    Turkey Cranberry

Today my employer Diablo Valley Funeral Home got us Lunch@1350. So delish!!! I ordered the turkey cranberry sandwich with no lettuce and I will absolutely order it again! The turkey was tender and juicy and the combination or it with the cranberry and cream cheese was perfect!!!

Husband and I were on the way to San Jose from Vallejo and he wanted a wrap or salad. Lunch @1350 was found. I ordered the Rueben pictured and I love a good Rueben and this was a great Rueben. My husband ordered the tri tip sandwich because he's a sucker for tri tip sandwiches it was also so delicious. This is definition of a hole in the wall place. Hidden in the back of businesses in a building. This is a must try place for sandwiches and cookies we will definitely be back. Service was great very nice ladies working there greeted us with a smile and explained their soup of the day and special of the day she brought the food to us and checked in after we were down with our meals. Very nice establishment must try if you're in the area or just heading through.

Tuna salad sandwich on Dutch crunch. Delicious!

Wow, wow, wow! I am so happy I searched Yelp for lunch recommendations and found this little spot. The employees were so friendly and welcoming that I wish I had the time to sit to eat lunch there. I got a tuna sandwich, my husband got an egg salad sandwich and we both got the side pasta salads. Everything was absolutely delicious! The Dutch crunch bread was incredibly fresh and so easy to bite down on. I can't wait to try everything else on the menu!

Got revamped with new owners but still rocking delicious filling sandwiches! Don't go to a chain sandwich spot in Martinez; come here and visit these super sweet ladies that run the joint! Only open Monday-Friday during the lunch hours but so delicious! Fast service, clean interior, few tables to sit at if you want to eat there. The menu has a range of hot and cold sandwiches, salads, wraps. The sandwiches are stuffed really full and the meats are high quality. They definitely don't skimp on toppings either! Several fresh soft breads to choose from. I always love me a Dutch crunch.

I loved their steak cesar wrap and their split pea soup was delicious. The wrap was huge, about the size of a super burrito.

I attempted to make a revision in the notes and it didn't get sent through. Admittedly it could be user error but both my husband and I watched me submit it. We then waiting for about 25 minutes for the sandwiches. About 15 minutes in I went to inquire about it and they sorted through a stack of a few receipts before telling me they were going to start them now. When I got my sandwich, it was missing the revision I had made so I went to ask if they could correct. They then argued it wasn't in the notes and got irritated when I asked if they could still fix it. I said I would pay the difference if that was the challenge. They ended up making the change but by then it had been about 35-40 minutes after I ordered the sandwich. Overall, I feel like the experience could have had a lot of improvement. Happy to see a small business in this cute downtown but hoping they improve their processes a bit.

Massive portion too; I was full for hours. What really stood out was the excellent customer service. The whole team was friendly, fast, and genuinely welcoming. The shop itself is super clean and tidy, with good seating, nice music playing, and spotless, well-stocked bathrooms, little details that make a big difference. This message is purely on the price and the service of things I came in with my 2 daughters and ordered a total of 5 sandwiches, 3 of which were literally ham and cheese for my obvious 2 daughters that were with me and 1 for my son who was at home when asked if plain I said yes they just want ham and cheese and plain no mayo on one due to my small daughter being picky on sliced bread at that.. He makes them and it comes out to 70 dollars.. I had to get more money as my husband had sent it to me , the guy who made my sandwiches told the guy that I needed to pay and the shorter guy replied to him like yeah I told her, but she needs more money. I kind of felt embarrassed due to the tone he had said it in, needless to say when I was paying, I said something along the lines of $70 was kind of a lot. I didn't know that ham and cheese for a kid would be this expensive in which the guy replied we have kids sandwiches All you have to do is ask... I did not feel like that was a kind response..as again there was attitude.. I paid anyway and I get it things are expensive nowadays and something like a ham and cheese I probably could've made at home but decided to support a local business instead... suggest maybe adding kid options to the menu that's up above and a smile would go very far. I won't be going here again unfortunately.

When I…read morelooked at the menu for online ordering, I got super confused because they had the Dagwood listed under 3 different sections. 2 of them had a starting price of around $17, while one had a starting price of around $13. I figured I'd go with the $13 one, why not? Then I quickly realized that the ordering system was a whole mess. It gave me the option to customize my sandwich, but some of the required fields didn't make any sense at all. For example, I don't like olives, but it required me to select olives. Then there were 2 separate sections for extra meat and extra ingredients, and those were required too, and both came with additional charges!!! I thought requiring customers to add extra ingredients and charging them extra because of that was totally ridiculous. If I don't want extra meat or extra ingredients, I should be able to leave those options blank and still place my order. But I couldn't proceed to place my order if I didn't select those. I ended up trying to go with the $17 option instead with minimal customization options. I eventually just placed the order, went to the store, and picked it up. As for the sandwich itself, it was pretty standard in size and the quality was decent, but there really wasn't much going on inside. It was basically just bread, meat, and cheese. There weren't even any vegetables! No lettuce whatsoever. I thought that was really weird for a sandwich to be very bare like this, especially given that the final total cost was $19 for a single sandwich from a small deli. I expected a lot more from a sandwich at that price! Again, the sandwich wasn't bad, but I didn't think it was worth $19.
