Multiple E. coli outbreaks at their other restaurants have already raised serious food safety concerns. What's truly disgusting, though, is walking into the bathrooms and finding zero paper towels. After washing your hands, the only way to open the door is to grab toilet paper that's sitting right next to the toilet -- meaning you're forced to touch something potentially laced with urine and feces residue just to leave. This isn't a minor inconvenience; it's basic hygiene 101. Put paper towels in the bathrooms so customers and employees can actually wash their hands and exit without re-contaminating them. It's common sense. The "we're saving trees" signs you post to justify skipping them come across as cheap excuses that put cost-cutting over public health. read more

chose this spot to satisfy family cravings and found highlights and downsides. the wrap is huge which is much worth it's value. its hefty and very filling. my mom and grandma split their bowl which they split, and i was only able to finish half as well. it's decently filled with a good amount of protein which is always appreciated. they have many sauce options which were honestly all pretty tasty. i didn't realize they had dispensers available as well but they provided us with some pre-packaged. although the experience wasn't bad, i find that for the price and topping options (which contribute to the overall flavor), it fell short of cava, a favorite of mine, yet similar. this is a personal opinion, but with such similar concepts, i do not find enough value to return here on my own decision. the topping options are much more limited, thus having a lesser portion than i could be getting elsewhere at a cheaper price and for a more cohesive taste. i feel the ingredients being so simple and few didn't mesh as well, so the sauces were what carried the flavors more than the things inside. i should reiterate that this spot was not bad, but rather missed my standards because of what i know i can find elsewhere with greater taste variety and options, and at a lower cost. as mentioned, these were filling because of the meat, but it was just too simple and i was left wanting more. the best part of this may have been the pita though. for just $1.50, it was such a great addition. super fluffy, chewy, and came out very nice and warm. this was delicious. i would maybe even come just for that service was good, very responsive and welcoming. i did need a lid to go but their lids didn't fit the bowl ~ ended up having to also get a bag to keep everything for spilling out. maybe just a bad batch of lids/bowls which i understand but was a little inconvenient. the location was very clean and open which i liked, with lots of seating available. big parking out in front so no issues there. read more

It was an Ok experience but the wrap was not as good as ones I get at the Irvine Center location. Ingredients from what I ordered were missing and it had very little chicken with mainly lettuce as filling. What really bothered me was the bathroom, it was not clean and they don't offer any paper towel for drying hands. In a restaurant where you eat with your hands you should not have to touch the door handle inside the bathroom when you are done washing your hands. read more

Came here due to the raving reviews and it was honestly a huge let down. First off, it was empty when we first arrived yet our food took 50 minutes to prepare. Mind you, this is not a high end restaurant so there's no reason it should take that long. Secondly, the prices were extremely overpriced for both the quality of the food and portion size. What bugged us the most is we could've spent that money at a nice dine-in restaurant and gotten some yummy juice flavourful kebabs. Anyways, the proteins we got were chicken and steak and they were both lacking in flavour. The salad dressing was not even lemon vinaigrette?? It was just water and oil. The tzatziki was the actual worst that we've tasted and the other side sauces that were offered at the self-serve area were all out! The fries were probably the best part. The wrap was flavourless and dry. Honestly, just all around a terrible experience and I really don't know if we ate the same food as everyone else who gave 5 stars. Very disappointed in the online ordering process. They didn't remember any of the sauces for my plate. We also ordered a brownie as an add on for one of the plates we ordered, but the ordering system didn't flag it. The vegetables were also very wet and oily, so it wasn't very enjoyable. It leaked through the container. I liked that the chickpea salad came in its own container so it wouldn't get the rest of the dish wet. Chicken shawarma: 7.5/10 good other than it getting wet from the vegetables Saffron chicken: 7.5/10. Good but can't really tell the difference between this and the chicken shawarma Vegetables: 5/10. Ordered online for pick up. First time here and i really liked everything i got. I got the promotional set of 1 bowl + 1 wrap plus 2 sides $34. The saffron chicken was flavorful and juicy. I especially loved the rice . The wrap was also delicious, humus was very good. I had fries, falafel and citrus chickpea salad to try and they were all amazing. In my opinion, it's on the pricier end of the scale for what it is. I was a bit disappointed because going in I was expecting more of an Armenian/Persian type of cuisine, but it was more American Mediterranean mix. I tried their wrap with chicken and it was interesting to say the least. Their sauces are solid. However, stay away from their diet coke fountain drink. Food is always good. Always consistent. Staff is extremely friendly and hospitable. My wife and I get the family pack sometimes to use as meal prep and it's more than enough food. The lamb is our favorite but honestly everything is good here. Decently priced for what you're getting. Sauce bar is always good to have although I wish they had spicier sauces. It's never too busy inside and usually never too many people in line but definitely going to be dependent on the time of day you go. Kebab Shop always hits the spot. That cilantro jalapeño sauce is spicy and creamy and I'd pour it over just about anything, but on top of the chicken bowl is just delicious. I like that they give you a good amount of chicken here, it is a a little pricey but they don't skimp on the protein. The veggies were very fresh too. I paired it with their gyro fries this time and liked them but I think they go a little too heavy on the red onion, I could go for more meat here. Fast and friendly take out service. I order ahead online and am always greeted right away upon entering the establishment. I've even been offered extra sauce once I get my food! The food itself is pretty delicious. The truffle brown rice and saffron rice are equally perfect. The flavors are so unique. The toppings are abundant and they really pack the bowls to the brim with so much sauce inside too. I loved the flavorful cilantro jalapeño hummus.
