There was two cooks working and two servers and a long line of people although not when I got there. Still it took about 15-20 minutes for my food to get done. When my wife and I saw this restaurant while driving along Debbie, we got happy. But when we went there to eat, our happiness left. There was no obvious reason for kitchen to be getting orders out that quickly. Restaurant was not packed. Person taking orders at counter failed to say orders were taking as long as they were. She did say 20 minutes when I paid. Actual wait was about 2 and 1/2 times that. Food I ordered was supposed to come with rice pilaf and tzatziki (sp?). It didn't and I didn't have the patience to wait for them to fix it. My advice? Stay away from this place. A restaurant is supposed to provide food and service. Always a lunchtime treat for me and coworkers. Has a nice size menu but I have never been able to order anything except the better beet salad because it's just THAT GOOD! I do snag an appetizer of hummus with the veggies when I have some help to eat it all. Clean inside and friendly staff. Nice patio if you would rather eat outside. I was in the mood for Mediterranean food so decided to check this place out. While the food wasn't bad, I'm giving it 3 stars and here's why. It cost me $25 for a small plate with some pieces of lamb over plain white rice and a small portion of salad with an added side of dolmas. I don't mind spending $25 at a nice sit down Mediterranean restaurant but Lunas is set up like a fast food joint where you place your order at the register and then seat yourself. The food was good but I've had the same quality of food and a much bigger portion for half the price at other fast food Mediterranean places. I love Luna Grill. I love the flavors and quality ingredients. That is done well. However, that's where the praise ends. I ordered the Mediterranean salad add chicken. I was asked if I wanted my chicken hot or cold. I said "hot". When I looked at my receipt, I noticed it was $4.80 extra for my chicken, not the $2.50 listed on the menu. I returned to the front to ask, and the man working said it was because I ordered it hot. I had no idea it was an up charge even further to get my chicken warmed. That was not explained by him, or on the menu, and quite frankly an ADDITIONAL $2.30 for warmed chicken is a bit ridiculous. My husband ordered a Santorini bowl, for $9.75 total and his included chicken for that price, and HOT chicken at that. So mine has become $15 meal for comprable to what he ordered for $10. I feel completely nickel and dimed. My receipt said Karina was the person on the register, but it was a young man. It was apparent he didn't really care about his job from the lack of enthusiasm from him from the time we placed our order, and then snail-speed with which he compiled our napkins and plastic ware and served our tray. He truly didn't care about my question regarding my receipt total. I recognize that Covid has thrown everything fir a loop, but to be spending $27 and not have access to fountain drinks, eat from disposable dishes (expensive ones at that) and plastic forks, does not justify the price of dining out at Luna Grill. I know your expenses are more using disposable dishes, but it's not the dining experience one would expect from a fast casual place that is as expensive as it is. I want Luna Grill to be successful. I like your food, but this most recent visit has been searching for somewhere else to go for lunch. read more

The servers were rude, the restaurant was not fully occupied yet the processes in place guaranteed a 40 minute wait for a minor order. In addition there must've been a barrier in comprehension because every order was wrong, and even staff wasn't even apologetic. My recommendation is that you skip Luna Grill. There IS a bit of a wait, but I figured there is a reason for that . Fresh food ! I waited about 15 minutes . Outstanding! Had the Beef and Chicken Kabobs and Spicy Cilantro Hummus with fresh hot Pita bread triangles. The meat dishes were very tender and flavorful and the Hummus was the best that I've ever had. My first experience was fantastic. Not so much this time. Smaller portions on the chicken and beef kabobs which tasted like old meat and were microwave chewy. They don't just warm the bread, it has a bit of a butter/grill taste to it while China's makes it easier to hold gobs of hummus :) customer service was great, everyone was friendly and smiling. Love this place for a quick fresh meal that doesn't make me feel heavy after eating it. I usually call in my order so it is ready when I get there. A few of my favorites are the chicken kebab and the lamb. I liked the salmon, but it was overcooked for my personal taste. However, that is to be expected when you were taking seafood to go. My mom and I really love Luna grill. They have many vegetarian options that are perfect for us and have come to this location every other month or so. Today we had placed a delivery for a third party to pick it up and bring it to us. Had two Greek salads with falafel and as I was taking a bite out of one of the falafels I noticed that a hair was cooked inside of it. It grossed me out so I called back and they offered to put a credit on our next order or they could make me a new one which I really appreciate. But the thing is that I don't know if they would just cook some more falafel from the same batch that had the hair in or if it would be from an entirely new batch. Either way it grossed me out and I don't no if I'll come back. The good thing is that the falafel was separate and didn't touch the salad so I can still eat the salad. read more
