with a little piece of meat on the side. The second time I have been to this joint, but the first time dining in. I had the Maui Maui plate and it was good enough to slap your mama for. The food was good but what made this over the top is the Manager Camron he rocked. Brought out different sauces to try and allowed my buddy to try a different option for next time. I'm a big fan of Mediterranean food and was excited to have a new restaurant so close to home. We ordered Luna Grill to go so I cannot comment on the service. However, the food was outstanding. I started out with an order of Spicy Cilantro Hummus and Stuffed Grape Leaves. The unanimous opinion was that the Spicy Cilantro Hummus was the best I've tasted. It had a touch of smokiness and spice that left me wondering if I should've just made an entree out of it instead of ordering anything else. As a point of reference, the heat level was comparable to a mild salsa; not enough to leave your mouth tingling or make you sweat and the flavor was exceptional. For my entree I had the Cornish Hen on the Bone. It was perfectly seasoned with a hint of lemon and grilled so that the skin had a slight char on the edges. When I shared it with my fellow diners, there was an eye opening "Wow, that's really good!" Overall, the chicken was a 5 out of 5 stars and will have me coming back again and again. The salad, rice and pita bread were standard Mediterranean fair, very good, fresh and exactly what you'd want and expect from a restaurant that serves exceptional hummus and Cornish hen. I will be returning to Luna Grill and bringing others with me. read more

Ambience is nice and trendy. Like the bright red interior. But the place is a little bit drafty. It's the layout of the place...anytime the main or side door is opened, practically all tables got blasted with a wave of cold air. We were there for dinner. I ordered flat chicken kabob plate and my husband ordered the gyro & chicken plate. We ate everything we ordered and enjoyed the food. The plate size was very big but most of it was filled with really bland white rice. Except for the rice, rest of the food was really good. Kebabs were done right..juicy, tender but well cooked. I've been to this restaurant twice. So far it has been good. Today I just found an appetizer I will not be trying again. The stuffed grape leaves were awful. They were dry and had absolutely no flavor. I added my own olive oil so I could choke them down. I have had the lamb kabobs and chicken kabobs and both were delicious. The salad dressing is amazing. Light and fresh with a little tartness. Overall this place is delicious. And if you get the stuffed grape leaves, put the salad dressing over them to moisten them. Absolutely love it! I've only gotten to go orders but even the to go orders are presented very well. The falafel wrap is huge and very tasty and I upgraded to the sweet potato fries which were pretty good. I also ordered the sampler appetizer. Pita bread could be better but still very yummy, I don't like grape leave so I substituted for more falafels (I love them!) large proportions as well for appetizer. First time to visit Luna Grill - wow were we impressed! Hard to decide what was better, the food or the service. We ordered the combo appetizer platter, which came nicely presented with generous servings of unique and tasty spicy hummus, stuffed grape leaves, colorful couscous, and some of the best falafel we've ever eaten. We each ordered a dinner platter (gyro and ground sirloin kebab), which came with basmati rice, flavorful salad, cucumber dipping sauce, and choice of grilled tomato or pan-fried carrots (my wife asked if we could get a bag to go). The food was all very tasty (notably prepared with fresh quality ingredients) and again the portions were quite generous. The service was amazing! We will definitely be back! read more
