Dr. Ha has been my dentist for over 3 years now. I have never had a specific dentist that I have gone to, and when I did.... it was the worst experience. Multiple cuts on my gums, long waits (talking about over 3+ hours *ahem Landess Dental in the plaza of Seafood City Milpitas **) etc. I was hesitant to Lundy dental care because of the past experiences, but thanks to my father, he mentioned the key word, "GENTLE!" 3 YEARS of gentleness, patience, and passion about human care, Dr. Ha does all that! I always say this to everyone when the topic "cavities" come up. I've had cavities even when filled by the dentist. I would for some reason have 1 or 2 more, a year later of having 1 filled. When I came here, I had a few cavities, had multiple visits to get this issue fixed, and walahhh, I PASSED THE CAVITY ACADEMY! I now have zero to little issues with my gums or teeth compared to the past with my other dentist(s). Let's just sum it down to this... Hubby and I have been coming here for about 2 years now and we highly recommend Dr. Le and her assistant Lynh. They are super kind and gentle and very friendly with nothing but smiles. I am deathly afraid of the dentist and hadn't been to one in five years until recently... Something about the noises the light even the smell reminds of pain!! I made an appointment here because it's right next to my optometrist office so I scheduled both for the same day... My I was so surprised that dr. Le is sooo gentle!! I didn't feel anything during my cleaning and at all my past dentists' offices even the cleaning would be somewhat painful!! I'm going in for a root canal next week and to be honest I'm not even nervous knowing I'll be under her care! I really like Dr. Le, her dental assistance Lynh and the office: 1. The office is very clean. 2. It's opened every other Saturdays 3. The staff is very friendly and helpful 4. Dr. Le takes a great care of my teeth. She fixed one of my teeth's problems that the previous 2 dentists that I have for more than 10 years couldn't. 5. She looks into your dental insurance coverage and arranges the treatments to reduce your out of pocket payment. I went here today for the first time since i saw her on a Viet magazine. Dr. Ha Le's office is near me so i wanted to give this office a try for X-ray and cleaning. Omg, from the staff coming outside to flag me down since i was lost to the doctor... amazing experience i had. Everyone is so genuinely sweet and gentle. Dr Le is so informative and took her time to show me all my X-rays and explained it all and cleaned my teeth well... she gave me options and will monitor my cavity situations haha. I hate going to the dentist - who doesn't? I have TMJ on top of just normal dentist hating, so all my prior experiences at the dentist have been extremely painful. It's a struggle for me to keep my mouth open for even a few minutes b/c my jaw sucks and likes to lock. Dr. Le was the first dentist who actually helped me keep my mouth relaxed during the cleaning and was so gentle that I didn't feel any pain at all. I used to go for years a time without getting my teeth cleaned b/c it was so unpleasant, but now I actually stick to the twice a year schedule b/c she's so good. Also, I kind of damaged the nerves in my front teeth in a surfing mishap, and Dr. Le took excellent care of me and did what seemed to be the most thorough teeth examination ever. My teeth survived! Basically, I LOVE Dr. Le and if I have to go to a dentist, this is absolutely the only one I will go to. She doesn't accept my insurance, but I straight up pay cash anyway b/c she's that good. I have been seeing Dr. Le for over 3 years and have never been happier with a dentist! Dr. Le and her staff are the nicest, most caring dental staff I have ever been to. When getting a cleaning or fillings they provide sunglasses so you don't stare at the overhead lamp and always check in to make sure I don't need a break. Not that I ever do, she is incredibly gentle. I appreciate that they give you up front pricing on services and you pay immediately after the procedure so I don't have to wait for a bill in the mail or have to mail in a check. Because of my job I have had to cancel and reschedule appointments at the last minute. They are always very accommodating and get me in as soon as they can. They have never pressured me into getting unnecessary work or expensive products that I don't need. My appointment was originally scheduled for a previous Sunday, but I completely forgot about it - my bad! Only when they called me to ask about my whereabouts did it even hit me, even when I wrote the appt date down too. Anyway, I completely understand if they were to be a bit annoyed, even though they weren't!, because who wants to wait for someone only to have them re-schedule again? So I re-scheduled for a date after finals ended, and when I arrived, it took about 10 minutes after my original appt for them to get me situated in THE chair. haha, it was awhile since I last went to the dentist, and we were also trying this new place out too! I didn't know what to expect, but the dental assistant was incredibly kind and made small talk, which definitely lessened the awkwardness. Dr. Ha Le, the dentist, was also gentle as other reviewers have noted. She's easy to talk to, is clearly knowledgeable and answered all of my questions from teeth whitening to sensitive teeth without making me feel dumb asking it. Though I also have 2 cavities and some tartar buildup (hahah sorry TMI!), she just reminded me to floss every day and scheduled another appointment to fill in those cavities. When I left, they also gave me a bag of goodies/samples, which included 4 toothpaste samples for my sensitive teeth, mini floss tube, a pretty nice toothbrush with their name on it, and mini mouthwash - all handy for travel use! Since I'm a sucker for free samples and was also pleasantly surprised by their generosity, they get an extra star. Also, you'll be pleased to know that they're new but have a lot of experience under their belt. Facilities are very clean (including bathroom), and they sanitize equipment/tools after every use. They also actually discard their gloves, a must for dentists! Sadly, not every dentist I've had does that - but rest assured, Dr. Ha does. Try Lundy Dental Care out, you really won't regret it. I went to Dr. Le and it turned out I had to get two fillings: one to replace an old one and the other because I developed a cavity after an old filling had cracked. I seriously hate needles and getting shots (I can't even watch when my doctor needs to draw blood.) But Dr. Le puts a topical anesthetic to numb the area first before she injects the novacaine. Then she slowly injects a little at a time so the process is painless - amazing! Highly recommend her!!! read more

I started going to Dr. Le's office this past year, and it by far has been the best decision I have ever made. I truly appreciate how friendly, courteous, and professional her whole staff is as well as how incredibly clean the office is. I have had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Le and Dr. Pham, and they both are excellent - extremely knowledgeable, informative, gentle, affable, and patient. They both have always spent a thorough amount of time looking over my x rays with me, explaining any important information I should know about the state of my gums and teeth, and ensuring that all of my questions and concerns are addressed. I never feel rushed or uncomfortable in any sense when I am there and it really is evident how passionate and caring they are. I always make my appointments way ahead of time because they do get booked pretty fast. Dr. Ha is a one-of-a-kind dentist who takes time to provide you with the best dental care. She is gentle, honest and really cares about her patients. I have gone to numerous dentists in the past and most treat you like a number, rushing the procedure to move on to the next.
