    I love it here

Right from when i walked in the service was great and i loved it already. We ordered and it came very quickly. I got spaghetti and meatballs and it looked so good. The meatballs were amazing and so was the pasta, it was so extraordinary. I recommend this place. - Sincerely John Pork

What about the best Italian restaurant in the west valley? Luna Rossa - was a total surprise, coming out of Hilton into a small village, we didn't expect much! But omg! The best pizza margarita, braised short rib tortellini, incredibly fresh prosciutto, and of course, full body aperol spritz! After a long day of driving and golf- this was an honest treat! don't need reservations, come in, enjoy fast served delicious food, wonderful melodical guitar sonatas and amazing service with a character!

This place is amazing! I ordered the fettuccine Alfredo with shaved truffle and added shrimp, and it was absolutely incredible. The sauce was so creamy and flavorful, and the truffle wasn't just shaved on top, it was mixed right into the pasta, giving every bite a rich, decadent flavor. They brought my friend a tiramisu for her birthday with a candle and even sang happy birthday to her, which made the evening extra special. We sat out on the patio because there was live music playing, and it was the perfect atmosphere. We watched people cruising by in golf carts and walking their dogs. It was lively, fun, and full of energy. All of the servers are Italian, which adds to the authentic charm. Our server was fantastic, super friendly, attentive, and had a great sense of humor. The service was top notch from start to finish. The ambiance is small and intimate, great for a date night or celebrating a special occasion. We even saw a group of teens dressed up for homecoming, which added to the cheerful vibe of the night. The food is phenomenal, the prices are very fair for the quality, and the fresh bread served with pesto at the start of the meal was the perfect touch, chef's kiss! I highly recommend Luna Rossa. Whether you're celebrating, dining with friends, or just want an unforgettable Italian meal by the lake, this is the spot.

Had a mini staycation in Lake Las Vegas and ate here. Walked in and it had a bad smell of sewer... not the restaurant's fault but very unappetizing. Anyway, the food was delicious. Started with the calamari, thinner pieces, it was just ok. I'm used to thicker pieces. I had the short rib pasta and it was amazing. My daughter had the bolognese and it was great!! Finished off the meal with a piece of tiramisu, which as you can see I forgot to take a picture. It didn't last long. One of the best I've had. Definitely give this place a try.

Just another Sunday in the village.

The original post was taken down, because I put the wrong name of the restaurant. Lol. My apologies to both restaurants, but this is the actual restaurant in Lake Las Vegas. When I'm back home, and I head down to the village, this is one of my favorite spots. If you're ever in town, don't forget to stop by Luna Rossa. Not only is the food great, you'll get a history on the food, from anyone of the wait staff.

Service is great ambience is wonderful. Ordered food from here for the second night this week thinking the pizza would be as good as everything else was wrong. Pizza is below par. If I were you, I'd stick to the traditional Italian options on the menu so you won't be let down

Luna Rossa at Lake Las Vegas is a great find if you're craving authentic Italian food with a view. Family-owned by the Molli family and serving the area since 2010, it has that warm, classic Italian feel without being stuffy. We tried the baked lasagna, gnocchi in creamy tomato sauce, pepperoni pizza, and the salmon salad, and everything was solid. The pasta tasted truly homemade, the pizza was excellent, and even the salad felt thoughtfully done--especially after adding a generous amount of Parmesan. The inside is cozy with white-tablecloth charm, and the outdoor seating is incredibly scenic. Open daily from 11 AM to 10 PM, this spot is definitely worth the drive out to Lake Las Vegas.

The restaurant is cozy and elegant, beautiful ambience. Food was great I had Trio Di Ravioli w beef and pumpkin in pesto sauce and my daughter had Pappardelle Zafferano E Gamberi recommended from server who was sweet and attentive. Drinks were refreshing I had white sangria Breads were warm and fresh with olive oil and herbs. Cute little outdoor patio it was too frigid for us to fine out but looking out the window the view is a beautiful lake with lots of holiday lights n decor. Stunning view

Absolutely loved this Italian restaurant! This is my third time there. The pasta was fresh, the sauce was full of flavor, and the service was friendly. Cozy atmosphere, strong Cadillac margarita (5 star for the bartender) and my lasagna was amazing. Can't wait to come back! Just something that I don't like is that I think the place is small and it is always crowded because they are the best!

