I came into Luna Grill and ordered several meals but realized I had ordered too much chicken. I asked if I could switch one of them out for shrimp, and the staff was very accommodating. They made the change with no issue, and the whole team was welcoming and kind throughout. I never felt like it was a hassle or that anyone was upset by the switch. Alfredo and the team has brought this place to life. Thank you for the outstanding service, not my first time, but today was better than before. I'm not saying it was bad, am improvement by far. To top it off, the restroom...super clean and aroma felt calming. My 4 yr old out of respect, on his own terms, picked up someone else's paper towel that was left on the floor next to the trash. This was a fantastic surprise and we love those!!! Stopped here prior to a movie and didn't know what to expect. SUPER fresh ingredients moist and tender chicken, flavors were on-point and fantastic. Lemon chicken was amazing as well as just kabob grilled chicken. Absolutely loved the falafel, salad, plate and service. The friendly staff at this location is what makes the difference, especially for a chain, During my last visit, an employer named Raul stopped by my table and check if I needed anything.