Came to Luna couple of nights ago ordered a main course then asked for a sub substitute, waiter tells us they can not do that.. they say we would have to pay extra $14-$18. Which as you know, it's almost the price of a main course.. I asked for management woman walks up rudely saying that that's the way It is no matter who you are. Food mediocre price ridiculous. If you want low end food presented as fine dining and want to overpay This is your spot.. I will never ever come back here let alone let my thousands of friends that live here in Las Vegas know about this arrogant restaurant.

Gluten free penne with vodka sauce and ricotta ravioli.

Deliiiiicious gluten free penne pasta with vodka sauce ! Came home with my left overs and couldn't wait till tomorrow had to have some more. The eggplant / zucchini salad with goat cheese and balsamic dressing was perfectly crunchy, tangy and refreshing. My mom had ricotta ravioli, she's a retired French chef who is from Italian decent and she loved her dish. The bill was about $100 including tip for both of us with a sparkling water bottle, a salad and 2 main dish which is a great price for a great restaurant. Also there was a live guitar player that was a wonderful musician.

All I can say is OMG! This place was perfect. I stumbled upon it during my birthday stay at Lake LAs Vegas and am so happy I did. I walked in and was immediately greeted by the server and sat down. I ordered a Caesar salad , Manicotti Ricotta E Spinaci, I added chicken and a glass of Cabernet. Everything was immaculate. You can tell the Cesar dressing was homemade, it was so fresh. The pasta was flavorful yet light . I loved every bite of it. But the star of the show was the bread and oil surprisingly LOL the waitress told me before she brought it out that it was amazing. I thought to myself how can bread and oil blow my mind. It did ! They add garlic to their olive oil mix and it really set it apart. There was so much flavor. From now on I will accept nothing less than. I also received a strawberry tiramisu and the waitress sang happy birthday to me along with a glass of complimentary champagne. 100000/10 birthday, service and food! I'll be making that 45 min drive again soon, just to experience this cuisine!

We ordered the Tuscany pizza, and it was phenomenal -- loaded with sausage, pepperoni, bacon, Canadian bacon, mushrooms, onions, green peppers, and olives. It's basically like a supreme pizza on steroids, but so much better. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the toppings were generous and high-quality, and every bite was incredibly satisfying. What really sets this place apart is the care they put into the fundamentals: they make their dough and sauce completely in-house, and they even order their sausage straight from Chicago. You can absolutely taste the difference -- it's fresh, authentic, and miles ahead of your typical chain pizza. The crust had that perfect chew and char that only comes from real craftsmanship. Time is going by incredibly fast these days and sometimes I can't keep up with it. Slice 19 is located in the guard gated Chimera Golf Club and you must show valid ID in order to get in, which is very easy and very quick. My future in-laws live in a guard gated community elsewhere in town so I already know how these work lol. They're very easy to find and you can walk in and take a seat right away. Their patio has such an amazing view of the golf course in all directions...if only if it wasn't chilly and cloudy outside. Although their big thing is pizza, I wanted something smaller and decided to go for their sliders, total of 3, with tater tots on the side. Other food items included were the cowboy burger (unbelievably huge with giant pieces of bacon inside!) and chicken wings with blue cheese. Some of my friends tried the Bloody Mary, which included a celery stick and an olive inside. For me, I just stuck with water. They also have a "beer tower" available, which is basically a beer on tap that they bring to your table. Great for large parties! This was my first time at the Chimera Golf Club and Slice 19 and it was worth it. The sliders were excellent and even though it was a small dish, I still had to bring the rest home with me.
